Kind of ridiculous that we paid $50 a person for a season pass and the kid splash area isnt working and doesnt seem like anyone is in a hurry to fix it. So all my 5 year old can do is splash around in the water. The lifeguards blow their whistles every five seconds and pick and choose what they enforce. They have two water slides that have a height requirement but nothing for anyone under the height. The lifeguards should focus on watching the water and taking their job more seriously, instead of trying to look "cool".

I don't recommend going here. The woman "supervisor" lifeguard was rude as could be to us. First off she told my husband we couldn't let our 4 year old stay in the shallow area with all the waterfall thingies - the kid can't swim yet. Then they got onto my husband for holding him in the deeper area since he wasn't allowed in the shallows because apparently that's illegal there too. I brought my 3 month old daughter with me too. She loves water. Sat down under the supervision of 4 lifeguards (including the rude woman) and blew up a little floaty for the baby to sit in. Nobody said anything to us until we get in the water. The freaking troll lady was on us again because apparently this pool doesn't allow floaties unless you use their life jacket things. She told me I was welcome to use a life jacket instead... for a 3 month old baby... who is not only WAY smaller than these jackets, but was in no way shape or form out of my sight or alone. This was our first time going here, and we were very excited to go because this was the first time we could afford to go. I'm ashamed we wasted our money. We will not be back. Thank you for ruining our children's day.

Whoever is owner of the concession stand is not considering the customers experience , just know if somt wrong with your food they feel no need to compensate they still want regular piece paid for F'd up food 🤷🏾‍♂️

We enjoyed visiting the Big Splash this summer. Membership was reasonably priced. They offer two slides, climbing walls, small kid area, changing rooms, showers, restrooms, and picnic area. There are plenty of lounge chairs and beach chairs to sit on. Be sure to check the dates of when they are open and closed.

My first visit here was great. I went on a Sunday. I got there just as they were having adult swim, which is for 15 minutes every hour on the hour. Thoroughly enjoyed the slides. Except you can feel where each piece of the slide meets on the covered slide so I chose the uncovered slide mostly. The in-water rock climbing wall was pretty neat as well. It wasn't too packed even on such a hot day. I like that they have life jackets for every size and that their life guards are vigilant, caring, and friendly. The place was very clean. They have more than enough beach chairs. And the food isn't far too pricey for a pool. Only three showers, one handicap. But there wasn't but one person in line in front of me near closing. I will definitely be returning, by myself and with my kids!

while on our trip to Columbus Ohio to celebrate our girls special weekend we actually got to hang out with her and her kids for one of the days at this water park. I have to say I was a bit skeptical because I was looking forward to some adult fun the whole weekend however we want up having it even at this park. Just as much fun for the kids as it is for the adults

Would probably get 5 stars if the music & fountains worked. We were told at the beginning of ths summer that the fountains were broke. I imagined they would have been repaired within a couple of weeks as it is a main attraction for the little kids. It is almost August and none of them work and we have not heard music one time this summer since we have been there. I do like that they do not offer general admission passes any more. It helps to keep it less busy because it is almost always crowded anyways.

Not the same as when my kids were young, what was a 10 minute lifeguard break when I lifeguarded as a teen is now 15, but was really 20 minutes. Would not pay to go there again, over rated. Not clean. A cop was also walking around with a drug sniffing canine for some reason....

The water park was great! Very clean. It was hard to find. It's on the 2nd floor. We entered from outside as a result and missed the towels in the arcade. I couldn't figure out how to get in the adults only hot tub. The arcade was nice but overpriced. The food in the arcade seemed reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant on site. It was a step below Applebee's, but convenient. The room itself was outdated but clean, comparable to a comfort inn. It has all the expected amenities. The breakfast was the best I've seen since the pandemic. Biscuits and gravy, sausage links, apples, bananas, yogurt, boiled eggs, granola bars. Not the best, but decent. The prices advertised for Lazer tag were a bit off but it was fun. Overall the place needs updated and they could charge a lot more that way, but we really had a good time.

Great place to take kids. Some parts seem a little run down. I would like to see that members get an earlier admission time than those buying day passes, even with a member.

Son and granddaughter was visiting from Florida and wanted to go. There wasn't a sole there and we couldn't get it because you have to buy a season pass. No regard for visitors whatsoever. Would never recommend.

Pretty crowded when I went but was very clean… only complaint was that the splash area in the zero depth wasn’t on… so it was essentially a big shallow pool full of people… only advantage I had was because I have a little kid, they let us stay in the pool during the top of the hour breaks… Which was honestly great considering older kids have no concept of personal space.. my daughter still had fun but definitely difficult to navigate when kids are bumping into you and even swimming under your feet … only real issue I had was finding a chair when I got there because there would be like one sandal on a chair that wasn’t used the entire time I was there… essentially making you think it was being used when it really wasn’t at all

It cost 100 for non-residents and 50 for residents for a seasonal pass but a great place for the family to go and have fun.

  • 5/5 Nichole R. 10 months ago on Google
The pool is well maintained and they have ample life guards. And they have a lot of seating available as well.

This is a great place if you have Littles. I took my kids several times a week over the summer and it was a great routine. I would recommend buying the pass early online and remember you get to two buddy passes for five dollars each if you need to bring extra people.

A nice place to go with the family. Very kid friendly with shallow water in most areas. Nice clean restrooms with showers. A concession area with some tables and lots of places to sit around the pool area.

Never got to swim you have to be a season pass holder to swim there is $50 for a resident of Grove City $100 for non-resident I live in Grove City but my taxes because of my address pays in Columbus I'm considered a non-resident so therefore I have to pay $100 for a season pass just to swimming for a week

  • 1/5 Karim I. 6 months ago on Google
This was a very disappointing experience, The staff was rude and childish, whistling at your every move the kids didn't have fun. They double charged me even though I lived in Grove City. Terribly sorry for what could have been a great experience ended up being a great waste of money.i do not recommend that spot if you are looking for fun 😊. Step up your game and stop thriving.

Clean, not as big as we expected but it worked perfect to cool off on a hot day! Kids love it... water slide, climbing wall logs of gizmos that spray or dump water. Good for people watching!

Very nice water park for kids 13 and under. Think it's too shallow for older kids and their rough housing. Lifeguard at every spot needed and very attentive. Fair snack bar. Grandkids love it. Ages 5 and 9

A good place for a hot summer day and fun with family friends, you can come here and have fun on their two great water slides or you can enjoy yourself and cool down by swimming around or in the little kids area
