This company has incentives in place for their residents to earn a prize for putting in a false review. I'll update with all the correct information as soon as the human resources department gives me the OK, to post my review. I have receipts, photo evidence and testimonies to prove otherwise.

If there is a zero I would give it that is what it deserve. . Every time you call the office it is very difficult because they envoke you to an argument . For example, I called the emergency mentenace guy . He was arguing with me about building # and he would not tell me how long the problem will be fixed. By the way it has been it has been 5 days no one called or said anything thing when the issue of my AC will be resolved. I called the office it is always we are doing our best. It gets very annoying when you call them and don't want to hear you . They don't want to hear to what you have to say because it doesn't work for them . It is always one excuse after another. I tried to call mengment and the individual from the company left me a message with a without listening to my side of story. I knew then that nothing I said will make a difference. I didn't even bother to call her back. So , I love my neighborhood but this apartment complex is not the best dealin with there customer. It gets furstating when I pay my rent on time and fellow there rules and when I need something to be fixed it end up being an aggravation.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The A/C WILL NOT WORK. If you don’t believe me, do yourself a favor and drive or walk the apartments and look at all of the FANS/WINDOW UNIT A/Cs in the summer time. If I had the two thousand dollars to break the lease I would. It is not worth paying 900-1000 dollars for a unit with no air..... Advice from a stranger, spend another 200-300 and live comfortably in a house with your own back yard. Front porch and most importantly AIR!!! I have gotten the run around with almost every reason, I won’t bore you with but you will know them all if you do not take my advice!! Not to mention the horrible egg water smell you will have but I try to bleach the drains often myself personally.

My whole experience was awesome. I Love my Diamond upgrade apartment. The rental office was very welcoming and made sure I had a smove move in! I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to makeThe Estates at Brentwood your first stop!!

Please be aware of what you pay for. They are overcharging people for rent when all you get is some fake flooring and stainless steel appliances. They offer valet trash but then charge you for having trash outside your apartment. I had so many petty complaints about having trash outside my apartment and you don’t have the option to take out your own trash without being penalized. Don’t move here unless you want to come out of thousands of dollars because they make up charges to add to your account. I’m telling you it’s not worth it. They will put a paper on your door for $25 charge but when you check your account it says $75 extra on top of your already $1000+ rental payment. One of the worse management teams I’ve every encountered.

I have been a resident for almost 5 years. I love this place! It’s perfect, literally. Besides the amenities, which are accommodated in every single apartment, the location is perfect as well. Grocery stores, shopping centers, entertainment and so much more. Valet trash pick up is amazing too. The rental office is full of staff who are friendly and on top of all residential needs. They even have give aways monthly to show appreciation to there residents. The maintenance is terrific as well, which is a big deal in apartment living. Spacious 2 bedrooms and washer and dryer included. I could keep going with positivity. I have nothing negative to say about the Estates at Brentwood Lake. I am a proud resident and you will be too!

I relocated here in October 2022 from the very first day of move in I have been bombarded with noise-Since the very first day. The cabinetry is old, deteriorating plywood-peel n stick laminate on cabinets. My maintenance items were addressed because I just moved in and experienced a loud, disrespectful neighbor and her offsprings. Spoke w/mgr, leasing team, assistant manager called security -no help. The lease implies quiet enjoyment-not in my unit. Police was called by someone this weekend due to the fighting (domestic violence) situation that occurred over my unit. Leasing lied, Mgmt. lied (only interested in selling her scentsy products), I cleaned my own entrance area with cement disinfectant because of a horrible stain that was never addressed prior to me moving here. I thought about keeping quiet but the public need to know! I have pictures about the overflowing garbage. Loud music all through the night, appliances small and dilapidated, ceiling fan rocks, horrible cabinets. I sure wished someone would have warned me. I just pay my rent and keep to myself until a change comes.

I have lived here since April, 2020 and I've had a great experience so far. The staff are very friendly, there were a few bumps in the beginning but the staff made sure everything was fixed with no problems. My kids have made good friends and I love that they are in the Pickerington School District. They always have great giveaways and check in with their tenants. I love the Valet Living Services for your trash so you don't always have to go down to the dumpster.

I've lived here for almost a year, and I'm renewing my lease for another year. The apartments are beautiful, my neighbors are friendly, and it's been overall a wonderful place to live. We had an issue with our a/c when we moved in, and literally within the day it was fixed. The staff here have all been very helpful anytime I've needed anything. The trash valet service has been the best. I would say these are the best, most affordable apartments in the area.

