    It’s located at prime spot of easton shopping mall Center fountain ⛲️ surrounded by various stores (Tiffany & Co is next to GUCCi shop) Good place to view at night with Christmas/New Year decoration lights Summer/Fall is good as well to do window shopping and walk around Enjoy shopping !!

    Always a great experience at Tiffany & Co. in Easton. Ahmed is great to talk to and extremely professional. They steam cleaned my fiancé's jewelry while we tried on a few items around the store. The jewelry came out great, and we had a great time

    It is very difficult to get anyone to help you here. I had a jewelry repair that I needed to take care of and I went in two separate times to try and get it resolved and both times I was invisible. There were only about 4 people working and I understand they were helping other customers but they could have at least acknowledged my presence and said “I will be with you shortly”. I ended up having to handle the repair on my own at home via the Tiffany website which was a completely separate nightmare of its own. I won’t be doing business with Tiffany anymore period.

    My husband bought my engagement ring from this Tiffany’s years ago. Through the years they’ve always been very kind and helpful. Today I unfortunately had to get my engagement ring cut off of my finger due to severe swelling and pain in my fingers. We tried everything to get it off but nothing worked and I came to the realization it had to be cut off. This was an emotional decision and process but this Tiffany’s offered me and my husband above and beyond kindness and care to ease the stress and sadness I felt having to watch them cut my band. Every single associate we came in contact with at this store that day was so caring, supportive and all offering words of encouragement. They insisted on popping champagne for us and brought us cookies, just everything was above and beyond what they needed to do to make it easier on me. They sent my ring out to be repaired and I know it is in perfect hands. I just highly recommend this location and their quality associates who are very sweet people. Thank you so much, if any of these associates from Tiffany’s at Easton see this review, your care and kindness meant so much to us both. ❤️

    Robin was exceptional. She was friendly, patient and courteous, and warm. She helped us out especially my Daughter whom is very picky when selecting her jewelry. Thank you so much. All of your sales associates are so very nice. I always go here when I'm in town to buy a piece from Tiffany.

    This is the product I bought in their shop. I just pour water into it, and it will explode!? Imagine what it would be like to explode when I drink! And their service attitude is really terrible!! Cut off contact actively! Don't take it seriously at all! Take the customer's life as a play!

    I was told my charm was fake and they refused to send it out for service. Not sure how they determined it was fake when sales associates & managers do not authenticate items. So I sent it myself to the service center in NY where Tiffany will not service unauthentic items. The jump ring was added like I asked with no issues. Between my husband and I we have spent a lot of money in this store but I’ll never step foot in here again.

    Had a silver braclet cleaned because it had been in water briefly. It was purchased 2 months prior. After picking it up 20 days later, I feel like it looked how I left when I dropped it off. I'm no Tiffany's expert, but maybe Its not suppose to have its original luster. I will try a different Tiffany's to see if they where wrong or if it's me, possibly.

    Ordered a necklace online and had it delievered. Came in a blue box and then a blue bag inside. The necklace was in several knots. It took about 15 minutes to untangle. The presentation was awful. Nothing like unraveling an expensive necklace while sitting in front of 13 people. Regardless of price, it should not have been presented in such manner. Even the $10 necklaces from Walmart come better prepared than that. It was as though they just threw it in a bag and was done. Very disrespectful!!

    I can't say I have gone to a better place with such great customer service. My partner purchased out engagement rings there and Maias worked with him every step of the way, including ensuring out rings fit perfectly. He has answered all of our questions and was amazing. Truly if you are looking for some beautiful pieces ask for Maias and you won't be let down.

    The warranty on your purchase is only good until it breaks. Then when you go to get it fixed they charge you. I only had my bangle bracelet 2 years and the clasp broke and it took 5 weeks to get it repaired and $110. Never will I purchase another item from Tiffany's...

    If you've never been in a Tiffany's please take a minute to go in yes products could be expensive because they offer top quality jewelry but many items within this store are very reasonably priced and this store is no different the salesperson was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me very well

    Incredible experience. I didn't expect to buy something there but Bob Viola and his manager made us feel very comfortable. We didn't walk in looking or smelling like a million dollars, they still treated us with excellence. We are big fans of this company and especially this location. I'll drive the extra couple hours to deal with them here. Bob was great!

    Update 7/14/2020: Finally got my ring back yesterday. The ladies that helped me were great. When I called yesterday to see if my ring came in, this time the lady I spoke to was great and patient. I did end up receiving another call and email telling me it was ready. My ring fits great and looks amazing. I am very pleased with the resizing of it and the quality of it now that I can wear it. All the ladies I have dealt with have been great, its the men I have dealt with that have not been so great. I did have one lady who apologized to me regarding my process through this. I honestly think if covid did not make such a big issue that I would have had a better experience. With things getting back to somewhat of a normal, Tiffany's is not so bad and is getting better. This is what my rating went from one star to four. Update 7/07/2020: I finally got my ring in to get sized, however the Lady at the store told me 7-10 days and now its a month later almost and it will be another week. When I called to check the status a guy answered and was so rude. He acted like I was wasting his time and that he did not want to help. I cannot wait to get my ring back so I never have to deal with these people again. I already told my fiance to never go there for jewelry again and I stand by that. Horrible customer service! I will not buy a Tiffany and co. piece of jewelry ever again. The customer service is awful. One store tells me that the warehouse and repairs are closed and the website and customer service says the opposite. I now have an engagement ring that was expensive and cannot wear it. Since I cannot wear my ring, it takes all the excitement out of the engagement and wedding planning process. I can't even get engagement photos done because I can't wear my ring! It also is embarrassing when people ask to see my ring now that we are engaged and I can't show them because I can't wear it! I have called the store and emailed and have not received responses back. I also fail to receive responses from customer service as well. This definitely will be my first and last time I buy from Tiffany and Co. and I certainly will not ever recommend people going there.

    I came in with my girlfriend to look at rings and get her ring size and not a single person working asked to help us. Even when I was standing right next to a worker asking my girlfriend if she wanted to be sized in a loud voice. Pretty ridiculous
