    We ordered thru DoorDash around 6:30pm. Tropical Smoothie confirmed the order, and started preparing it. A Dasher was assigned, and headed to the store. It was around 7:15pm. When the Dasher arrived, the staff told him they weren't going to fulfill the order because they decided to start their closing prep early. We called the store at 7:45pm and no one picked up the phone. They close at 8pm. It's disgusting and shameful to operate a business this way. Who is managing this place? It's pathetic for employees to behave this way and portray such laziness. It's unacceptable. Robots are not putting orders in. Human beings are putting them in.

    You would get zero Stars if we could but the only way to put in for a review was to give you one star.. the majority of your staff horses around and plays around .we waited 10 minutes and no one greeted us or said anything. And then the guy at the front desk wanted to get smart which he couldn't get too smart if he's working at the front desk at tropical smoothie. They had no motivation or no push. But when they get out in the real world and work a real job they will realize they need more motivation. I don't blame tropical smoothie cuz that's probably all they can hire but these young people need to pull it together.

    The drive thru is slow as can be. Smoothies are usually great my favorite is the triple Berry oat. I usually order ahead with a mobile order and pick it up inside that’s the best way to do it!

    This place is ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least. Im a door dasher and they can't even get anything right about there orders. There has been few times where I had an order here and the people who work here claim there isn't an order here at this location when clearly the address shows it. No one here helps out and all they do in the back making orders is play around and joke. These KIDS that work here need to get a life and act mature. The manager needs to be more professional as well and train her associates better. I won't be wasting my time even dashing here no more this place is a joke.

    I love Tropical smoothie but this location was beyond slow.. had 5 cars in front of me and took 50 min.. i would have left if i wasn’t blocked in by other cars. The employees are very blunt and rude. Smoothie after all that was chunky and not blended right at all. Will not be returning to this location again.

    May 2022, busy weekend with a soccer tournament nearby. Mgr and staff were friendly and smoothies were excellent. 👌 They are hiring! And didn't have enough staff to open the dining room. However, you can order inside or at the drive-thru. Your patience and friendliness will be rewarded!

    $40 later, and I'm disappointed yet again. Once again, the peanut butter banana flatbread was not made well and was burnt enough for the bread to crack. Definitely not worth five dollars. Nothing was spread out and the banana pieces were too large and few. The kale apple slaw was half of the container, and it normally fills it. The only thing descent was the chipotle club flatbread.

    Super food, super service, very affordable. Ordered the beef and chicken fajitas, tons of food on the plates. Beans, guacamole, sour cream, Pico in abundance. Enough chicken and beef for 2. There are 2 things I would like differently (1) Cut the beef and chicken in a little bit larger pieces. Not more, just larger. (2) serve with other peppers than just green. Orange peppers, red peppers would brighten up the dish with flavor and color. Thanks

    Very fast service and friendly workers. Just a little communication barrier. The blue raspberry margarita is yummy like the blue on a bomb pop popsicle. The food was good and very fulfilling. I am not from the area but highly recommend to those who are or any travelers looking for a great place to eat.

    I’ve been eating at trop for years, I usually eat at the one in Springfield oh and that’s the only one I’ll go to after today. At This location in Huber heights I ordered a Lime-berry smoothie and it tasted like water… I asked them if the could add a little surgar and they said no I never asked for a remake I jus said I didn’t want it and they said it’s nothing I can do… so the little girl got a attitude and remade me one with nothing but sugar and she gave a vibe like she might have did something to it so I didn’t drink after the first sip… I will never come to this location again

    I have always loved the food spent alot of money here but today go in order two meals with two smoothies and when I arrive home pick up my smoothie and my acai berry boost starts coming out all over me and my car I called and someone calls me a liar how am I going to get this out in between seat and console in my car the lady there claims its not her problem Because it would be all over her floor well no it would not because it had to melt a little and called me liar I will never spend another dime here unprofessional and appalled your cup had a cut of some kind of bottom from faulty styrofoam and Im called a liar unbelievable!! Adding to my review because I was never contacted or did they try to make right but you need to do something about the management in this store they are hateful to some of your biggest customers do something?? Posted in local groups "Shout outs to the Tropical Smoothie manager who refused to refund two little girls because their order was processed twice , and then blaming the two girls! damndest thing I’ve seen in awhile!"" This is just a tad go investigate your store been a GM at many restaurants myself and the way customers are treated is ridiculous!!

    I typically LOVE the smoothies here. Unfortunately I had an incident recently where all of my smoothies (same flavor) had absolute no flavor. Everyone in my house made a comment about how bad they were, so I called and was told to bring them back to the store and they remake them for me immediately. M replacement smoothies were the best smoothies I've ever had!! I would give them 5 stars but as happy as I was with my replacement order, I also was a bit annoyed that i had to bring all 5 smoothies back to be remade especially after I had already waited quite a while for my original smoothies to be made and wasting my gas (which is not cheap at the moment.) They didn't offer me any kind of compensation or even a discount on my next purchase. I'm a frequent customer but my last experience left me a little unhappy.

    The 12oz cups are only advertised for kids only. I asked because the location elsewhere offers both sizes kids or not. I asked the cashier why they were different. Then a couple mins later a manager(older white lady in a pink shirt) came out questioning me like interrogation style about the other location. Then she proceeds to go in the back and calls them on the phone and asks them what size drinks they carry. Seriously, could she have been anymore of a Karen! That wasn’t even the question. Will never go to this location again. I was asking why the 12oz cup size wasn’t offered to non kids, and the prices they had on the menu were only for the larger size. Two other locations I have been to the menu shows the 12oz/24oz price styles. The managers approach was all sorts of wrong.

