I wanted to like them, I really did. The atmosphere was alright and the music felt like a mismatch for the restaurant. The servers were nice, friendly, and helpful. Noting that, they didn't catch one of our roll orders. The roll we did get was really decent and tasted good. We ate table side, but did order a chicken and shrimp hibachi meal. They weren't that great. They weren't the worst thing in the world, but the definitely did not match their price tag. The chicken and shrimp both seemed to be cooked to a point of being very dry. The sauces and noodles tasted very frozen meal like. The fried rice also seemed a bit overcooked as well. The accompanying soup and salad were pretty good, but very basic.

I wish we would have got the name of our chef, but he was amazing. Everything that he cooked from the noodles, rice, vegetables and shrimp/meat was cooked to perfection. He interacted with a 5 year old boy at our table and we all had a great time!!!

The waitstaff and cooks were wonderful, great people! However this restaurant is so dirty you shoes stick to the floor, the bathrooms are in disrepair and extremely substandard, and the food is wayyyyy salty I would never go back

Sashimi is always spot on and fresh. The hibachi never has disappointed me. Only thing I can say seems like you never get enough rice fixed that by ordering triple rice

Edit: it's no longer open. If you close a location update your hours so people know they can't come here. Gas is too expensive to be having these problems. Placed a pickup order through doordash since the mood for sushi struck (and might as well grab some hibachi while I'm here). They seem like a very well oiled machine for getting takeout orders out the door. The dragon roll was PHENOMENAL. and they give you so much food you're not going to eat it all in one sitting. One bit of feedback, if the sushi has fried components to it, it may be an idea to Crack the container a bit to let heat escape while the order is put together. The shrimp tempura was a bit soggy. But I consider that a casualty of doing takeout. Will order again

I've never been here personally but I hear it's great. They have good prices and something for everyone. For Sushi to steak. The building is so nice and inside is beautiful. Very big and it hasn't been there long. But their very popular and getting a lot of business. I can't wait to try it out.

The staff was super friendly & helpful. I ordered the steak w/ fried rice. My husband & daughter got the steak & scallops. We also got crab rangoons. Normally I'm not a fan of ginger sauce, theirs converted me. It was so flavorful & it wasn't runny. We can't wait to go back.

While they’re not terrible, they definitely were not great. The simplest dish of all, Hibachi chicken was not at all appetizing. It was over cooked to the point of being dry, there was no sauce on ANYTHING in the container. That being said their soup was alright but basically chicken stock with one thinly sliced floating mushroom. The appetizer shrimp was actually pretty good. None of it was worth the 25$ price as I ended up tossing the box and getting a sandwich else where as they had closed and I couldn’t return it. Will not likely be returning.

Extremely friendly staff. All of the food was prepared nicely & tastes amazing! Big portions, so don't pass it just because of price! *photos taken partially through eating* 20/10 will def come back next time we're in Columbus!!

Went for Valentines day 2022, they are taking covid precautions by sitting less people at the grill and putting a clear plastic wall between parties. Food was amazing and the plum wine warmed me nicely on a cold day! Definitely recommend!

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. It was a last minute decision to go here and so glad we did. Next time we are in Columbus, we will come back for sure.

My family loves going here. Our cook was very entertaining and cooked everything to perfection. Portions were good-sized so we had leftovers for the next day. Highly recommend.

Great experience but they didn't accept our gift cards because their own staff forgot to sign and date the certificate. The server wanted me to call the kind friends who gave me the gift cards and ask them to produce a receipt of purchase! So, so rude.

Honestly the WORST experience we have had here in Columbus. We only made it 10 minutes in before leaving. My husband ordered the miso soup- which is pretty hard to mess up. It was scalding hot and tasted like DISH WATER. I proceeded to order the crab salad and seaweed salad (they have different names on the menu)..... the seaweed salad tasted like blood, and the crab came frozen. My husband brought this up with the waitress who went and got maybe the manager- who proceeded to make a HUGE stink because we asked to cancel the rest of our food. And charged us for the food we took a half of a bit from. Not to mention this place is VERY dirty. We should have known when we walked in at 7 pm and there were 4 people in the restaurant to just turn around and find a new place. Would never recommend even if they offer you a free $200 meal!!!!

If you’re looking for a good hibachi spot, this place slaps. Honestly, I haven’t even tried some of the other places in town, but after having Daruma I just really don’t have any desire. The chefs are always very polite and ready to put on a show. The food portions are big with lots of flavor and decent prices. Definitely will be back.
