Don’t ever come here ! They wrecked my brand new truck and denied to fix it I took it in to get get cab lights that from a 4 hour job turned in to a week job and also the cab light fell off and waters inside of them and scratched my truck and stained my headliner and also they bolted them with one screw and put silcone instead of screw and both of the service managers there are a joke if I could give them zero star I would

We purchased a new 2022 Grand Cherokee Limited L from Forest Lake Jeep. We were very pleased with the initial buying experience on a Saturday working with Beau in Sales and Anthony the finance person and I would easily have given the dealership a five-star review. Everything after the day we purchased the vehicle went downhill from there. We needed some additional services completed including splash guards, protective film, rust proofing, etc. that were supposed to be scheduled the following Monday. There was no communication from the dealership following multiple attempts to just understand what the plan was for getting this work done. Our salesperson tried to help, but others failed to follow through. When we finally got a schedule for the work (thanks to our sales person), they failed to complete all that was due when I arrived to pick it up. There was a lot of finger pointing at this point by Gabe and Roger. I was going to wait until the work was done as they said they could complete it fairly quickly. Well, 30 minutes later they came and told me they didn’t have the parts they thought, and they weren’t able to do any of the work. The car sat in the service bay for 30 minutes with nothing being done. On top of this, I was told things that I later found out were not true. The list of issues goes much deeper, but I am not going to go into all the details. I have given multiple levels of management every opportunity to respond and address my issues, but they ignored my requests. This, unfortunately, has led me to share my experiences with others.

USE CAUTION WHEN GETTING SERVICES. My wife and I used Jeeps website to schedule a 100k mile inspection (as annotated in the automatically generated email) that had a cost of $0.00. We dropped off the vehicle via the overnight drop box the morning of the appointment. We received a call confirming that our vehicle was ready to be picked up a few days later (all is well at this point). Upon arriving and attempting to pick up our vehicle, we're met with a SUPPRISING $615.00 bill....We then asked to speak with someone about this, because obviously there was a mistake. We were met by someone there (Jeff, the "Fixed Operations Director") in management that came to defuse the situation. He explained that because the service manager wasn't in, he can't let us take our vehicle without paying for the services that were performed on the vehicle.....SERVICES THAT WE NEVER AUTHORIZED, NOR ASKED TO BE PERFORMED! So, as a reasonable person, I payed because he explained that if they made a mistake, they would pay/reimburse us for it. The next couple days we're met with very heavy resistance, saying that they would only pay for half because they put fluids in the vehicle.....WHAT SORT OF LOGIC IS THIS? We never authorized anything to be done! It took many phone calls and being told that we're the one's being "unfair" for wanting a full refund....In what world does this make sense. Thankfully my wife and I keep all of our service records and were able to call them on their s%#t about "needing" these services (which, by the way, they didn't even want to look at...I wonder why). Maybe they need to do a little research into the Truth in Repairs Act. Honestly the most outrageous experience we've ever had.

Forest Lake Chrysler provided me with a phenomenal experience today. I had to drive 30 miles but it was well worth it. One of my issues is I cannot stand spending a day at the dealership. It’s exhausting. That did not happen here. I worked with Brian Danforth from the beginning until the end. He is an incredible sales professional. He listens first than responds with solutions. He follows up throughout the entire process while at home and when he gets an approval he calls you down and they walk you through a very organized process including meeting accesories professional, finance manager and sales leadership and than walk you on out to your new truck with plates already on, navigation set up and app set up. Pricing was very competitive and they offer a very fair trade in amount. In all my years I have dealt with good dealerships and bad ones but Forest Lake Chrysler and Brian have been the very best so far. Can’t forget Kevin in finance. He’s provides great options to help protect the vehicle long term and he shops for the best bank and interest rate. He’s not just a suit either. He’s personable and treats you like family. Thank you all and look forward to doing business again.

I Had my oil changed at the Forest Lake Dodge, Chrysler Jeep dealer. The first week after there was a small puddle of oil on the floor under the truck. I assumed it was just from them changing it. But the puddles kept appearing. I checked the oil level often and it seemed fine. But today I actually got under the truck and found out that the drain plug and the oil filter were both extremely loose. If either would have come off it would have ruined my engine. Thank goodness I found out before that happened. Beware when you have them change your oil and be sure to check that they have tightened everything properly or you could have a very expensive issue with your vehicle. I have always had the dealership do my oil changes because I trusted them to do it right. Now I will think twice before going back to them.

I drove an hour to get there. Test drove the vehicle let them know I would be back to purchase the vehicle the following day after they detailed it. Then they sold it to someone else the same day! The sales person was Jacob so at least try to find someone else. ( I received a text from the salesperson stating that he informed management that I was going to be purchasing the vehicle and management still decided to sell it to another dealership) what a waste of time!

