Looks small from the outside, but it’s packed with memorabilia, photos, tribute movies, fact sheets, so much! That Nicklaus fella was a pretty good golfer. You will read his stories, see his gear, and take in his life from beginning to nearly present day. It’s fascinating how much he and his family kept from the many hundreds of tournaments Jack entered. Where did they put it before the museum was built? It’s well worth the $10 entry fee. Stay for an hour or make stretch it to 2-3 hours and read everything.

An amazing collection of all things Jack Nicklaus. The museum is well curated, breaking The Golden Bear’s illustrious career down from birth to Hall of Fame and business life. Every sports fan should take the time to visit this spot. This places does a great job showing you why Jack Nicklaus is the GOAT in Amatuer and Professional golf.

Jack Nicklaus was a great golfer and is a great family man and American. The museum collection showcases memorabilia from his early life through retirement including trophies, golf bags, and photographs. The museum focuses not only on his career but how important his family and giving back to the community are to him. This is worth visiting as a tribute to Mr. Nicklaus even if you aren't a huge golf fan.

They just make too much of the big deal out of him and they could spend taxpayers money on something else for people to learn and to to be taught you know I don't play golf I don't want to go see somebody that plays golf that train museum is worth going to cuz you get to go on some of men look at them and look at how it was before a car come along they got streetcar old street cars up there and everything but this golf it is just too much to take it to spend their money very well off that's why there's nothing downtown in Columbus hardly everything's moved out from down there but no I would not go to that no number one there's probably steps and number two they probably don't have nobody for help if you want to know something or anything about it I've never I've never been there adjust the looks of it I would not even go I don't like art and I would go to the art museum before I would go to a golf so I hope you enjoy yourselves.

More memorabilia than I expected! I loved to see all of his accomplishments over the years. With all of the stuff, you can see how much he loved golf, including a scorecard of when he first beat his father. Like, how is that possible???!!! All in all, great place.

Disappointing. Checked website that it was open at 9:00 throughout the week. We drove an hour getting there at 11:00 on a Tues. only to find it closed and an indication that it is open only on Thurs., Fri., and Sat. from noon to 5:pm. Wasted trip. Website needs to be maintained.

If you are a fan of golf, golf history or a Jack Nicklaus fan, you'll love this museum. The museum was really well organized with a room dedicated to each decade of Jack's life and a separate room dedicated to each of the four majors and the U.S. Amateur. I was impressed with all the memorabilia including the actual clubs used to hit some of Jack's most memorable shots. There are a few theater presentations throughout the tour and a TV in each of the decade rooms to show the highlights of that decade. I would allow 3 hours to comfortably get through the museum.
