I will not recommend this community, stayed here for more than 2 years. They will not give your full deposit and charge you more than $200 for very very minor irrelevant things like the below.

Essentially they’re ran by champion. Lived @ Oak Creek though and don’t recommend any properties with champion...

My closest dear had a very bad experience recently in renting a 2 bed apartment here. Inexperienced staff with all lies manages to get you sign the lease. Not worth of your money for such a old apartments. I’m just here to write review to help upcoming leasers. They don’t deserve a single star either in my opinion.

Do not bother with Lake Club. There were dead bugs all over the floor on my move in day, apartment looked like it had been "cleaned" my previous renter and nothing done by their team. They kept giving me the wrong mail keys. A month after moving in they did an install for AT&T to all apartments. The installer left a poorly patched hole at the top of living room wall. I tried several times over the course of 12 months to get complex to fix and it never happened. I moved out on 4/11 and spoke to reps at their office a few times to which they confirmed I did not owe any further balance for water/electric and I was "all set". Two months later they send an invoice for $209 for electric/water and a carpet stain (the carpet is cheap and brown - pretty impossible to stain). When I called the deposit team to discuss the call I had with Lake Club management, the man said it was "impossible" that they would have said I didn't owe anything for electric/water. Do they not record their phone calls....can't imagine why....

Stay away from this apartment. You will get a better apartment for the same prize. They don’t show you all the available apartments. They don’t give you the choice for selection. They will suggest the old apartments. The original apartment which you will be moving in is very different from model house. For the same prize you can get a bigger apartment in polaris area only. They will force you to sign the application.

I find myself not able to sleep most nights because the walls are so thin at this complex. I can clearly hear neighbors TVs and snoring from my bedroom. The apartment itself is ok, I would have moved somewhere else if I had more time to find another place. An update after 7 months: the neighbors and noise have only gotten worse throughout my lease. Also the maintenance and leasing office management are making me pay for repairs for damages that cannot be explained. Very frustrating being accused and blamed for something that has "no other possible explaination." Overall just don't recommend living at Champion Properties as I lived at Oak Creek previously and also had bad experiences.

Beware before signing the application. Please don't go to Lauren. She is very unprofessional and she don't give you much options to select. She suggest the apartments which are old and which are available from long back.

Staff is awful. Rude. Unprofessional. Overall poorly ran company with seemingly no one who has ever worked an entry level customer service job in sight. If it has a Champion logo it just look elsewhere and thank me later!

LOVE IT! would highly recommend. what you see is what you really get, you can pick your view, relax, & enjoy the quiet area! great for kids & pet friendly! it was reallt hard to find a place that allowed 3 cats, but theyve been nothing but helpful since we toured a unit! Korri especially, her and the other staff members were so nice and leniant with our move in process!

Our family has been at Lake Club for 5 years. We absolutely love the staff and amenities offered within our community. Delaware County patrols the site to ensure tenants are safe. The Olentangy schools are amazing! Thanks for all you do, Lake Club! ❤

I dodged a bullet with this property, the office staff lied about a unit being available by our move in date, and after we pay to apply and reserve our unit $200 everything changes and it’s not available! Poor communication, and very unprofessional. (Supposedly the rep who was working with us quit within a day)

I love my apartment and the amenities! Staff have all been super friendly and helpful, particularly, Alex, Korri, and Ashley.

I want commend the staff especially Ashley and Korri for their patience and responsiveness. The excellent Maintenance Team have always resolved any issues in a timely manner. Great job guys! Sandra.

