ClusterTruck... there are literally so many great things I can say about this vendor of fine street cuisine. First off, I’ve not ordered a single thing that I haven’t liked. The burgers, the wings, soups (white bean chicken chili), tacos (don’t get me started on the loaded tacos) sidewinders (with ranch). Everything is just incredible. If, and that’s a big if, they do make a mistake, they always make it right. Their customer service is unparalleled to that of any I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Yes, I said pleasure, because they’re so kind that I often want to apologize for even saying anything. I once had ClusterTruck for lunch, for an entire week and never got tired of it. The only thing that could make them better, would be for their delivery zone to reach just a little bit further. But I guess on a positive note, it gives me something to look forward to when I’m working at my clients that are downtown. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to my next meal from them.

The Chipotle shrimp tacos are to die for! By far the best shrimp tacos I ever tasted! Only complaint is portion size was small. food was amazing and delivery time was great

I use Clustertruck all the time for lunch, Chef Brandon keeps it 100, always. They prepare and deliver quickly - I have always received the food while it's hot and they have a huge menu so I'm always switching it up. But the fried rice + steak combo is my recent go to, 10/10 would recommend . The food is alot too, so sometime I'll get delivery and have that for lunch over 2 days.

I ordered the tenderloin and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely be ordering more from Cluster Truck. The service was very prompt and awarding. My taste buds are happy. I ordered online and the driver Ronald was very pleasant.

ClusterTruck has been amazing. I used to live in German village so luckily I was in their range. 99% of the time when I ordered from them I didn’t wait any longer than 15-20 mins and the food was always hot fresh and delicious. It’s a very good option for people who don’t have groceries and the menu is huge with anything and everything that you need. Now we need them to get more locations so we can spread this great food out to everyone! I was really impressed with the freshness and taste. We have been very disappointed with delivery from restaurants during the stay at home order. They are not organized to provide quality food delivered. Cluster Truck, however, was fresh, tasted wonderful and was easy to plate. I am really impressed with their speed (fast), their quality (really great dynamic flavors) and their service, (the websites was super easy to use). I just want to add an update. We have continued to use CT for delivery. I do not think we have ordered delivery from anywhere else since discovering CT. No only has the food always been consistently good, the customer service is out of this world. Although there is no wait staff that is checking on you every 15 minutes, any issue that arises is addressed within minutes via text with an apology and a solution. Really impressive model.

I have had ClusterTruck twice since moving to Columbus 3 weeks ago and I am so thankful this restaurant is so close by. Food is always hot, fast, and flavorful. They have a few healthier options, but I would love to see more vegetarian proteins/substitution options on the menu. Actually, I sent them an email about this and a real live person responded! Very cool business model and I'm happy to support them.

We love Cluster truck so much my partner and I will travel to a bar once or twice a week so we can order it as we are not in their delivery zone. The Buffalo chicken wrap is so tasty I crave it constantly. All the food has been great (minus the salsa. I won’t lie I just don’t care for it personally but I’m sure others like it)

Love Cluster Truck! My colleagues and I often order lunch as a group and it is so easy. We can all pay separately as we add our individual orders to the group delivery. Our orders are accurate and delicious! If we ever had any questions/concerns, the team is very prompt with responses and help to get any issues resolved - which is rare. Another example of how they go above and beyond (although embarrassing for me), one time I ordered food for delivery at work but when it was time to meet my driver outside to get my food, I missed the text because I was so focused on work. The delivery was canceled and I reached out as soon as I realized what had happened. Cluster Truck staff were so kind and understanding and immediately offered to send me a new, freshly cooked replacement without hesitation. I was so surprised by this response and it was just an example how they go above and beyond. They’re food is amazing and they’re just all around wonderful.

51 dollars for a Buffalo chicken wrap and loaded tater tots. That is literally it, it’s just chicken and some tater tots. I’ll never order this over priced garbage again get over yourselves there was nothing special about it in the slightest. No extra cheese like I paid like 3 bucks for and I had to go meet the person at there car. Y’all won’t be open long I hope, had to throw the undercooked chicken in the air fryer along with the Kroger brand tater tots what a joke

Wow. They just starting operations in the kroger on sawmill road. I spoke with Alan, the head chef (owner?) For about 5 minutes. He gave me a free sample of the chilled vietnamese noodle bowl with steak and it's unreal. So fresh and the dressing is perfect. Big punch of acid right in the face. I traveled in southeast asia for 3 months earlier this year and I can say this taste is authentic. I will go back weekly and try something new each time. Excited to see what all these guys have to offer.

