My
overall
experience
was
“just
ok”.
I
was
eager,
excited,
and
thankful
I
was
able
to
quickly
get
in
for
my
vehicle
repairs
the
next
day,
as
some
of
the
other
jeep
dealerships
in
the
metro
area
are
booked
out
40+
days.
When
I
called
and
scheduled
my
appointment,
they
were
very
helpful,
and
I
clearly
stated
that
I
just
needed
both
the
main
and
auxiliary
battery
replaced
and
that
a
diagnostic
was
not
needed.
However,
when
the
service
tech
called
me,
he
insisted
that
the
shop
policy
was
that
they
require
a
diagnostic
to
look
at
the
vehicle
and
make
any
repairs.
Frustrated
I
wasn’t
informed
of
this
when
I
scheduled
my
appointment,
I
agreed
to
it
–
as
I
was
car-less
and
didn’t
want
any
additional
issues.
My
appointment
was
at
7:30a,
I
received
a
call
about
2:30pm
that
it
was
the
batteries
needing
replacement,
(which
I
already
knew).
When
I
went
to
pick
up
my
vehicle
the
next
afternoon,
I
asked
the
service
person
taking
payment
about
the
diagnostic
change
and
she
specifically
stated,
that
she
would
not
have
had
one
if
the
customer
didn’t
ask
for
one
which
again
-
frustrating.
Instead
of
taking
off
the
diagnostic
check,
she
removed
it
but
then
added
on
labor
(which
initially
wasn’t
included
in
the
billing)
and
so
my
ticket
ended
up
relatively
the
same
price.
The
overall
price
for
the
repair
seemed
expensive
($650+)
as
KBB
shows
the
repair
would
have
been
around
$350
-
$450.
I
was
overall
frustrated
by
the
lack
of
communication,
and
the
deceptive
repair
practices
which
are
relevant
to
the
other
reviews
that
are
left.
In
my
opinion,
the
responses
from
negative
reviews
from
the
dealership,
lack
ownership
of
the
issue
they
have.
I
hope
they
improve
their
level
of
service
but
for
now,
although
they
got
me
in
quickly,
I
wouldn’t
visit
this
location
again
soon.
