why not close schedules until further notice? you lie about your buses running until last minute and cost us, the customer, time, money, and grief. I wanted to see my family for the holidays and instead had three buses cancelled. Get it together. Communicate with us, your customers.

Very pleased with my trip via Baron Bus. Took a trip from Winston Salem to Dayton , Ohio. Bus was comfortable clean, good Wi-Fi and newer model. The drivers provided on upcoming stops and time to stretch your legs. During my trip I left my Apple Watch on the bus I transferred from. Sent a message to Baron Bus via their web site. With in 2 hours I received a call from Virgil ( Cleveland office) that they found my watch and he took the needed steps to get my watch back to me. Overall Baron Bus is a great company and Leeds in the transportation industry.

I use them all the time between OSU and Cleveland. Great buses and power outlets. WIFI is avaialble but its limited. I would recommend them to anyone

There is no way to actually reach a human on the phone at this company on the weekend. So, suppose you have a bus connection and the first bus leaves late. And you want to alert the second bus so they can wait 5 minutes for you. Nope. This is not possible. You'll miss your connection by 5 minutes and then lose hours of your life waiting for the next bus. They don't care at all about customer service or even their job of getting people places in time.

bus was clean and nice, mixed feelings about the driver though. she was funny sometimes, but also very temperamental and disrespectful, there was one kind young man riding the bus who had just flown in from abroad and his english was not very good and she was being extremely unprofessional about it, kept commenting on his english throughout the ride, treating him like he was stupid and having a fit when anyone asked her questions. at one point he was trying to ask her something, and she threatened to kick him off the bus.coming from somebody who speaks multiple languages, english is hard. give the poor guy a break! wifi was also terrible, kept cutting out and making me log back in.

Really nice buses used from Columbus to Chicago. Driver was very friendly and tickets are cheap. Great deal!!!

Amy was our driver for our girls trip.. I can't find words to say how courteous, professional, safe and fun.. not to mention our ride was smooth. I got off the baron bus today in Cambridge Ohio and got on the gray hound and that driver I think she said her name was Marie or something like that. She is the absolute worst driver. She’s not friendly and she screamed at me inside the store and told me to get out of her way. For the first time ever I would have to say gray hound is a better company and better driver

Highly dissatisfied. Barron's bus put us on a greyhound to which we had issues and could not fix them because Baron's bus does not have 24 service. The issue occurred late Friday and we will not be able to get ahold of them until Monday morning. Now we have to buy all brand new tickets through Greyhound. Barons bus is a joke if they would send you out and not be there if you have any issues

At least there Honest. They are limited to where they travel. But there prices are as Bad as GRAYHOUND. At least they run there business from right here in the USA. They will point you in the right direction if you need information and there people are very respectful and curious.

Greyhound should learn a thing or 2 from Barons Bus. This company knows how to treat their customers and have them wanting to come back for more. The bus was very clean and comfortable and employees polite. I would highly recommend them.

Just recently chartered Baron's Motor Coach, for a trip to N. Carolina from 'Columbus, OH, everything about our trip was great, from the first step onto the bus 🚌 coach was very clean, newer line, but more importantly our driver Amy' she was a beast. Not only will we use Baron's again, we will be, requesting Ms. Amy as our driver. AMY YOU ROCK YOUNG LADY!!!! My personal experience, is a Hugh thank you.

I wanted to say that this was two times I have road one of the baron buses from Huntington West Virginia to wyattsville Virginia. The drivers are awesome and they expect a lot of gratitude and a lot of respect. I have always experienced Greyhound is one of the worst companies but I really like the baron buses because they are more pleasant and more cleaner and the people are pleasant as you are traveling and you are comfortable and you know you are safe. I would love to travel from Huntington West Virginia all the way to Springfield Virginia safely instead of going through the headache of it Greyhound in Richmond Virginia. Keep up the good work hope to ride with you again

I had a wonderful experience riding with Barons Bus Lines, our bus was clean and comfortable, equipped with a friendly driver. I've never seen a bus with power outlets on each seat until now, what a great feature. Truly a great experience. Thanks, Barons!

We spent 10 hours on the bus in 90+ degree heat. No fix, not able to turn off the heat, no arranging for a different bus. Horrible.

