This airport has plenty of people ot is serving yet all bars and restaurants are closing at 7pm. They are kicking people out and turning people away. This is obnoxious, you claim to be a city on the verge of making it big...good luck. No airport lounges either, what kind of city is this??? Don't you want my money and that of others??? I've been in your downtown, looks like you could use the tax money to clean up trash all over your sidewalks!

Small, clean airport that has everything you need. Terminals A, B, and C are all very spacious with large hallways and walkways. Terminals don't connect once you clear security, so make sure you're in the right terminal. If not, they're all a short walk in the main hallway. Each terminal has Clear, TSA Precheck, and about 3 security lines which can backup at peak times, but no more than 15 mins. There's only 1 lounge for the entire airport that's located in terminal B, by gate B32. It's the Centurion Lounge by American Express. All terminals have restaurant options, small bar, souvenir shops, coffee shops, and convenience stands for snacks.

A great airport with plenty of parking and easy to navigate drop-off area! Nicely laid out to find your airline counter, terminal and gate. TSA security is fast and efficient! Lots of seating available in the terminals near the gates. Restaurants, bars, shopping and restrooms are plentiful. Baggage claim is easy to find along with car rentals and shuttles. The airport is clean and even has a history section. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Nice airport for the 15th largest city in the U.S.!

Great little airport. Small enough that there isn't a huge wait for TSA. Plenty of nice food choices. Small gate waiting areas so get there early!

Nice little airport with a couple of places to eat and shop. Restrooms were clean. I used the blue long term parking lot. The one baggage claim carousel is downstairs but I didn't have to use it. Not many hiccups in this small airport. Leaving the airport was easy and the signs were very easy to follow Again, this is a small airport so not easy to get lost. Even dealing with the TSA was easy and everyone was very nice and respectful.

Airport is on the smaller side but it was clean. No complaints about the bathrooms. I do wish they had more food selection. I took off 2 stars because the Asian woman doing the general tsa check is a moron. She marked my leftover food, small carry on, and jacket as suspicious items that need to be checked further. Only items she didn’t mark were my shoes and belt. The guy at the end asked me why she marked these and said they were all fine. The airport needs to do better with hiring just anybody.

Clean, quick and easy airport. You can get through the lines fairly quick. They do have plenty restaurants places to eat. Grab some coffee grab drinks a little knick knacks TSAs will let you know what you need to do and get you moving through pretty fast. You have various gates you can get to so it moves pretty fast to seeing areas or just like all the other airports you have leather seats really comfortable plug so you can charge and so on and so forth

This is one of the nicest, easiest airport to get around! There is a small Memoral area for John Glenn. The workers help you with a smile. It isn’t crowed like other airports. It is easy to get around.

It is a good airport, because of its size it is easy to locate yourself. I arrived there at 1:30 am and I felt safe about having to wait there until my departure time.

Nicely arranged airport- CMH. Several runways. Multiple airline carriers fly in and out here. Very friendly crews and staff in the TSA and within the airport. Highly recommend this airport.

I love this airport. It is small, easy to find everything. You won't get lost. It is super clean and it has recycling bins everywhere! That is a plus to me. The only thing could be better is that there are not enough options for food (restaurants), but other than that, I love my Columbus airport, ♡.

Arrived and exited this airport with almost no contact with anybody else. The smoothest airport exit I've had. Lots of parking in multilevel car parking lot. It was just badly labeled with directions, so on arrival, it wasn't clear where the exit was. I just walked aimlessly till I found someone to ask and eventually found it.

An airport consisting of limited options and well worn furniture in a lack luster environment. Fairly easy to navigate and short TSA lines. Rent car terminal is accessible via a free shuttle bus. Glad my flights were all on time as getting stuck here any length of time would be less than ideal.

I grew up around the CMH. My dad worked as part of the maintenance crew, so after I lost him it was still sacred ground for me. I have fond memories of the observation deck where one could watch loved ones disembark from their flights. I remember watching my older brother step off the plane when he came home from his military service overseas. Now I take my grandson to watch planes come in and take off. Times that I fly I appreciate CMH having what I need without the sprawl of a mega-airport.

Small and easy to navigate airport with service from most major carriers. Oddly enough, I cannot find an A or B concourse. The only concourse seems to be C. This is also numbered 45-56. Not sure what it means, but it appears to be a good game of hide and seek. Cons: multiple restaurants and they are never open. There's more than enough traffic to support however you can't get a meal or decent snack outside of a vending machine. The freshest food here is from the Farmers Fridge vendomatic. Pros: small airport with friendly enough staff. Older equipment which appears to be maintained adequately. Fast service from all so you can run a bit late and still make flight. Overall, this is the only option available for visiting this area. Plan ahead and do not rely on the airport to provide. If you have a long layover, Uber to a restaurant and back.

It’s a pretty big airport! It’s also a great place to go aviation spotting!

Very clean and nice but one major drawback. We booked tickets through this airport using American Airlines and their partner Alaskan Airlines. Landed in terminal C and had to fly out of terminal B, but despite our flights being domestic flights we had to exit Terminal C, go to AA service desk to print new boarding passes since my son has lost his, and go through TSA all over again. Very inconvenient and frustrating, especially when my son had just purchased a large bottle of water prior to learning we would need to do TSA again and had to throw it away unopened. 😡

I have found this to be one of the larger airports that have late flights. I flew from Boise to Columbus via United Airlines and arrived at 11:00 p.m. The flights were on time with a great staff. Airport staff members are always willing to assist with directions. The one drawback in my opinion is that the rental car location is a long way from the terminal in terms of walking, although I have never had any issues at this rental car location. The staff is always professional at the Budget and Avis Rental Car counters. The wait was short and they had the vehicle I stated that I wanted. I have always had a good experience at this location.

