😐 Maybe if I understood the historical significance of this mound better, my appreciation for being there would've increased. It's kind of cool though. Maybe if I understood the historical significance of this mound better, my appreciation for being there would've increased. It's kind of cool though. My friend and I walked to the top, but it's unkept, so it's not a great hangout spot. There's a big field right below however, so maybe this would make a better spot for a unique group outing for a picnic/field game. Not sure if the field is public ground though, so I guess you gotta hope that the high-class neighborhood members that live within eyeshot don't kick you out.

During the winter solstice I visited this sacred site it was cold but I had an inspirational walk around the mound thinking of our ancestors.

The set up is fantastic, but the mound itself is overgrown and not very well kept. The poll house aspect is fascinating. It is worth the visit for sure.

Beautiful place but there is no parking availability. No further information regarding the history of this sacred mound is available. Although the place is well taken care, it feels more like the back garden of the rich houses behind. I am sure this place has more to teach us about the history of the first inhabitants of North America rather than just being a nice spot to watch.

Super cool earthworks mound. A shame they built a neighborhood all around it.

Neat hill. Kinda weird that it's surrounded by a neighborhood, but of course that can't be helped.
