    Great service, food was pretty good. As of October 19 2023 this location is permanently closed.

    Ordered a 4 person all white meat FAMILY MEAL tonight @ 6:43pm online. Went to pick up at time quoted. Stood at pick up spot for over 10 min and NO ONE addressed me. Finally got the attn of one employee because she was looking for another order for a Door dasher and she handed me my order and walked away. I checked my order while there and found a 3 person Neal with ALL DARK MEAT. When I stated my order was incorrect the same employee called over another employee who said " oh, we ran out of chicken and that's all I had left by the time we filled it" ok???? And you weren't going to tell me?? And WHITE meat meals cost MORE and It isn't even enough for 4 people!! So I told her I would not accept order and would like a refund and was told SHE CANNOT REFUND MY $$ ??!! What kind of business is this?? I was told that the general manager would " get to it tomorrow when she came in" Meanwhile I am out $44 and still have no food!! Besides that all you do is CHICKEN pretty much so how do you RUN OUT OF CHICKEN before 7pm on a weeknight??? I am fuming and in disbelief over the lack of professionalism at this place. UNACCEPTABLE!!

    RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! I drove over an hour from dayton to come get dinner for my family. By 630 I arrived and they had no chicken. Said it would be a 20 minute wait. I said fine I'll wait that's less than the drive I took. She tells me I can't wait I gotta leave and come back. Cool I leave and come back 25 minutes later. She tells me again there's no chicken it'll be 30 minutes. I told her I just waited 20 and she didn't even respond. I said hello 3 or more times... no response. I went to Store came back 30 minutes. She says there's no chicken and there won't be any chicken... at this rate my 3 year old in the back seat is ready to fight and it's about 8 pm. I ended up driving all the way to Columbus from dayton for a happy meal... thanks Boston Market.

    Waited 5 minutes for the front person to actually come out from the back to acknowledge I existed. And then they proceeded to say I needed to go out and get a mask which is fine but I'd already been in there for 5 minutes. And when I came back in the staff in the back who's preparing the food didn't have a mask above their nose. Pointless

    Chicken dry, creamed spinach no flavor, potatoes not done. Not happy. Only thing that was good was the cornbread.

    I waited in line a good 20 mins for them to say the only meat they had was meatloaf and roast beef. Barley any sides. I ended up pulling off. Waste of time. Other people pulled off before me I should have realized then

    The service was somewhat ok, you have s over stresses Manager, there was no enough food ready, Customer Service could use more training. I suggest instead of getting upset with customer for ordering food that hasn't been cooked , this is the Management issue !!!!! The last two times I have gone to this Location there was the same issue. The two Star's was for the Customer Service, I was offered help when I walked in the door by a Young Man. Great attitude. Training really is needed. Your parking lot was bad last year and it's still need to be taken care of. Pot Holes, are not fun to drive into. 🤔

    Not sure how they're still in business, but went here as a special request from my sick father. It was drive through only, not sure if the dining room is ever open, and we'd used the app to order ahead. The building is pretty rough, and you need to watch out for pot holes. The staff was nice enough, but it was just transactional. The food looked ok, but wasn't anything special.

    We LOVE their chicken and they have really good sides as well. Most of the time when we come to this location it's clean, tables are wiped down well and it smells amazing. The staff sometimes isn't very friendly. When we went this past week there is a new guy who is really trying to be upbeat, friendly and learn how to do his job properly. His "trainer" kind of spoke down to him in front of guests and wasn't friendly at all. My four stars is for the food. Service is a 2.

    I periodically stop when traveling through, always good quality food and awesome service! 9/7/22 Attempted to go through the drive through and we were told it is mobile ordering only until 4pm. We decided to eat elsewhere. Parking lot was overgrown and lots of potholes, only a couple employees seemed to be working.

    Used to be really good but recently every time I've gone they've gotten my order completely wrong or charged me for thing I didn't order. Honestly just gonna stop coming here it's been a huge disappointment everytime.

    Closed Until Further Notice. 03 May 2023. Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. Boston Market has a sign in the drive thru window. I did not call before driving all the way over to it. Love you all. Hope you reopen. Been a long time since I was there.

    I love this place but it's just so far from my house. The only thing that bothers me is sometimes I take the trip, get there and they would be out of chicken. The time before last, this happened. I even had a great coupon for that day only and they were out of chicken. This was the Brice rd location. I then drove east to the one on Main Street in Bexley AND THEY WERE CLOSED!! I live in Gahanna. Now I call before I leave to be on the safe side. I have to toss my coupon that day.

    I am leaving this review as someone who was negatively impacted by the area manager. Not only did she get my fiancé and I sick by arriving to her job with a pending covid test AND pneumonia, but she also illegally overworked him (9 am-7:30 pm with a less than two hour break to go right back in and work 9:45 pm that same day THROUGH 6 pm the very next day), and belittled him by calling him outside of his name. I usually would not say anything, but his treatment was ABSURD! We both went to the hospital twice, and if you would like more information I have screenshots of conversations between my fiancé and his boss, my medical record and his, as well as recorded conversations. I would highly suggest if you are considering working at Boston market, DON'T!

    I ordered a three piece, was given two. I was told I couldn’t get a cup of water, even with a charge, I had to buy a bottle water, which I declined.

    Terrible company and terrible location. I was assigned a doordash order for them for a catering order and they decided to take all the money and do it themselves when they did not inform doordash about this. I will never personally eat here or pick up another order from them because they like to steal the tip as well.
