I am extremely dissatisfied by the experience and service I had at Argo and Lehne. My fiancé's engagement ring was supposed to be upsized and appraised. However, everything that could go wrong did, and the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. Firstly, let me start off with the fact that the engagement ring was my fiancé's grandmothers, passed down to her. The stated timeline for the ring resizing was thrown out the window. I had to endure a wait that stretched well beyond what was initially communicated (from the time the ring was brought in to picked up, 6 weeks). This level of disregard for a customer's time is unacceptable. To make matters worse, not only did they fail to resize the ring as requested, but they actually DOWNsized it! I cannot fathom how a jewelry store could make such a mistake with such a significant piece of jewelry. It genuinely felt as if they had no regard to attention to detail or competency. What truly shocked me was the owner's complete absence from the situation. Even though he was undoubtedly aware of the mishap, he never bothered to come out from the back to address the issue or offer an apology. This shows a stunning lack of accountability and a disregard for customer satisfaction. While an employee did provide a refund for the resizing, they conveniently ignored the fact that I had paid for an appraisal as well. We were left with a resized ring that wasn't even the right size and an incomplete refund. They refused to give us a full refund because “I could not prove that anything was wrong with the appraisal” even though the incorrect sizing was on the appraisal. You would think that a high-end jewelry store would issue a full refund simply due to this horrible experience. This says a lot about the customer service. Argo and Lehne’s incompetence, lack of communication, and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes have left my fiancé and I extremely upset. At the end of the day, she has not been able to wear her family heirloom engagement ring for 9 weeks now. I would strongly caution anyone against ever stepping foot into this establishment. It's clear that they prioritize their own convenience over the well-being of their customers.

Michelle and Haley were both so responsive and diligent, and they really took the time to understand what we were looking for. Before going to Argo & Lehne we had been worried that we wouldn't be able to get the perfect ring *and* stay within budget, but somehow they made it happen! Great first experience with Argo & Lehne! I attended an event ahead of Mother's Day, including a photo opportunity with my kids (5y and 2y). The staff could not have been more gracious! I bought a locket with custom monogramming. My order was completed in only half a week and returned to me in time to wear for Mother's Day - excellent quality, and I'm confident it will see a lot of use. The store was able to communicate both by calling and texting, texting being a big deal to me so I can easily manage communication at times when a call may be inopportune. I'll be a repeat customer!

We had a necklace made out of a watch that was my grandmothers. Rachel was so helpful with designs and staying within the budget that worked for me. Everyone at the store is so welcoming and friendly. It was Ana amazing experience overall and I will definitely be going back!!

I called Argo & Lehne yesterday and asked if they could sell my wife's tennis bracelet on consignment. The store representative said yes for a fee of $50 and told me to bring it in to the store. My wife and I drove to the store that afternoon and the salesperson looked at my wife's gold tennis bracelet and told us she wasn't interested in selling it for us. Why tell us to come to the store if they had no intention of helping us? It was obvious that she was anxious to leave and couldn't be bothered although it was only 2:00PM. We have been customers at Argo & Lehne for several years but we will not be returning again. Very poor customer service.

Argo & Lehne saved the day when I accidentally dipped my wedding ring in primer paint while working on a house project. They were so understanding and kind, and completely cleaned my ring and reshaped it for free. So thankful I got my wedding ring here-- highly recommend them!

They had a good selection of European/mine cut diamonds in various settings that Anne diligently went through with us after first explaining my budget. She made the entire process easy, fun, and memorable, so much so that I returned several months later to purchase a pair of diamond earrings for Valentine's Day, thanks to her help. My now-wife and I were able to design our own engagement ring and the results were stunning. Rachel, the employee we worked with, was very knowledgeable and had some great ideas of her own which helped realize such a great final product. After not buying anything at Argo & Lehne in years, my husband and I recently went in to see if they had a modestly-priced piece of jewelry for my birthday. We were greeted by a very friendly salesperson named Rachel. She led us to two display cases with unusual silver pieces by local artists. They were very pretty and we purchased one. I went to Argo & Lehne around 2020 to repair my engagement ring that we had purchased from an independent jeweler who obtained the ring from an estate sale years prior. My beautiful ring was unfortunately falling apart. Argo & Lehne reset the ring and made it look even more beautiful than before, while basically keeping the original appearance of the ring. The service and attention that I had received for the repair job can only be described as top-notch and impeccable. I went back to Argo & Lehne today to have a pair of earrings repaired, since one of them had become loose from use. Mr. Argo and Sarah worked on the earrings for a few minutes and tightened them. Sarah also cleaned my rings while I was in their store. The whole thing was completed without charging me a cent. I really appreciate Argo & Lehne Jewelers' thoughtful, professional and kind services each and every time. I highly recommend their services.

Rachel Burazer was the person with whom I worked several months ago when I brought my favorite silver ring in to have Swarovski crystals replaced. After doing that 3-4 times, she gently suggested that I might want to consider having a ring made that would resemble it but would be made with Cubic Zirconia so that “gems” would be more secure and rarely, if ever, have to be replaced. She added that it would be far less costly in the long run I was reluctant to follow her suggestion at first but, because of her patience, kindness, and gentle persuasion, I eventually moved ahead with the purchase. I picked it up today and absolutely love it. It is nearly identical to my original ring but is more brilliant in its shine and is far less fragile. Rachel is a rare professional who is knowledgeable, amiable, and caring. She worked with me over many weeks and she has always displayed an upbeat, positive demeanor. She will be my “go to” person from now on.

The customer service at this jewelry store is outstanding! I ordered my finances ring through them and when it came in, I was unsatisfied. Veronica was more than helpful. She not only agreed that it looked different than the original, but also reassured me that her main priority is to make sure I end up with a ring I love. They offered great payment options and kept me update via email on when the ring would be in. I trust this jeweler.

Very poor customer service. I took my damaged ring to them a few days after Christmas to be reset. I received a proposal for the work and was told it may take a couple of weeks because of the Christmas holidays etc. Fine, no problem. I had not heard from them at all and finally in mid February I called about my ring. I was told the name of the person who had seen me in December, but was told I could not speak with him as he was with a customer. I asked that he please return my call. Two hours later I called again, having received no return call. I did talk to the man who had seen and taken my ring and he gave me a story about the ring needing more repair than he had quoted (I don't see how that is possible) and that the repair was held up because of that. He explained that I would be getting far more service on the ring than he had quoted, but that it would be at "no charge" since my ring had somehow "fallen through the cracks"; his excuse for not contacting me in almost two months. since then I have sent two emails, both of which have gone unanswered. I intend to go to the store to find out what has happened to my ring. I just heard from Argo & Lehne and I can pick my ring up today. I have calmed down a bit and will give them the benefit of a doubt. Thank you, Robt. Argo. You made it right

I loved my ring shopping experience in general, but knew I had found the right place to buy an engagement ring when I started working with Bob Argo. His excitement in describing the science of how each stone would look best and describing why he'd make certain recommendations added a lot of confidence and ease to the experience. He actually convinced me to change my engagement date for the better and managed to essentially rush deliver the stone and prepare the perfect ring for me and my fiancee. I am from out of town and had never been to this jeweler before. The employees that I dealt with were both friendly and helpful giving me two different quotes depending on what i wanted done and my budget. I was initially quoted about $30 but was only charged $21 when I picked it up due to the job being cheaper than expected. This type of honesty is rare and I as the consumer can appreciate it! If I am in town again, and need jewelry I will 100% be back!
