Nobody answers the phones, the people at the desk like to stare at you and talk about you behind your back in other languages thinking you can't understand what they are saying. Had an appointment and didn't get to see the dentist until 3 hours after my appointment time. I would honestly NEVER suggest anyone go here! They need to hire more staff as well as friendlier staff who care about their patients, will actually do their job and won't talk behind their customers backs in other languages calling them a fat cow and their children retards.......seriously don't go here.....

I've been going here & seeing Dr Bloch for a long time now & I've never had a complaint. Everyone that works there are so sweet & nice. If you have an issue & need to talk to someone fast, they are always there to help.

The dentist clinic is the worse place you can go, the emergency walk-in does not true; you can be the first in the list and you have to wait hours and hours before the dentist see you. I was waiting for more that 4 four hours an the reason is because the regular patients are showing; how you can call this an emergency appointment? I do not recommend this place.

I'm thankful my infected tooth is out however the dentist KNEW I WASN'T NUMB ALL THE WAY and scalded me when I uncontrollably cried out in pain ONE time when he dug out the last root. It felt like he took his tool and stabbed me in the middle of the roof of my mouth, no where near where the tooth was. He also kept smashing n pinching my lips. It hurt so bad, I was shaking and could barely drive home. I've had a tooth removed here one other time and it wasn't half as bad as this time. It was such an awful experience. I DO NOT recommend taking children to this dentist. There's absolutely no way I'd let that man perform on my son. Performing on adults that aren't numb all the way is one thing but I could never trust if my child was actually numb all the way if he cried out in pain too knowing the dentist has no issues performing when people aren't numb like they should be. I'm waiting to get the rest of my dental work done else where. I had no choice but to go to this clinic today bc it was an emergency but I will not go back by choice.

Awful dentist. I had a tooth removed 5 months ago, while he was removing that tooth, he apparently broke the tooth beside itm almost in half now its in infected and I need a root canal!!! Im so angry but theres absolutely nothing I can do besides leave this review n hope someone else doesnt have the experience that i did.

If I could give zero star for this place I would. This provider is horrible. I've been trying to schedule my daughter for dental appointment, no one is answering the phone. When they do answer, they don't have any early appointments, it's always further away. I got really frustrated these people. I had to find a new doctor. Don't go here.

had a appt there then arrivated and was told it was cancelled and rescheduled without my knowledge, acted like they could care less, i like my dr, the place he works at not so much

My primary care specialist is an amazing and so funny I am so very thankful that I was lucky enough to be her patient for the last 2 ½ almost 3 years. I was always comfortable with her. I listened and took time considering my health options as well as cause and effect of medications that could impact my life however I may need which she encouraged I take that time then consult everything with her. She was never in a rush and took her time with me. Donna is one of my heroes and she helped make my quality of life better than it has ever been. I will miss her so much when she decides to hang up her stethoscope. Thanks for taking care of me doc I hope you have an amazing retirement when ever that day comes.

I had to get my glasses lens changed, I got the wrong information!! And I've been waiting for two whole weeks for them to fix them. No call! I called then 5 hours ago, until now, they never answered. Horrible service. Worst. Clinic. Ever! Im never coming back!!!!

I denied medication he wanted to prescribe me so he had it delivered to my house then charged me for it instead of charging my insurance and this was after I told him I did not want the medication

Avoid this place like the plague! I had a dentist appointment scheduled way back in October, and this office has now rescheduled me three times, because the dentist either calls off, or in the latest case, is in on the day of my appointment, but is limiting his services, so my appointment has to be cancelled (what does that even mean?) Every time I have been rescheduled, it is over a month and a half out. They are so busy and overrun, and their dentist only shows up half the time. Save yourself some serious trouble and go somewhere else. What a horrible operation!

Unprofessional staff. Appointments at 8am. They Show up 20 minutes late, and both times I have not been seen until almost 9. You are unable to speak to the doctors office directly

Terrible hospital the receptionist takes forever to sing you the last time I was there I waited for about 20 minutes just to be told I'm late like duhh I know since I had to wait for you to finish youre convo taking their sweet damn time

Been a patient for 11 yrs and desperate needed a refill and for over 2 weeks out of med and been sick because of it. I can't believe how I've been neglected

Calling the office: No one EVER picks up. Automatic call back works 2-5 hours later or never! Half the time it says number is not in service. Prescription refill: I’ve been on certain medication for over 10 years. Seen my doctor a month ago and normally get 3 months scripts. Last time got 1 months worth. Been calling for 2 weeks now for a refill and they keep saying doctor he not replied to my request. Now they tell me I need to go see another doctor due to my doctor not being available.?? This place is a joke! Hire more staff. Take your patients seriously.