I have been living in the Lake Club apartment community for about two months now. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years, but Lake Club stands out as one of the best ever for me. Why? 1. Quality management. The difference between high and low quality management in apartments is HUGE! Responsiveness to my questions and concerns, as well as a repair issue were addressed quickly. Lauren and Kaitlyn have been so kind and have a customer service attitude in their conversations with you, making sure they hear you and see if there is anything else they can do for you. Excellent! 2. The apartment. Modern updates to the kitchen and bathroom are nice and appealing. The master bedroom is good sized and master bedroom double-sided walk in closet is HUGE! 3. The grounds. It is very rare to find an apartment complex with ample natural landscaping, woods and lakes on site, which Lake Club has! Very serene and peaceful grounds. TONS of parking, also very rare. Very family friendly with a playground and community pool on site. The entry into the main entrance is lighted and feels upscale. 4. Package delivery. Lake Club has invested in a state of the art solution to package delivery: Luxer Lockers. QR code enabled lockers for packages are at the front entrance. You get a notification when your package is delivered and you just scan the code you received and get your package. Very rare for an economically priced complex to have these kinds of premium amenities. OVERALL, the combination of quality management, nice apartments, great grounds, competitive price, close proximity to Polaris Mall AND access to highly rated Olentangy Schools has made this an amazing apartment for my family. Five stars!

I had just recently moved in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The maintenance and staff have been so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I love the apartment as well as the amount of parking near my unit. Every unit at LakeClub has access to various amounts of parking which is nice for guests, and being able to always park close. There are a variety of residents from young professionals to families. Great location, and close to shopping, food, businesses, etc.

I've been living in Lake Club for about three months now. When I was searching for an apartment, Lauren listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was kind and welcomed me and my puppy to Lake Club in a kind and warm manner. The property is clean, well maintained, and I constantly see staff on the grounds. I love my apartment. I moved into a 2 bedroom. It has all the space I need and I'm in love with my walk-in closet.

I love this community! Anytime I have needed anything, the office staff have been very attentive and resolved my issues. Maintenance is also great! Most of the time they come the same day I report something. The office staff has been polite since day one and are very consistent with their customer service. Most times I speak with Lauren who has also been so nice and inviting. Most of all, my son loves the community, has made many friends and always looks forward to the park are and club house.

talking about this clubhouse it is so good and very much comfortable for live in. all of the staffs are very much polite and helpful treat you all like as family members. over all the place is way to good comparing with other apartments.

I can’t say enough about how nice this complex is!! I love everything about it, the people I’ve talked to are so helpful and nice, the community is clean and I’ve talked to two of the office employees(Lindsey and Adrian I believe) they were so informative and made me feel like family. I will definitely be looking into renting here and will be suggesting this location to family and friends. Compliments to whoever hired the staff here, I’ve been to many complex’s and immediately eliminated the thought of living, this place I can’t say enough. The extra stuff like the playground, the club house, the parcel lockers are some of the things that made it even more special.

Lake Club at Polaris has been such a fantastic place to call home! Their front office staff (Lauren, Lindsey, Adrian, & Kenny) is extremely welcoming and kind. Lauren Epps was very knowledgeable, caring, and professional in helping me to find the apartment that was exactly right for me! The maintenance staff is very responsive, competent, and friendly! The complex has great amenities (particularly a beautiful community center with free coffee/tea and a convenient 24/7 gym). The location is outstanding, as it is close to Polaris Mall and interstate highway 71, but still quiet and safe with plenty of close parking. Great value! Highly recommend!

I’ve only been living at Lake Club for the last two months, but so far I have really enjoyed everything about living here! The staff is always very friendly and more than willing to help with any issues you have. The apartments themselves are worth the price and very spacious with modern appliances. I also love the way the staff tries to get its community involved by setting up different events. ’m so glad I picked Lake Club!

The layouts of the apartments are great (they’re so nice inside!), there’s a ton of parking, location is prime, staff is very friendly and Adrian has helped us so much by calling to check in on our family to make sure we’re loving our new apartment. The lakes/woods are beautiful and it feels like we’re in the country and not right off of Polaris Parkway (which is what we wanted)! I definitely recommend Lake Club.

