Actual silversmithing with fair pricing and stellar customer service. I do not give many 5 star ratings. You have to completely exceed my expectations. They did just that. An old family child's spoon got accidentally chewed by the garbage disposal. The handle had an S curve in it and the basin of the spoon was covered with little dings with really sharp pieces of metal sticking up. I brought it in, Jack (yes there is a Jack) proudly wearing his Rotary shirt, have me a fair price to fix it and shook my hand. I just got it back and it looks perfect. Absolutely perfect. I asked Jack to pose with it to prove there is a Jack. He's a real small businessman who understands customer service and being a positive member of the community. Thank you so much! My toddler is using the spoon and making his grandparents smile once again.

Amazing! Thank you so much. I have worn this bracelet for almost 15 years…all day everyday…never took it off for anything! It is a gift from my dad and I’m very attached to it. I was very sad when it broke, however not surprised as it’s been through a lot and it is admittedly not the highest quality piece of jewelry out there. I had never needed a jewelry repair before so I originally asked the diamond cellar. There, they told me “it’s done for” and “if anyone in the city could fix it, it would be us”. Thank goodness they were wrong! Luckily, I got a second opinion from Jack Seibert…I’m honestly amazed at how amazing my bracelet looks. It was back to me within a week & I only paid $50, which for a jewelry repair seems like an absolute deal! Thank you very much!

The team at Jack Siebert made a custom band to fit my engagement ring in 2013. Recently, they fixed my engagement ring when I bent it, and then sautered the two rings together. It is gorgeous and we’ll be going back this summer to get a matching band to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful—I can’t recommend them enough!

This is my first time having jewelry repaired. The employees were super-kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Initially, I thought their services would be highly expensive; however, they are WELL within reason. Finally, their turnaround times for repairs are quite fast—waiting a week for my repair.

My fiancée and I brought some family heirlooms to be resized here after coming across them on Lavender Listings. I cannot recommend them enough. Fair prices for quality work, and we had our rings back in a week! Everyone there was so kind and patient with us, and we felt very welcomed as a lesbian couple. I took a chance on this jeweler with my late grandmother's ring. It was too small for me to wear and appreciate it so I finally decided to get it resized. I was very anxious leaving such an important piece in the hands of strangers but they did not disappoint! Drop off was very smooth and simple and it was ready for pick up in 4 business days. Perfectly sized and so shiny! So thankful I finally decided to get it resized and also so thankful for a wonderful jeweler to take care of it. I definitely will be going back in the future for any jeweler needs!

Have had a ring on my finger that was very stuck after being on for 3+ years. Called them today to ask about getting it cut off and they were extremely courteous over the phone and told me to come right in. When I got there they were very friendly and very careful with cutting off my favorite ring. They also provided great advice about when I could get it resized on that finger--and did all of this for free! Will definitely come back when my finger is normal to get the ring fixed! Thanks!

My goodness what a marvelous jeweler! Jack and his goldsmith took an antique pin that I never wore and made it into the most beautiful pendant…and now it’s updated and so wearable! I love it. Also, in a world of online everything it is a treat to work with a local jeweler in person. Highly recommended.

Jack re- sized two rings and appraised a diamond ring I purchased. The rings fit perfectly. His appraisal was detailed and more than I have ever received from others. He personally talked with me about each piece. I highly recommend Jack.

I took some silver rings there they gave me the price of the raise but not for the chip gems or fake diamonds scrap metal gems is not included the price you just give them away for free is what the staff told me

Thought this was a nice place until I shopped around at other local jewelers. A little too salesy for my taste, it didn't feel like they had much flexibility with customers and wanted their expertise to be the sole decider. I was a tad picky of a customer and it felt a little like I was a nuisance to the employees.

Went there with my fiancée to look at men’s Celtic wedding bands. Selected a band and Filled out paperwork and they were going to check with their suppliers and call us..... crickets. No call no nothing. I try and shop the small businesses despite the prices sometimes being higher than the big chains. They must not have been interested in our business.

I'm from Maryland but my fiance lives in Columbus. I purchased an engagement ring in Maryland but I proposed in Columbus and I ended up buying the ring a 1/2 size too big. I called them and they said I could get the ring resized the same day. Obviously I had to pay a little extra for the rush but they were the only place that would do same day (in-house too) so I was okay with that. I dropped it off and picked it up 3 hours later. It looked great. Couldn't even tell they resized it. They recommended to get rhodium plating to cover the weld mark, which was also a little extra, but overall very affordable and worth it. Also, the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them for ring resizing. And if I was from Columbus, I would definitely feel very comfortable buying any jewelry there. My first review goes out to Jack Seibert! They were able to resize my ring within THREE DAYS for 60$. I called another store 2 miles away and they priced me at 200$ after 2-3 weeks. Nathan was really patient with my partner and helped him find a style he liked. Still, we were in the store for less than 30 minutes with no uncomfortable pressure or judgment to purchase anything. Super fair prices and amazing care. My ring looks gorgeous and I'm so grateful for their help!