Nice clean and efficient airport. American Airlines check-in staff were polite and helpful. Plenty of seats at the departure gates, and we left on time. There is a cellphone lot to wait for arriving flights, and drop off and pick up lanes are right outside the terminal doors.

So far so good. Security check was a breeze. Everyone but our pilot was wearing a mask 😒. But other than that a great flight experience

John Glenn Columbus Airport was easy to navigate and very safe. The temperature inside was perfect, and the bathrooms were clean. Great options for food and very close to the gate. Very thankful!

Check in was pretty easy but a little slow. Would have been better to have had curbside check in.

Pretty small airport but well organized. Checking in went smooth and stress free. Our flight was delayed by 45min so it got pretty crowded. Wait area nearby gates pretty small and it got busy to the point where there were no seats available so people were standing around creating bit of a mess. Staff was friendly and handled “the mess” very well. Overall good experience

International airport, although not too big. A lot of cheap flight options are there. It’s not far from Columbus, and everything was fine when I traveled. It was evening, and the security was super fast. My gate was In A, and there was not much food options. On top of that whatever available was closing soon! I have never seen airport shops closing at 7 pm!

John Glenn Columbus International is a great little airport. Quick easy bus ride from the rental car return building. Getting through security was a breeze, 5 minute wait. Not a lot of vendors to choose from. Clean, easy to navigate.

Nice little airport with a couple of places to eat and shop. Restrooms were clean. There is parking nearby. The one baggage claim carousel is downstairs. I waited about 20 minutes for my luggage. Not many hiccups in this small airport. The only issue I had was with the rental car area. You have to take a shuttle to the rental car area. They were super slow and I had to wait about 30 minutes for a car. I got the car with everything on and it took me a good 20 minutes to get things right. Leaving the airport is a bit confusing. Again, this is a small airport.

Pretty small airport to navigate. Everything is as expected. Security was pretty simple to get through. They had a dog sniffing bags so we didn't have to take our shoes belts off. This was for an early morning flight. The lives were long but we got through fast.

I love small airports like KCMH. Easy entry and exit. Good options to eat and drink. Starbucks coffee before and after TSA. Bob Evans express. Friendly staff and well maintained facilities.

This airport is OK. It's rather small in size and is problematic when you've got a delayed flight. If you have a canceled flight, you often must get pushed back to another day because there are so few flights. TSA agents are stern but kind. They have Clear, which is great, and I've never had to wait. There is a small lounge, but the seats are comfy, and the employees are nice. Often, when I fly in here, everything is closed. It's a little weird, but I understand due to its size. I usually fly American - and they have a mixture of great employees and horrible ones (like - need a vacation and are stressing themselves to death). I suppose that's people in general these days. The help desk is the best. I got set up with a hotel and directions to the shuttle from a great help desk agent. It was definitely a great asset that I was happy to use. So - yeh - definitely not 5 stars but not 1 either.

A medium-sized airport that is clean, comfortable, and easy to navigate. All airline staffing and TSA that we encountered were quite pleasant. My only complaint is the gates in the terminal that Spirit uses all had seats with non-functioning charging stations.

Nice little airport! Not crowded at all! Checked bags curbside and went straight through TSA Pre-Check super fast! Was sitting at Chili's having a beer within 10 minutes of arrival!

Never rent a car from this airport if you value your time and money. They are quite possibly the worst run rental car facility that I’ve ever experienced. This kind of situation has happened to me 2 consecutive times now. Huge lines with 1 representative for the entire facility. Poor guy stuck checking in about 30-40 people. The picture I took is showing how he is checking in two parties at the same time. I wish I would have taken a picture of all the people waiting, but like I mentioned, there were about 30-40 people in line.

I love a small airport so much. I’ve never had any trouble in Columbus. One time the tower lost all radio communication so our flight was delayed but we didn’t have a connecting flight or anything so it didn’t create a problem for us. The shuttle to the parking lots are easy to find and navigate. I’ve never rented a car from Columbus so I can’t speak on that.

Plenty of parking options. Quick shuttle service. Normally quick security lines. No need to show up 2 hours before flight. If you do, there are decent restaurants and lounge areas.

Good signage when entering. Very helpful ticket agent. Pleasent wheelchair assist for elderly relative and man, was it ever clean in the terminal!

I'd definitely recommend this airport for your traveling needs. It's a fast process in and out, as well, very clean. If you have no clue what in the world you're doing, guaranteed someone will help you. Happy days and happy flying!

Worked at, at least 15 airports and far the cleanest, organized airports I’ve worked at. Just wish they could connect the terminals A B C instead of having them apart from each other and have customers go through security to transfer from one terminal to the other one.

The flight was great. I would prefer a whole drink and a TV of my own to watch movies on my trips

I have seen alot of airport, fancy ones and big ones, but Columbus International airport is sleek and simple with uniquness touch. And mostly it's my hometown buckeye state airport what can be better then that, its also a different & diverse............. All of this and that in one of the most grown state. We are ohioans and we are buckeyes cus we always watch our backs lol ⭐🇺🇸🌙

Their parking is very confusing. Expect a bit of a walk if you park in the garage. Their shuttle lots are safe and the drivers are helpful. You don't have a long wait. They are practicing social distancing. Some of their shops are closed.