My fiancée and I have lived at Lake Club Polaris for about 18 months now. I can’t say enough about how amazing the office staff has been over the last year and a half. The location is great, the apartments are remodeled and look great inside, and the grounds are spacious and have plenty of parking and green space. But all of those things you can see on a tour. The kicker to me is customer service, we have had a few minor maintenance issues but every time the issues were addressed extremely quickly and totally fixed. There are some typical apartment things like hearing your neighbors from time to time but it’s not more than you would expect in an apartment. The staff always makes me feel welcome and at home. Adrian specifically does an amazing job. The package delivery set up is extremely easy to use and we love it. The landscaping is always done really well and make the place look stunning. They have great events for residents and make a real effort to take care of you. I am very happy to give them 5 stars.

Had been looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in the area for quite a while. So glad I found Lake Club. It's a quiet, well maintained community with great staff and prompt maintenance. I love the birds outside my window and the lakes and trees nearby.

The communication and service during quarantine before we even moved in was excellent. Everything was made as simple as possible for us! We have been here a month now and it has been great, they are very accommodating, friendly, and plus, they recycle. Overall we are very satisfied.

I have lived here two years now. The overall experience has been very good. The staff on-site are always responsive, welcoming, and helpful. The community is well kept and the amenities are clean and nice.

My husband and I started our search for an apartment to live in for about a year while we search for a home to buy. We started our search like every couple by looking at photos and reviews online. We found a few that had what we were looking for and I started making calls. When Joe picked up the phone he was warm and welcoming. Had answers for every question I had, no matter how silly! We talked through the different options and Joe was very upfront and honest with he different costs and fees associated with pets and bedrooms and whatnot. One thing we liked about the complex when we first came in is that it is nice and spaced out. There is plenty of room for more than one car to go down a street and lots and lots of Parking places! When we arrived we met Morgan. She is so bubbly and endearing and made us feel extremely comfortable. She also answers all of my goofy questions and explained everything in such detail. She showed us around the model and the complex. As we were walking around other tenets were very friendly and would say hello! She showed us on a map exactly where available apartments would be in the timeframe we wanted to move in. We left lake club and went to two other apartment complexes but overall, they just didn’t compare. They weren’t as kept up, jammed all together, and office managers did not make us feel as cared for. We came back to lake club that afternoon ( completely unannounced, oops) to make our final Decision. Morgan was busy helping others with printing out their paperwork, showing another couple the model, and doing other tasks. When we walked in she immediately greeted us and found time for us between the million other things she was getting done. She gave us some applications which were extremely straight forward and easy to fill out. Took a few minutes to do that and then gave them back to Morgan. She then put the information in and it took next to no time to know that we were approved! She sent us an email with the next steps which were easy to obtain and got them back to her. The contract and garage contract were both signed online to make it even easier! Overall, I have nothing bad to say about this place and the people. So far, they have been AMAZING! Morgan is extremely kind and warm and is soooo quick and getting back to my emails. The application process is beyond easy and fast. We are very happy with the choice of lake club and are excited for the year to come! Do not hesitate checking these places out, they are clean as can be and really feel like home for being an apartment.

The leasing office staff made me feel even more excited about the move-in process. I was so surprised with their efficient communication, kindness, and that they gave me their undivided attention. They explained several options to allow what worked best for me. I also appreciated their policies are sensitivity towards Covid-19. The apartment is well maintained and spacious. To be honest there is not a single thing I would say that is negative about this apartment complex. From management to the maintenance crew everything is immaculate. I don't usually leave reviews but my man these people have gone above and beyond for me since I moved in. Any minor issue I have had they have been ON IT right away. A couple of days ago I thought my cat ran away and some guys from the maintenance team stayed after hours just to help me look for my cat. There aren't many places that would go that far to help someone out, and they did. Thanks to John, Jerry, and Mike for being awesome at their jobs and genuine people. The apartments are super nice, the community is great, the location is 10/10, and the price is extremely fair for everything that we get. Definitely would recommend this apartment complex to anybody. Love it here!

Its beautiful, quiet, clean and most importantly a affordable apartment complex and the staff is phenomenal. However a special thanks and appreciation goes to Lauren our property manager. She is kind hearted and provides excellent customer service for us residents. Her spirit is so welcoming it’s just amazing. Thank you Lauren for all that you do for the community. She is one of the many reasons why we renewed our lease!
