Compared to the rest of on campus dining this is basically a Michelin star restaurant. My jam and cheese sandwich was excellent, my salad was crunchy and had a good flavour, and my chocolate banana mocha bread tasted fresh and solid. It's more or less and average cafe, but with a very charming atmosphere. Being located in the Wex makes it a great place to relax and study too. The only warning I have is that they don't take Dining Dollars and can get a little pricey, so some students may find it a little much.

Quite literally the best food you will find on The Ohio State University campus. Fantastic vegetarian/vegan options as well as friendly staff and a pleasant dining area make for a good place to meet, dine, or spend time. Coffee cannot be taken out from the cafe, but is refillable within the cafe area itself. Homegrown herbs and some vegetables are also a likeable addition. Try the soups, try the sandwiches, but also try breakfast. Just try it all.

Definitely a hidden gem on campus! Highly recommend checking this spot out for just a quick cup of coffee, some breakfast, or to check out their great lunch options. This cinnamon roll was equally beautiful and delicious. The Munster grilled cheese is also AMAZING!! I guarantee I will be back to try it again! My only complaint is that they don’t take swipes or dining dollars for students and only take BuckId.

Heirloom is THE hidden gem at tOSU, best cafe on campus by far. Most of the undergraduates do not know this place even exists, so the general atmosphere matches that of the older young adult community and many music students. Heirloom seems to know this and prefers it; they do not accept dining dollars. Everything on the menu is locally sourced and delicious, and the staff are all extremely warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend more for a sophisticated spot on campus!

Nice service, food, and beverages. Recommend the almond cookie as a dessert, the picture below is the Korean veggies with tofu. Sometime it gets loud and it becomes hard to study or focus especially during peak hours.

Heirloom is a tasty choice directly on campus, in the lower level of the Wexner Center for the Arts. They focus on locally sourced ingredients and made to order dishes. The fare is usually lighter and healthier than other options around campus, though also a little bit pricier. I've always been happy with my visits to Heirloom. I highly recommend the Toasted Muenster for anyone who is a fan of a fun grilled cheese.

I came here after going to a speaker event at the Wexner Center to get a quick bite to eat and was impressed by how good it was for being technically "on campus", with organic ingredients and creative menu options, it's hard to go wrong here. I had a bacon, lettuce, and pepper sandwich and every element of the sandwich was well done and promptly prepared. They also have a decent pastry selection along with a good cafe, as implied in the name. I definitely plan on going again.

I love heirloom! I've been coming here for the last year or so. The workers are friendly, the food is good and the coffee drinks are great. I usually get an eye opener burrito or the Gila monster sandwich. Everything is always fresh, especially the side salads. The baked goods are nice as well, especially the banana mocha bread. Heirloom is a little pricey, but it is a nice treat every once in a while.

Heirloom is tucked away in the basement of the Wexner Center at The Ohio State University. It's independently operated and serves fresh local fair as well as a wide variety of drinks, including tea and coffee. I enjoyed a buffalo chicken sandwich with a side salad, during a lunchtime visit and was quite impressed. The salad was nicely put together with a perfect dressing to compliment the greens. The sandwich was well portioned, cooked, and seasoned.

WOW. I got the Muenster grilled cheese with a side salad, the simplest meal, and was BLOWN AWAY. The grilled cheese was crispy, gooey, and had some kind of blackberry jam on it and it was just really excellent. Even the side salad was delicious. Definitely recommend!!

Small portion of food for what you pay for , food was great but expensive don’t think I will return due to always long wait time and difficult finding parking

Great place. We came late but they worked a limited menu for us so we all got lunch. My students loved it.

The food/coffee/desserts are really great! The service here is awesome and the atmosphere is as well. I wish there were more vegan options, especially in desserts, but I love everything I can eat!

I really like their menu, they are very inclusive to people who might be vegan and vegetarian. Also they have some more healthy options along with some interesting sandwiches. I love their carrot cake!
