Have, myself, only visited once. I know my siblings enjoy coaching there. The fields seemed nice and maintained from what I saw. Ample parking for the multiple fields and for the most part, people picked up their trash. There are outdoor johns to use should the need arise. I also appreciated how there are open fields between the soccer fields so you can entertain children and others NOT currently playing.

I think there should be more at this park like a place where you can seat and cook out also and a jungle Jim or some things for the kids and maybe a track that I can walk on not that it isn't a nice place bc it is just wish it had more things better bathroom it's already hard enough to find a restroom around that area but if maybe cleaner porta johns like a handicap one or a shelter area you can πŸ’Ί under but besides that it's a nice park for soccer ⚽ just needs a little TLC and upgrades be even better just my opinion

Park is great for the kid's soccer games. However it does need more parking for when all soccer fields are being used.

May I say this place is a marvelous place to be it has a great viewing of the sky beautiful grass you know I think they could do better with some flowers maybe everywhere so that you have a better scenery and to collect more of the environment and wildlife in this park but other than that this park is okay and I feel as if there could be better playground equipment for the children as well and maybe more animals and things the kids and get into something while they're at the park and for the adults to have like maybe bonfire pits and stuff like that around the pond and volleyball nets

Just an open grass field. Good for soccer and to throw a ball. Not really appropriate for baseball or softball.

Nice place for the kids soccer games!

  • 1/5 Zach K. 1 year ago on Google
Parking here is atrocious during soccer games and they need to find a way to mark the fields so when you are told to go to field #1 you know which field that is.

McCoy Park is a utilitarian park. It is a field that the community can use for various recreational activities. There are porta potties and parking. It's not a gem but it works well for its purpose.

This is not McCoy park. It is a picture of the smoker in side of Thurm's Meats. I saw this on Columbus Food Adventures 'Meat lovers' tour. Good tour and Thurm's is an excellent place for smoked meats.

Not Columbus' best park. In odd area no work I g bathrooms. Just port o johns. Fields are rough.

  • 4/5 Des M. 6 years ago on Google
McCoy is pretty much an open field with no seating. So bring folding chairs, if you plan on visiting the park for a game. The park has no bathrooms, only porta potties.

Great park. Our daughter's soccer games thru Gladden were held there. The kids had a good time. It could use a little more seating and maybe a few more bathrooms though.