The initial response to my apartment search inquiry was pleasant and sounded promising. Viewing a unit was painless and staff member Marcus was very informative and friendly. However ever since I paid my app/holding fees ($420 total) and got approved for a unit I was misquoted on the amount due upon move in and have made several emails and calls to get an explanation or printout of what were the determining factors of that amount and have not gotten a call or response back other than we will get back to you and it's been almost 2 weeks. I find it very concerning they are quick to take money but slow to respond to pertinent questions about upcoming lease.

I better get a turkey!!! 😂 Love this complex and the staff is extremely helpful and make you feel like family!!! It has been a wonderful experience overall. My apartment is extremely comfortable and I look forward to the years to come. Great job leasing office and maintenance staff!!!!

I have been a resident here since March 2019 and it has been a great place to call home. Every maintenance request has been completed and fixed within 24 hours. It is a clean community and the valet living for trash pickup at your doorstep is the best. They are truly always at your service. Estates of Brentwood Lakes cares about their residents and brings the community together with social events for Halloween and Trick or Treat for the kids, pool parties, and breakfast on the go as residents are leaving. They ensure that the community and residents have a clean and safe place to call home! November 3, 2023

While the neighborhood is quiet, I find maintenance to be slow and my car has been broken into several times. Rent is a bit high for what you get.

I can’t say enough about this place. We just re-leased for our 3rd year. The staff (especially Kevin) continue to always be friendly and attentive. My requests or concerns are always addressed with urgency. Anytime I have to visit the office I’m heated with a smile and small treat. I’ve never lived anywhere like this. I can say they take excellent care of their residents. You can't beat this place.

We have lived at Brentwood Lakes for over 2 years now. Our apartment is roomy and comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Love that we have our own washer and dryer.

I have lived here for approximately 3 years. Ow . Staff very professional, helpful and attentive. The maintenance staff is very responsive and quick to repair. The community events are always fun and engaging. 11-21-22 This is my third year. Grounds are kept clean daily and the apartment is layout is very nice. I have had nothing but good experiences here! Thank you again as I believe it is the great staff that makes it happen here!

The office staff is helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is efficient. The apartment rent, size and noise level between apartments is about average for the area. The neighborhood is fairly quiet most of the time and the the residents I have met are friendly. I am on my second year of being with the community and am satisfied with what the community has to offer.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Love living here at Estates of Brentwood Lakes and have been in our comfy home for 3 years now. Great staff to work with and maintenance is always getting done when you need it. They work hard to make you not want to leave and go elsewhere. Thank you for all do. The Staff Kevin, Marcus, Liz are all great people to talk with. They really do go above and beyond. The grounds are always kept up nice. They make sure they doggie trash bags are emptied with fresh bags and they even furnish the bags to use after fido does his business. Its worth checking them out. Close yo everything from grocery store, to lots and lots resturants to entertainment and in the Pickerington school district and close to 270 and70.

I put two stars because of Kevin he’s a really nice guy very helpful with everything you need and very respectful but put that away that apartment is not bad. It’s convenient if you have kids in elementary school school district is good but they will rip you off your security deposit. They charge you ridiculous $25 for trash violation shows like sometimes they intentionally monitor you voraciously. It’s like they intentionally take pride in doing that. And then, when you decide to move out they target, you have a little mistake you make you get a charge. I left my apartment sparkling clean guess what they did took my security posit and said they used to cover minor clean ups! They didn’t do a walk out with me to check the apartment and when I called them to ask them why they said “well they already did it, so it doesn’t matter” the other ladies at the apartment office become so defensive, When you go ask them any questions I mean how? is this not your job? Why are you agitated I’m asking questions for absurd trash violation? Why are you mad at me for asking you questions?. Getting you into this place is easy but once you decide to leave, that’s when all hell breaks loose. So don’t think you get your security deposit back it’s a sham. And be prepared to have extra $25 just incase. oh the stalker from nowhere…… won’t go into detail cos cops were called. and people break into your cars. So watch out too.

I really like Estates at Brentwood Lake. It’s quiet and peaceful. The staff are all nice especially Leslie. She has always gone above and beyond to assist us and always has a smile. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I don’t like is that we have to pay a fee for the gym and pool which I’ve never heard of from any apartments. I love the fact we a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. It’s a great place to live.

I have been a resident here for over 2 years and I really enjoy staying here! The area is nice with great school district. They have pool which my daughter loves! I never have a problem with maintenance coming very quickly whenever I need assistance. The staff is awesome, quite friendly.

Worst apartment to live in. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They marketed pool and gym as free, but they charge extra fees for pool and gym which is not in the lease contract. The rent fee is unreasonable for the area.

