Delicious pizza! The prices have definitely gone up just like they have everywhere. So here’s an updated menu with the higher prices. The service was okay. We also tried the pretzel bites appetizer and they were good. Also overpriced though!

This is our 1st time here and wasn’t disappointed. Everywhere we could get pizza nowadays, but Mellow Mushroom is definitely unique in 3 factors 1. Taste of the pizza alongside with taste of crust 2. Attractive Ambience 3.Cleanliness and fast service and attentiveness

This is one of the famous pizza chain here in Columbus. This is us on Polaris parkway 5 mins from l-71 highway. The place is big and spacious. They do have outdoor seating. I ordered the vegetarian pizza and calzone it was good but not up to the mark. Somehow I felt like normal pizza.

Really very good place for pizza, one of the best pizza I ever had till now. The crust is soft but also crunchy, also the cheesy bread is so good its fluffy and light. I just lave the taste and texture of the food there. It's just tooo yummyyy.

Would not recommend. Employees refused to seat me unless I had a mask on, but let me take it off after I sat down. Yet MORE THAN HALF of the employees handling food/drinks were not wearing masks or had masks on but kept them on their chin whilst exposing their mouth and nose throughout the restaurant. The current mask mandates allow specific exemptions to customers requirement of wearing or not wearing a mask and they are clearly not following said mandates properly (which is illegal)

First visit to this restaurant and the experience was certainly excellent overall! Admittedly forgot to take any pics of the food, but the Garlic Bread w/Pesto & Cheese was SO good and I had the Meatball Hogie that was very flavorful. Peach Sweet Tea to drink and it made for a perfect first time at Mellow Mushroom on Polaris Parkway. My friend got the place’s version of The Hawaiian Pizza, and it looked quite tasty, especially with the thin, stone-baked crust. It is a very open dining room and did have a little bit of elevated noise volume because of it, but not anything prohibitive to enjoying the visit. Friendly, attentive server.

Fantastic pizzas, love the soft but crunchy crust! The decoration inside the restaurant was really cool. My favorite was the great white pizza I believe which is basically a margarita pizza with onion.

Ok, so as for chains go. I typically do not get real deep into chain restaurants because they are usually soso . But- this is one chain I am impressed with. They have different locations and each one is decorated differently. The menu is pretty consistent and prices seem the same or relatively close to each other. The first thing you will notice here is the VW van when you walk in as well as a full sized HULK in the middle of the dinning room! The entire room is decorated in such a way that it makes it really fun no matter where you are at inside. They have an amazing outside patio section if the weather is nice and the kitchen is fully open to where you can see everything going on and you can tell that it is very clean. They have a few signs posted apologizing for longer than usual wait times because of reduced staff due to covid but we did not have any indication of that because our order was quickly taken and the food came out just as fast. Service was amazing and the drinks we had from the bar were definitely good quality drinks for the money, not something watered down like you might get at some other places. Overall this is a great location, staff was courteous and fast, everything was clean including the bathrooms. I would not hesitate to come back here again and recommend this to everyone. Definitely something to check out if you're in the area especially the Hulk! Try the holy shiitake Pizza, it's the best!

Pizzas here have always been good. Tried their steak hoagie today and it’s not recommended, go to Jersey Mikes for that.

Not a garden variety joint. The flavor's are just as unique and special as the vibes. Appalachian spring water, and unbleached, unbromated flour. Ty

I usually have issues with tomato sauce, so I was leary about thier sauce. There was no need to be leary one of the best pizzas I have had in a very long time. We also tried thier meatballs. They were delicious.

Sooo good, this is one of our favorite pizza joints. When traveling we always look for Mellow Mushroom and enjoy experiencing how differently designed/decorated all the locations are. You definitely get a funky cool vibe and the food is delicious. Their Greek salad... is SO good, we love their Parmesan pretzels with marinara, and of course we get pizzas. My husband loves their version of a Hawaiian pizza and I create my own with the 3 types of olives (don't knock it till you try it). We always leave full with a box in tow. What better thing for breakfast than leftover pizza?!?!

Two years ago I left a review about getting hair baked into our food, and items missing... Sadly they haven't improved since. If you have dietary restriction/food allergies I'd avoid this place. They are BAD about cross contamination. (This isn't the first time we've received a pizza with random items from them) Here's the pizza I received today, this pizza has a random bell pepper, and a random banana pepper. It also has toppings missing. My significant other had a single piece of their "gluten free" pizza and had a reaction to it.. Didn't eat enough this time to see if there was a hair again lol but definitely don't plan on giving them any more chances.

Very busy and popular but pizza is average. Not better than typical carry out. Toppings are extra large or whole pieces of items like bacon or ham. Not easy to eat as the whole thing slides off when you take a bite. You need a knife and fork which defeats the purpose of a regular slice of pizza. Pretzel bites are not pretzels, they are pizza dough. Servers are not attentive because they are overwhelmed with the crowd at dinner. Would not go back.

Good food. Messed up my order and it took until the end of the meal to get the remade pizza. Other than that not to bad.

Ask for the Mowie Wowie Pizza!!! Not listed in the menu but delicious.. Pretzel bites with the beer cheese was delicious with Blue Moon, and Margaritas 🍹 fast and friendly service will return.

Good food, better service, and even better atmosphere. Love the paintings and statues. Everything about this place is awesome. I had a great meal and a great time. They got me my order WAY faster than I'd anticipated and it was delicious. I cannot recommend enough. It was really sad to hear that they are shutting down

We've been going here for years. Love the funky psychedelic decor. Upscale pizza flavors, subs, and calzones. Their bar isn't bad either - one time the bartender made me 3 or 4 different drinks that included angry orchard. The dude was seriously inspired.

Fantastic food, neat environment. There was an error in our order but they offered to make it right! Would definitely go back.

Excellent! The pizza was delicious. I loved the mushroom flavors and the dough. The ambiance is so fun, the kids had a great time. Hubby and I also really like the Margaritas. ☆ 10/10 ☆

Seemed a little short on staff however, our waitress more than made up for it. The food was amazing and we didn't have to wait long to be seated.

Love the food but the service was absolutely terrible. After 20 min of waiting on a server I ended up getting up and going to find one myself. While we were there there were 2 family’s that came in and not one of them got waited on so both families got up and left. Also after we got our food we had to wait another 15 min for a knife and fork to eat with and ate my whole dinner without a drink because our server never came to see if we needed anything. Worst service I have ever seen! Never will I return to this location again!

We got the recommendation from a local as we had never heard of this place before. My husband absolutely loved it! He loved that the toppings were actually big and not little crumbles! I loved the pizza but to me the beer cheese and pretzel bites were a huge hit. It was a nice family friendly place to stop for a good pizza and fun atmosphere. Thanks!