This is definitely the place to get your vehicle. From the moment I walked in, I felt more than welcome! Jeff and Mac knew I wanted to trade in my car and gave me a very generous offer. I was looking for a newer vehicle and they found me something that fits me perfect. When I got to Finance, Jesse worked really hard to find me the a great rate to finance my vehicle. I felt like I was in and out. I am a more than satisfied customer and you will be too!

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I have received at dealership. I brought my vehicle in for basic oil change, but upon leaving the dealership, I noticed that it was leaking oil excessively. I immediately brought it back to your dealership, and was told that the issue was a faulty filter. After still having issue had vehicle inspected by another mechanic and was told that the issue was actually caused by the oil filter being excessively over tightened by your service team. This caused significant property damage, and I am concerned about the potential long-term effects on my vehicle. I returned the vehicle to your dealership a third time, and was informed the service manger would call me back this week about a warranty repair on the damages. However, I have not received a call back as stated they would. Very difficult to have someone answer the phone or get an immediate call back. This is unacceptable, as a basic oil change should not cause these kinds of issues at a dealership. I include an image of the oil leak experienced (streak of oil on ground). My I also add that this issue took place with a wife 9 months pregnant. Please contact me immediately, took discuss repairs and compensation for the damages that have been incurred.

1st time customer. Terrible Experience Went in to do a used car inspection on a vehicle I purchased via third party and do a factory recall. Dropped car off Thursday morning and no one called me about it for 2 days. I had to escalate to a manager just to get someone to call me back. on the 3rd day Dealership did call and said they were overbooked. Complained to me about their bad appointment scheduling. They the recall and charged me $250 for a inspection. Told me that the struts front and back were leaking and the sway bar was cross threaded. Thats what the noise was. They wanted $3k to do the repair. I said no. I took it to another mechanic I trust and we discoverered their was no leaking, the struts were fine and relatively new. The sway bar bolt was loose so it was tightened and everything was fixed. What an absolutely dishonest shop. 3k estimate repairs and all I really needed was to tighten 1 bolt? Avoid them at all cost. No communication for 2 days straight! Bad mouthing their own front office. You know it's terrible when their own employees tell you they think things are messed up with scheduling. I just had such a dishonest experience here I will never go back. I suggest you avoid. Don't believe them. I'm glad I trusted my gut and went to a friend.

All in all my experience was good. I live out of state which slightly complicated things but I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and got exactly what was quoted for my trade. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I'd come back again.

Truly appreciate the friendliness and above and beyond customer service & support. Our car had to do an overnight and Joey came and took our bike rack off and put it on our other vehicle. We were sent a text saying this would be the best way to ask any questions (which I did, and was promptly responded). Amber called and updated me on progress. The repair was expensive, but since we purchased the best bumper to bumper, only had to pay our deductible since it was covered by the warranty package. Very worth while. All in all, extremely happy.

My overall experience was “just ok”. I was eager, excited, and thankful I was able to quickly get in for my vehicle repairs the next day, as some of the other jeep dealerships in the metro area are booked out 40+ days. When I called and scheduled my appointment, they were very helpful, and I clearly stated that I just needed both the main and auxiliary battery replaced and that a diagnostic was not needed. However, when the service tech called me, he insisted that the shop policy was that they require a diagnostic to look at the vehicle and make any repairs. Frustrated I wasn’t informed of this when I scheduled my appointment, I agreed to it – as I was car-less and didn’t want any additional issues. My appointment was at 7:30a, I received a call about 2:30pm that it was the batteries needing replacement, (which I already knew). When I went to pick up my vehicle the next afternoon, I asked the service person taking payment about the diagnostic change and she specifically stated, that she would not have had one if the customer didn’t ask for one which again - frustrating. Instead of taking off the diagnostic check, she removed it but then added on labor (which initially wasn’t included in the billing) and so my ticket ended up relatively the same price. The overall price for the repair seemed expensive ($650+) as KBB shows the repair would have been around $350 - $450. I was overall frustrated by the lack of communication, and the deceptive repair practices which are relevant to the other reviews that are left. In my opinion, the responses from negative reviews from the dealership, lack ownership of the issue they have. I hope they improve their level of service but for now, although they got me in quickly, I wouldn’t visit this location again soon.

Such an awesome experience from start to finish! My experience with this company started a couple months ago and just came to a successful finish with my purchase! Amazing communication and commitment to get me into the best vehicle for my family! Thank you for everything! Side note... A.J says he'll work hard for you... believe it! He really went above and beyond!