    We were rushed by the person taking our order at the drive-thru. She checked back with us like three times in a matter of one minute. This was irritating and I just had my husband pick something for me. We then get our order and leave. We realized down the road that the smoothies we received were not ours. They were for Blake. He ordered Doordash. What a hassle.

    4/5 times you go here your order will be wrong, the labels are all correct on the smoothie and food but are on the completely wrong items. I ordered the watermelon mojo and got a complete different smoothie even though the label says watermelon, on my salad it says no tomatoes or crips but they are on there. If they'd read the labels they put on the food items maybe it be right but they don't. This is now my 3rd and last time I've ordered here and had something wrong with the order 😮‍💨

    Worst smoothie and worst service I’ve ever had there. Zero flavor and not blended completely. Aaron S was extremely rude. No smile and not a word. My husband said thank you to him and of course he said nothing and just shut the door.

    The only times I hit this place up is when I have a hangover or if I just feel terrible from eating garbage all week. The Island Detox Green keeps me above water til noon on those occasions. Also... the Southwest breakfast wrap is pretty good. Don't expect fast service since they make everything to order. Which is fine by me. 4/5

    Mary the manager if someone is calling to report an allergy that got put in a smoothie that was stated in the order please let the customer speak and simply help them not try to argue what the customer did wrong while they have to insert an epi pen from your mistake. Do better mary!

    Ordered food online through DoorDash and requested an edible straw with my order. Three times, I did not receive the straw. First couple times, no big deal, they are not that expensive but three times, now its just the point of it. I called and spoke to whom I guess is the manager about the missing straws. He stated that its DoorDashes responsibility to be sure all items are there. Really? So, when the smoothie made, there is a sticky tag that is placed on the cup that clearly says my order. Does the restaurant not put everything together in a bag for the dasher to pick up? He told me to call DoorDash support about the issue. I seriously doubt they are going to refund me for the straws. Personally, I think its poor customer service to point the finger at someone else for their mistake.

    I recently tried the pumpkin spice smoothie, and it taste like “pumpkin bubble gum”. I do not recommend it however, if you do try it, I think you agree that the recent formula has changed from the past pumpkin spice smoothie recipe and not for the best I’m sad to say. I had an issue with one of the store managers about replacing my smoothie because it tasted horrible but eventually got it changed to something I know taste good. I also learn in this process, “try before you buy” that might help someone in the future.

    I have been at this location a few times now since I’ve lived out here. And I have to say every time we come there, there is something wrong. Our smoothies NEVER taste right, the employees are usually polite. But today when I visited we were asked if it’s okay if we wait 15 mins because they were behind on online orders. We patiently waited for what seemed like 15 mins and then we get to the window to grab our smoothies. Our cups are dented in at the bottom and there dirty like someone just picked it up off the floor. Then we have to wait another 10mins because the young lady dropped one of the smoothies when picking them up. I’m not satisfied with this location hopefully in the future they will hire more people and get the help they desperately need

    Zero stars. Got stuck in line for 25 mins with only one car in front of me. After 10 mins they gave the car in front my food and he returned it so they had to start over. I refused to pay $26 for this kind of service and left with nothing.

    The flavor is consistent week after week. This week the entrees did not arrive all together creating about a 8 minute gap from the first to the last getting to the table. This made the social aspect of the meal a bit choppy. But everyone enjoyed their meal and as always we had leftovers for the house.

    Terrible customer service! Ordered online for carryout, credit card was charged. When attempting to pick up at store was told order was not received and they would not refund my card. Asked to speak to the manager and they were equally as dismissive. Told me I ordered for the wrong location although I clearly did not. Will not return.

    The other locations have better tasting food. The fried ice cream shell tasted very stale. I could tell they had it sitting in the freezer for days before or was served. I'll go to the Dayton Mall location before I'll return here.

    I had to ask to be served after we were seated. There were people seated well after us that got their food before our order was even taken. The server was not apologetic. Good food tho.

    Good service. Nice sitting outside. The food was a disppointment. My husband ordered need burritos. Perhaps we should have asked, but they were plain...just a tortilla and beef. No lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or salsa. Very bland. I ordered a taco salad. The word salad in the title lead me to believe it was actually a salad. It was a greasy tortilla shell filled with what looked like burger and refried beans with sour cream poured (not dolloped) on the top and garnished with a few shreds of lettuce. It was so bad...and it takes a lot for me to say that. Thankfully the manager took the meal off of our ticket, but if I was asked about returning, I am not sure we would do so for the food. Perhaps to sit on the patio for a drink, but that might be all.

    Well the food was cold when it arrived. I had a chicken quesadilla and it was like eating a pancake around the chicken quesadilla filling. But our service was superb we were seated very quickly we received our food quickly so I don't know why it was cold and everybody in there was very nice and friendly and helpful

    Abigail was by far the best server we have ever had at El Toro. She was attentive and friendly. We never wondered if we have a server. The food could have been a wee bit better. My corn tortillas for the enchiladas were tough and there was not a lot of cheese for cheese enchiladas. Overall everything was good.

    Had an absolutely wonderful lunch date with my wife on a Saturday afternoon. Great price and delicious food. Our server was incredibly friendly and the service was very fast. Can't wait to eat there again
