Edit/Update:
I've
decided
to
up
my
stars
from
2
to
4.
I
was
finally
able
to
speak
with
a
manager.
After
discussing
the
issue
we
realized
that
there
was
some
miscommunication.
The
issue
has
been
resolved.
I
greatly
appreciate
Cory
taking
the
the
time
to
hear
me
out
and
correct
the
issue.
I
am
honestly
sad
that
I
have
to
write
this
review.
But
this
office
has
failed
to
take
responsibility
so
I
must
give
a
warning.
I
brought
my
dog
here
when
he
was
a
puppy
to
establish
care.
This
vet
was
recommended
by
a
family
member.
Upon
checking
in
I
was
immediately
pressured
into
purchasing
puppy
insurance.
To
purchase
the
puppy
insurance,
they
must
keep
a
bank
card
on
file
(that’s
important
for
later).
There
is
a
different
cost
for
the
insurance
tiers.
I
have
the
lower
insurance
which
cost
$50.95
monthly
and
gives
you
a
10%
discount
on
services
such
as
neuters.
We
have
gone
on
about
our
appointments
over
time
with
no
issues
for
the
most
part.
The
front
staff
isn’t
really
that
friendly,
I
normally
wait
a
while
in
the
waiting
area,
but
nothing
too
inconvenient.
My
dog
has
had
several
appointments
here.
Some
for
his
puppy
follow
up
care
and
a
cherry
eye
diagnosis.
I
also
never
see
the
same
doctor.
My
dog
was
scheduled
for
his
neuter
and
cherry
eye
on
9/21/22.
Prior
to
this
appointment
I
was
given
a
quote
for
the
neuter
and
cherry
eye
surgery.
I
scheduled
and
had
the
surgeries
completed.
I
paid
my
balance
at
the
end
of
the
appointment,
and
we
were
on
our
way.
Which
leads
us
up
to
today.
I
noticed
that
instead
of
the
$50.95
they
have
charged
$94.95
for
the
puppy
insurance
without
my
permission.
I
called
the
office
to
get
clarification,
and
I
was
asked
if
I
would
be
having
my
dog
neutered?
I
informed
the
lady
on
the
phone
that
my
dog
was
already
neutered,
he
completed
the
procedure
over
a
month
ago
at
your
office.
We
then
find
out
that
the
physician
invoiced
the
neuter
incorrectly.
So
instead
of
the
office
calling
me,
informing
me
that
they
had
not
charged
me
correctly
the
day
of
the
surgery,
they
took
it
upon
themselves
to
up
my
insurance
tier
to
match
their
error
and
charge
me
the
additional
cost
without
informing
me.
I
informed
the
girl
that
I
did
not
want
the
higher
insurance.
She
then
tells
me
if
I
cancel
the
higher
insurance,
they
decided
to
give
me
themselves
and
go
back
to
the
$50.95
insurance
I
will
have
to
cover
the
rest
of
the
neuter.
This
is
fine
however
with
the
amount
she
says
I
owe
is
nearly
$200
dollars
over
what
I
was
originally
quoted
with
my
10%
insurance
discount.
None
of
it
makes
sense.
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
was
not
given
the
opportunity.
Unfortunately,
we
are
kind
of
stuck
at
this
vet
because
of
the
puppy
insurance.
But
if
you
decide
to
let
these
people
have
your
bank
info,
please
check
monthly
to
make
sure
the
correct
amount
is
being
withdrawn.
A
call
from
the
office
informing
me
of
their
error
would
have
been
nice.
Obviously,
they
have
an
in-house
billing
issue
and
expecting
the
customer
to
cover
their
error
is
absolutely
ridiculous.