Food was delicious and got to us in a timely manner. On top of that, Alexander, our driver turned an ordinary delivery into dinner and a show with a rapid-fire-dad-joke-poetry-slam at the hand off. It was, by far, the greatest live-show/delivery I have ever experienced. Hell, it’s the only live-show/delivery I have ever experienced. I’ve ordered a few times since then from other establishments and been sorely disappointed when the driver didn’t bust out a banger monologue. Alex has left a void in my life. And I fear I shan’t ever find that level of greatness again. 5 stars. 10/10. TL;DR: Clustertruck + Alex + Poppa’s Special Gummies = Greatest Delivery Ever.

ClusterTruck's consistency in their service, quality and deliciousness keeps me coming back. I love that a whole team can be on one order and submit them individually and that the delivery is always so quick! Not to mention, the tomato soup and grilled cheese hits the spot everytime.

Great restaurant that I order from on a semi-regular basis (and I don't order more frequently because I am trying to bring my lunch from home more often). Everything I have tried has been good, and it is an especially good group ordering option. Each individual gets to select what they want from a link, and the organizer can determine at setup if they are paying for everything or if everyone is paying for their own order.

Although we are two blocks outside the delivery area I figured out where you could deliver to me and it worked out well. The food was similar to the temperature I would expect getting at a sit-down restaurant - which was a good thing also. We will definitely order again. If you're not checking out ClusterTruck, you're not living life deliciously! Sometimes it can seem overwhelming when you see a menu with so many different kinds of food, but they have chefs that are so diverse and talented that they know what they are doing! (literally anything on the menu is Aces). You can't go wrong, PLUS it's delivered to you! (even if you don't live in the area, they can meet you somewhere or they have a new location in Dublin that you can pick up in the Kroger!) The Customer Experience Team is fantastic, too. We were greeted and offered complimentary flat or sparkling water. And we ordered drinks. I ordered the rose and my husband ordered the IPA. Our server asked if we had any allergies and then said would we prefer to choose our dishes or have them choose for us. Everything looked good, so we had them select.

We are with our child at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. One of our nurses suggested to try ClusterTruck. This made our day. The selections were awesome. The food is amazing. The delivery driver was very courteous and delivered in a timely manner. The website keeps you informed on the status of your order as well as a text when they arrive. I LOVE Cluster Truck! Super easy ordering process and incredible food! Works great for office lunches because there is such a variety of cuisine options. You can easily do a group order or have everyone pay separately and it will still get delivered together. The salmon and roasted vegetables has been my favorite, but everything has been great. I have had issues with CT before. Always inconsistent in regards to quality, but my husband talked me into it. I order a cheeseburger, hard to mess that up. No Cluster Truck did it again! The burger was brown on the outside but raw on the inside. Inedible once again. Personally I will never order Cluster Truck garbage food again.

Food quality 3/5 - shrimp tacos were very small with tiny little shrimp for $16. In this economy?! They had good flavor but I wouldn’t order again with the size for that price. Delivery was fast.

Cluster truck meal was delicious (5 stars) -- as it always is. It's hit or miss sometimes with the courier though (hence the 4 stars). I've had some delivery folks that are friendly and talkative and others that wouldn't get off the phone/say a single word--even when I asked if they were the ClusterTruck delivery (and before they lifted the bag out the passenger side window). Otherwise, the food is great! And there's have so many options that something (or four things) always sounds good!

Always great delivery service, and most the options are pretty dang good. There are some misses randomly as they do offer a quite eclectic selection. However, my overall experiences are great. I'm surprised people are talking about price, however: I think what is advertised on the website/app is pretty true to what you get, there's no real "surprise." It's also equivalent to pricing on apps such as DoorDash (restaurants will increase item costs, sometimes much higher than ClusterTruck).

I can't believe how delicious 😋 the sidewinder fries and bacon cheeseburger was! I mean if you want to treat yourself to a great lunch made to perfection. I'd strongly suggest it. Still dreaming of my first to last bites try to figure out the next time I can order the same thing! They are clearly passionate about making food that people will not only enjoy but make as staples in their lives! ClusterTruck uses the absolute freshest veggies in its salads and wraps. The best part is that they don't fill the salads with greens--they load it with a good helping of toppings and an ample side of dressing. You've got to try the Green Goddess dressing! It's amazing. And the app ordering is super-easy and convenient, especially for groups.

We've been ordering from CT for a couple years now and we've yet to have anything that wasn't fast, fresh and tasty! The prices are reasonable and the drivers are always friendly as well. We love the buffalo chicken strips, pizzas and the Cuban. The white chicken chili is also the gospel! 10/10 Recommend!