I’m a resident here and been here since may of last year, I love it so much here that I just signed and renewed my lease. No problems here, the maintenance is very responsive and efficient, trash valet is awesome, my neighbors don’t steal our packages lol, and they have nice dog park and security every night driving thru the complex. It’s definitely worth the money and everything is upgraded!

Moving during a pandemic can be challenging, but Brentwood Lake make it easy. I had a socially distanced viewing of the model unit and all paperwork was completed online. Kevin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I moved into a newly remolded unit and any of my family who has seen have had nothing but positive things to say about it.

Do not even apply here. It costs $290 up front and they charge you a hidden fee once you are approved. I thought this was it....once my apartment was approved I had $300 taken directly out of my bank account. Total of $590 BEFORE you ever sign a lease. By the way...its nonrefundable. They are not transparent in this process and this serves as your warning. Will be looking into my legal options to get my money back. Will NEVER move in to such a dishonest group of scam artists.

I love the maintenance guys. Super cool and down to earth. Leasing staff is nice and always helping me. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and friendly. Dog park is nice. And the playground is better since being upgraded. Wonderful place to live 😁2 yrs now.

Nothing bad to say about my experience so far! The young man in the office, Kevin was so helpful and made the application process seamless! I've been here a few months now and I'm happy with my decision!!

So far living here I love it. Quite, maintenance are quick with replies, I love the new and updated playground near by me now, and most importantly I love the inside of my apartment. It really has everything in one for a great price.

Nice place for the price. Apartment is very spacious, maintenance has been great. My only comment is that the exterior areas need to be better kept - there is trash on the ground, cigarette butts and burned outside lights right outside my door. Haven't had a problem other than that, neighbors keep to themselves.

These are the best apartments I’ve ever lived in I have zero complaints the customer service if that’s the correct term is wonderful they got me moved in within a couple of days, the maintenance is super fast and easy to request and they are super friendly.

If there was anything I needed fixed or taken care of it got done within the next business day. I would recommend to anyone, the updated spaces are beautiful and perfect for my boyfriend and I.

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn Moore I've been a resident going on one year now and I don't have enough good things left to say about this place! The main office staff doesn't have high turn-over rate so they get to know you and take your issues seriously. Kevin even helps me move in furniture and lift heavy things and never says he's unable to assist when I have a mechanical or electrical issue. Maintenance is quick to help out and I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. The only issue is that the pool isn't closely monitored so it was closed a lot over the summer due to damages.

New resident here and I love this place already!! Staff is super cool and helpful and the community is so nice!!

Do not move in here. I have lived here for about a year and from day one have had issues. The day we moved in we started seeing roaches. We contacted the management each time but they are no help. They will come out and spray but the roaches are back the very next day. They say that are doing all they can but this is ridiculous. The people in the office are rude and will never call you back and basically talk down to you. Stay far away from this place.

Been here for three months and satisfied with everything

I would give them no stars if I could. This place is absolutely awful. We had the leasing office lie to us saying that one of our packages was returned to the Amazon driver when it wasn’t even delivered via Amazon - it was UPS. Turns out one of their maintenance workers who lived on the property had the package accidentally delivered to their door and they kept it. We had our neighbors even take our packages off of our door step and all we get is “we talked to them and it won’t happen again”. I really don’t understand how these people are employed - there’s so much more to write but the review would be at minimum 5 pages long. I will say the only person who is somewhat helpful is Kevin

I just moved in here and the customer service is and was IMMACULATE! They worked so hard to get our application in, approved, and handed us the keys the same day! Leslie pushed hard and stayed on top of things to get us into the perfect apartment. The appliances are beautiful, and the extra amenities (pool, fitness center, dog park, and playground) are something we plan to take full advantage of!

We moved in back in October 2023. There was a slight confusion about our move-in as our initial apartment wasn’t ready. What we thought was a inconvenience at first was actually a blessing because they switched us into a similar apartment but it was way better. The staff is always kind and pleasant. Leslie is the star of the office. I look forward to seeing her smiling, positive, cheerful face when I go into the office. I love the fact that they don’t mind people getting packages to the office. Maintenance is awesome. When you have a request they come out within no time which is rare nowadays. The trash service is good. The only thing I don’t like is you have to pay to utilize the gym and pool which is kind of interesting to me. As much as I pay for rent these amenities should be free. To be honey there are better apartments in the surrounding area and they don’t charge these fees. I would’ve gave them all stars but I had to take one off for charging for the gym and pool. Other then that it’s quiet and peaceful. I really don’t have any complaints and I would definitely recommend others to live at Brentwood.

I recently relocated to the apartment in January 2024 and have had a positive experience thus far. There were some initial problems with my main toilet, but they were promptly addressed. The leasing office staff is friendly and always available to assist. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has provided a peaceful and secure living environment.