Unprofessional and racist drivers. I mean they are rude for no reason. especially the driver on bus 190 which runs from cleveland to cincinatti. He has to retire and take a chill pill coz he has no life left.. Take a chill pill grandpa!

Very good smooth ride, affordable decent prices. Just want to give a heads up to whoever may ride, people smell and every one decides to have a cough. Prepare as you feel you need to. P.S they don't cover their mouth when they sneeze. Where the prices are low, the hobos will go. Beware.

Horrible! They left several minutes before the scheduled time and our daughter of course missed the bus. When we asked for a refund they refused. We wrote letters to the management company and they caved in for 25% refund only. This company is pathetic and we have never and will never use it again. Stay away from these clowns!

I really was relaxed on the bus ride because the bus driver gave all the complete necessary rules and instruction for every one to have a safe happy comfortable ride to their destination. The bus was very clean. I will surely travel again so I will not have to drive from Chicago to Ohio.

They cancelled the bus that I booked to a time way earlier than my booked time and didn't make sure that the messages were received. I booked them through Greyhound but when I called them they sent me to Baron Bus whose number they didn't even have and Barons sent me back to them whom rebooked me at a later time.My next booked trip the bus driver never came in to the bus station to announce his arrival or departure and left the passengers without notification.

Love these guys. Their bus are clean no odor coming from the back of the bus as you often have with their competitor. Bus 249 driving aggressively, swerving,cutting people off, and speeding on 33 at 1:00 pm. I would not suggest riding baron's busses.

My favorite charter company since megabus no longer come through Ohio and I hate to drive. Hopefully greyhound keeps them around. I only book the trip if it say bsb

I am on one of your buses right now. 021 from Marysville, OH to Chicago, IL. The bus arrived 25 minutes late and we are already 2 stops behind on the schedule. Our driver is navigating by Google maps. He is asking a woman to his right for constant updates and assistance. He apparently has had insufficient training. This is absurd and unsafe.

Was waiting at UC East in Batavia to pick up my son who was coming from Athens, OH for spring break. The driver for some unknown reason stopped at a Shell gas station 1 mile away and let off a few people and then decided to just not come to UC East. My son called and said that the driver was going to the Greyhound bus station in downtown Cincinnati. So I plugged that in my GPS and headed that way. 2 miles before getting there my son called again and the driver had then decided to go to the main UC campus, not the Greyhound station so I had to go there to pick him up. Horrendous experience, 2-1/2 hours round trip for me to pick up my son.

Unprofessional office staff and drivers, have some dangerous people driving the buses, no consistency of the safety policies and procedures, no meal breaks, they don't take your complaints seriously.... I didn't feel like the company was concerned about you as the customer because the issues expressed were still happening on different days and schedules with no corrective changes for the better.....

I recently used Barons Bus Lines for the first time and they'll be my service provider of choice from now on. I loved the comfortable seats, the wi-fi, the outlets were a huge plus and most of all, my driver was friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was a positive and comfortable one. Buses are filthy, hair grime and who knows what all over the seats and floor. And the bathroom... I've never been more willing to soil myself than to use the fecal smeared bathroom. Also I'm not all that tall but when my legs can't face forward in my seat it's a major issue for comfort.

You can't get to Columbus from Akron or Canton (the closest major Ohio cities) before 2 pm or stay in Columbus past 5:35. This is really strange. Barons Bus could at least make the first trip of the day to get to Columbus a lot earlier. Why should I have to spend the night in a city 2 hours from my home just to have time to do anything?

We have taken two bus tours on Barons. Both trips were very enjoyable. The buses are new and ride like you're on a cloud. JR was our driver. He is a very good driver and his driving was always safe and courteous.

My experience isn’t even over yet but it’s been an experience for the books. The driver was very nasty with his words he quite literally told us that it is “my way or the high way”… we are all grown adults in this bus and no one should be talked to like a child. We were aggressively threatened at every stop to be left on the side of the road in failure of compliance of his “rules for his bus”. I hope this driver finds the job for him because it isn’t driving people around via bus, he simply just wanted to degrade people and act as a supreme authoritative figure of driving a bus. I’m sure the rest are just like him therefore I don’t recommend baron bus. This safety video screamed that this brand is about luxury and royalty and neither was conveyed this bus ride. Very disappointed

These buses are totally unreliable. No one answered phones on weekends… just another fly by night service! Do not book either them.. you will regret it.