Dan was very helpful and friendly even with as busy as he was. He took good care of us and made sure we got everything we needed. Our finance person Jesse was also very helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others. All the other people there were friendly and nice, all wanted to be sure we were being helped and didn't need anything else.

I recently bought a pick up from Lexi at Morris’s. This was my first experience with Morrie’s!!! Sadly I won’t be a repeat customer. Lexis lack of vehicle knowledge made it hard to ask any questions in regards to the pick up. As soon as another customer came in she dropped me and tended to them and never even came back over to check on me. Once financing went through we had to search for her in order to wrap things up before leaving. She hasn’t even checked in with me since buying to make sure all was going ok. I have bought several vehicles in my time and have bought lesser of value vehicles from HUGE dealerships and have received better customer service! I will say Chris, the finance guy did a awesome job checking in and making sure all was good with me… even offering me sometime to drink while I say at her desk waiting for her to return! You can tell they are commission based sales people, and I was just a number to them! Thankfully I love my truck so it made the buying experience less terrible.

Traded in my truck on 8/5/23 and wasn't able to get a sentimental item( from my best friend that recently passed away) from the truck because I didn't have a tool to remove the item. Was told that the dealership would remove the item and I could pick the item up when I came back.... Turns out when I came back to pick up the item(along with a few other things) the item was stolen off the back of the truck.... The truck was in Morrie's Chrysler possession the whole time..... So I guess it's on me for trusting what the dealership said... But to warn others(and risk my refund from this dealership) take anything of value out of your vehicle cuz you may never get it back

I purchased 2 used vehicles from two different dealers within the same week, both during weekday daytime hours. The Morries team was friendly and polite, but the process took more than twice as long as the other dealer. There was a lot of sitting around waiting. On top of that, once we had everything signed and ready to go, our sales guy was nowhere to be found and he had the keys to the newly purchased vehicle so we couldn't leave. That added another 15 minutes to an already terribly long process. By the time I left I was pretty annoyed.

Excellent dealership! Beau was awesome from quoting to selling. Great communication, provided honest quotes, great trade in values, prompt and fair on pricing overall. Buying process was top notch - highly recommend!! Thanks for helping us get into our new vehicle. We will be back for our next vehicles and will recommend to others!

The team I worked with were a “no pressure” group. I appreciate that. They also showed a great deal of flexibility in arranging my delivery earlier than anticipated because I had some business travel coming up. Overall, top notch group of professionals and I would buy from them again if the need arises.

I came in originally looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but ended up loving a Jeep Wrangler after test driving. This was my first car purchase, and Dan N. helped me every step of the way. He was very thorough, patient, and deliberate making sure I understood everything I was reading and signing. He went above and beyond when we ran into a roadblock getting me the title that day. Instead of me taking my trade-in vehicle back home until things were sorted out, he went out of his way so I could drive home my new Jeep that day. While we were still waiting to hear back from the state, Dan made sure I was always updated and kept me in the loop so I was never left guessing or confused. Now with everything settled, I am even more happy with my purchase. Thank you, Dan!

I bought my dream Jeep yesterday from Hunter my sales person, Garrett the general sales manager and Anthony in finance. I’ve been working in sales for over 15 years and I’ve never experienced such a great seamless process. Garret was able to pick out the perfect car for me and run me numbers remotely. Hunter did a seamless handoff and was very respectful of my time and Anthony focused on things I really needed in and out in a hour it was perfect thank you for such an awesome experience.

We came there early in the morning to just shop and check out a few trucks. We meet Adam. What a great salesperson, so down to earth, he took all the time we needed to find just the right truck. We found, bought and left after many hours. During our time there we had a fun time chatting with Adam. It’s so nice to have a causal look to a salesperson. Suits and ties make them look grumpy. We loved your purple shirt Adam. Dressing casual made for a relaxed experience. Thank you for spending the. Day with us. Denise and Archie

Steven is the man to see for a great experience purchasing your next vehicle! Jesse makes the financing/signing process super fast and easy! The sales managers addressed all of my concerns without any hesitation. I have nothing but good things to say and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next vehicle in the forest lake area!

Awesome service department; courteous, knowledgeable and informative service writer. Jeep was all fixed up and is running like new. The whole team at Forest Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was beyond reproach when it comes to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Service department is over the top incredible. Very trustworthy and honest. I will buy my next vehicle eventually from this dealership simply because of their service department. I highly recommend them. My 2014 ram 2500 has 265,000 miles on it and drives like new! Overall customer service always satisfies!

I had a great experience with salesman Beau S. and Anthony M. in financing. I was able to test drive multiple cars until I found the perfect one for me. The waiting period for financing was easy and short. Great hospitality, honest service, and overall a great experience. I would absolutely refer anyone two these two. It is also worth the drive, if you live far from Forest Lake !
