The actual blood draw was awesome. Everything before that was awful. At closing there were still 11 people waiting snd only one person working. She was doing the intake paperwork and the labs. Average lab work time was about 20 per person (that's ridiculous) including a drug test patient who was there well past the 3 o'clock deadline. He was called back twice to spend 20 minutes in the bathroom only to come out and say he was unable to pee. Other patients had to wait during all this nonsense. At half past closing he was waiting for another stint in the bathroom. As a self pay patient getting almost $600 in labs...I am pretty disgusted with the service here and talk in the waiting room was that this happens often...ie one person working. I hope I never have to go back.

**Edit** I would like to say our first impressions were wrong about this place. My husband ended up having 3 procedures here and the staff and doctors were so friendly and wonderful and the procedures went very smooth. They are severely understaffed and overworked, so if you go there and have a less than ideal time, maybe take this into consideration and give them a chance. ** Drove all the way out there and see a sign on the door to wear a mask and if you don't have one, then they wont see you. I'm not against wearing a mask, but they didn't communicate in any emails, phone messages or text messages that they, unlike any other place , dont supply a mask if by chance you don't have one..we are not in a pandemic anymore, so we don't carry them around, if this place would have made it clear, we would have brought our own, but they didn't, all they could say was this has always been their policy..well we haven't been there before, are we supposed to be mind readers? Every other doctor me and my husband has always reminded us of the masks, it's easy to forget, anyways, they were rude about it and unprofessional, so have to find another doctor, hopefully more competent

No billing sent, disconnected the first time I called to pay and confirm some things, then routed back to the IVR after talking to an agent to pay the bill. Only reason for a 2 star is the second person I spoke to was relatively nice.

Amy S and also the girl I talked to you on the phone were the sweetest politest most helpful people on the planet! My total experience here was great and very fast and I will definitely be coming here again. (I’m sorry I didn’t get the one girl’s name but I didn’t want to appear creepy)

I have to go there every month. The staff has always been respectful and courteous. They always ask me how I'm doing and how my day is. I'm usually in and out. I have never been there for more than 15 minutes. I have a choice of going here or to lab Corp. I always pick quest because of how polite and professional.

One of the worst customer service I have ever heard. I will never come to Quest Diagnostics after this bad experience. They don't respect patients nor their time. And the employees here, they just talking with each other and not serving patients.

The lady helping me with my drug screen was very sweet, my employer had me make an appointment online and I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Process was very straightforward and efficient, no complaints! 😊

This clinic is horrible, I went twice each time I drove 40 min. They told me to make an appointment but an online they said all the drug test; they don’t need an appointment. The nurse and most of the employees are very bad customer service. They are so rude, when they come at the lobby; they are screaming “we don’t have time for you guys, if you didn’t have an appointment”. That’s what they were saying. If you wanna send your employee a drug test. Please don’t send here, send somewhere else.I feel I am not in USA when I was there, the way they were treated the patients.

I have been going there for over 5 yrs now and have NEVER received poor service. Amy & Michelle are excellent at what they do and actually know what blood to draw for "not so normal labs" without sitting there for 30 minutes while they try to "figure it out" ... They are also very pleasant and prompt in getting you in and out .... of course if the waiting room if busy ... you will have to wait, but they do move the patients in and out quickly ! i can not believe the poor comments listed .... that has NEVER been my experience here .... unlike "the other place" L__C___ which was terrible.