I’ve used Cluster Truck several times while working downtown. I’ve done individual orders and group orders and I’ve never been disappointed! Food is always great, everything is delivered on time, and the ordering process is so freaking easy. And I personally think their prices are better. If you need to order food for 10 people at a conference meeting or just for yourself because you forgot your lunch, Cluster Truck is the place to use, I highly recommend! And all the food I’ve tried is delicious too which is always a bonus :)

Overpriced! The wrap I ordered was supposed to be the Mediterranean wrap. When I received it, it only had lettuce, carrots, some cabbage, and 1 cherry tomato half. It was also not wrapped correctly. I did let them know it was missing the cucumbers, kalamata olives, artichokes, and red onion. They offered to send out a new one or issue me a credit on my Cluster account. I opted for the credit to my account but then I'm forced to order from them again.

I order regularly from ClusterTruck and the food is always delicious. The Green Goddess Salad and Caesar Chicken Wrap are my favorites. Whenever I have an issue like missing dressing or receiving a wrong item, the customer service is very quick to remedy it. I have only encountered one other company that has such good customer service, it is really exceptional.

I am a frequent customer of Cluster Truck and treat my team at Nationwide Children's Hospital to lunch quite often for working meetings and events. We have spent hundreds of dollars on lunches and I would be remiss if I did not share how awesome they are. They have a variety of selections...including healthy ones too! And I MUST share that the Green Goddess salad dressing is THE BEST! Oh and my second favorite is the Memphis Dry Rub wings. I've been able to convince many of my colleagues to try that one too and they love them!

Super unique delivery only restaurant. I found this restaurant while searching for food delivery near me, the bonus is that delivery is FREE! The pricing, portions, and menu options are great, the chef and crew they have there take feedback very seriously and do a great job getting orders to drivers quickly. They have a tracker on the website that shows you updates on your order which is pretty cool. Everything is made fresh you can tell with every bite. I think we will be seeing more ClusterTrucks in the future.

I ordered ClusterTruck for two work events this past week. I was able to send a link to a personalized order form to all of the attendees of the event where they could customize their orders which made it much easier for folks to get exactly what they wanted to eat. I could then submit the order and set up delivery for that day or in advance for another day in the future, Once the order was placed, I received timely communication of when the order was being cooked, as it was being delivered, and a text message from the driver when they arrived. The food was delicious, the communication was timely, and the orders were correct. Thank you for taking the stress out of catering for an event!

I LOVE Cluster Truck! They always have fresh options available. I have ordered Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from them and all of the options are wonderful. To begin with ClusterTruck food (everything I have ever ordered) is absolutely delicious It arrives hot, on time and with friendly delivery people who go out of their way to make sure it is delivered on time and properly. I also love also Cluster Truck for another unusual reason. I live in Florida my son lives in Columbus. When I feel its necessary and think he needs a nice meal and also when I know he doesn't have a lot of time (he's a resident doctor) Mom orders food for him online. I make the order (lots of times I surprise him) and in the box notated just for the driver I furnish his phone number. Most times I do get a call on my number and if that's the case I can just call him. It has worked out every time I have done this (its been many now)! I know I can depend on Cluster Truck to deliver the food that I have ordered. He always loves it when he receives his care package from Cluster Truck! I also speak from experience because when we have visited him I have ordered Cluster Truck many times and I know he has also ordered food for himself too. If there is a problem with an order there is no way to contact the restaurant. They take hour(s) to respond to online/text message and there is no number to call.

Now I don’t know what type of add-ons he was doing but I was pretty satisfied with my price and loved my cheese burger... it’s to the point I’m ordering every other week from work... Wish I could rate this lower. The food and service used to be fantastic but in the last couple of months it has gone down drastically. I received a pile of RAW ground beef on my order tonight. Absolutely disgusting and a health hazard.

The salad was amazing! The roasted chick-peas were my favorite. A little more seasoning on the chicken would be a good add too :).

CT also provides their own FREE and FAST curbside service, which is a lifesaver in this busy Columbus lunchtime traffic. I really can’t say enough good about this place, except it’s my personal goal to try everything single thing on their menu!! ☺️

Order from ClusterTruck at work quite a bit. Everything I have gotten from there is amazing. I especially love their bbq mac and cheese. Even when something is wrong with an order they try to make it right immediately. They had forgotten my brownie the other day, I messaged them from the order email they sent. Less than 2 minutes later I received a email and text message asking if I wanted them to drive the brownie out or just refund me. I requested a refund just cause I thought driving one brownie to me was a little absurd. Within 5 minutes I had an email for a refund. Amazing food and amazing customer service.
