Crimson
Cup's
quality
has
gone
down
over
the
past
couple
of
months.
We
have
been
going
there
for
years
and
loved
their
coffee,
their
friendly
staff,
and
their
delicious
blended
coffee
drinks.
In
the
last
two
months,
though,
the
staff
seems
to
have
turned
over---no
familiar
faces.
And
the
drink
orders
have
been
messed
up
the
majority
of
the
times
we
go,
which
used
to
be
multiple
times
per
week.
I
think
today
was
the
last
straw.
My
daughter
ordered
a
large
iced
mocha,
but
it
had
no
coffee
in
it.
It
was
just
chocolate
milk
with
ice
and
whipped
cream.
We've
experienced
messed
up
orders
more
often
then
not.
On
occasion,
I've
taken
them
back
in
to
be
corrected,
but
too
often
we
are
in
a
hurry
and
don't
have
time
to
turn
around
and
wait
in
line
again.
One
other
big
mess
up
was
when
I
ordered
a
peppermint
mocha,
and
instead
got
a
peppermint
mocha
that
had
another
flavor
syrup
and
cinnamon
on
top,
while
my
daughter's
latte
was
plain.
My
drink
was
literally
undrinkable.
It's
unfortunate,
but
we
will
be
choosing
other
coffee
shops
over
Crimson
Cup
in
the
future.
Too
many
strikes
at
this
point
Update:
I
emailed
them
back
on
March
22nd,
as
they
requested
in
their
response
to
this
review---never
heard
anything
back.
Over
a
week
ago.
