    The service here is just about as bad as everyone says it is. You're much better off going to Diamonds Direct in Polaris. This Zales' jewelry looks cheap by comparison. Sorry I wasted any money here in the first place; won't be coming back.

    My engagement ring was purchased the last week of August. He proposed on September 1st, the ring was entirely way too big (which he knew) so we went that night to get it sized. It took 2 weeks longer than the estimated time and I was the one who had to keep calling and asking about it. Okay great, I finally have my ring, no hard feelings because I worked in the retail world for 4 years no biggie! I had the ring on my finger 9 days before 2 diamonds fell out. Yes, 2 diamonds fell out of my 9 day old ring. Okay, worlds worst luck so we go in. The guy was as rude as could be, and didn't seem to think it was a big deal at all. They stated going from a size 7 to a 4.5 takes a big toll on the ring. I again kept my cool, okay. 6 weeks. Got it. Having millions of people ask to see my ring, canceling engagement pictures, the list goes on. Okay, got my ring back! Would you not believe another diamond falls out. Starting to lose my cool at this point because the piece of jewelry that I have been waiting on FOREVER has spent 30 days on my finger. So this time I call the manager. He seemed really nice and helpful at first. Explaining going from a 7 to a 4.5 is going to cause a lot of problems (which from the scientific point, I totally understand) now he wants to make me a whole new ring, awesome right?! well why didn't they do that the first time?! We are now on week 11 (I was told 10 weeks and my brand new ring made in my size would be in) and I will continue to just wait on the call considering I called them today asking about it and they seem like its no biggie. They have a 60 day guarantee, but if you only have the ring for 30 days and the rest of the time they have it because they are fixing it, it doesn't count. Not that I want anything from this whole experience, nor do I want to pick out a new ring because this is the one HE picked out and its gorgeous but for everything we've been through we were offered a $50 gift card toward our wedding bands. Sadly enough the entire experience makes me sick to my stomach and I would not even take wedding bands from them if they were given to us free.

    The customer service at this location is horrible; I agree with many reviewers that if I could give a zero star rating I would. The customer service from corporate is even worse. They do not honor their extended lifetime warranties, so don’t waste your money purchasing one. You’re better off finding a different jeweler.

    Push these sales people and if you're not buying they walk away and will not talk to you. You're making a major purchase. This should give you time to think to look not stand by your side and if you don't make a decision fast enough. They just move on use car jewelry salesman.

    Im soooo frustrated at this point. I just received my diamond credit card in the mail a few days ago so ive been trying to buy a wedding ring but the website has been acting up and wont get to the check out screen. I called to try to see if i could order over the phone but no one answered the couple times I called. So disappointed. I wanted this ring before christmas!!!! 💔😵

    I hope someone looking for an honest review takes the time to read this: Recently purchased a custom Engagement ring from the sales at Easton. Melisa, the store manager, was incredibly helpful through the entire process. Their inventory is larger than most jewelers. When it comes to weight times that a lot of people have addressed in other reviews...You need to understand it’s at Easton. It’s very high traffic, but the staff does their absolute best to take care of each customer as they come in. I have had nothing but excellent service every time I have come in.

    We had a great experience at Zales. Olga was very friendly and helpful. She seemed to be nice to everyone that came in the store. She picked a very nice Bridal set for me today. We ended up with a beautiful 2.45 ct.tw set. She took her time to make sure I got what I really liked!!!!

    I had ordered a ring online and when I got it in person I wasn't a big fan. So we decided to go to Zale's in Easton to return it and look around. When coming in the sales lady was super nice AT FIRST. After she made us look at 4000-10000 ring sets and told her that our limit was $1000 she became pushy about the financing. We didn't want to pay on a ring and wanted to stay in our budget. She began being nasty and acting like we didn't exist maybe because I wasn't a women who wanted something that extravagate to prove that my boyfriend loved me. I will not be doing business with Zale's any longer. Maybe they should check their employees at the front door so that they will have more business.

    Zales as a whole has been a complete disappointment but this particular location has always been a hassle. Apparently sometime ago the zales credit card was taken over by Comenity bank but none of the customer information, receipts or purchases were kept on file “they’ve been archived” When I went in to have a repair done on an item a purchased a few years ago I was told they have no record of the transaction and they couldn’t do the repairs because they couldn’t verify the purchase was made from zales. So I’m expected to keep a paper receipt for years but your company doesn’t keep records of a $7k transaction and warranty? Supposedly the employee tried to call zales credit customer service and Comenity bank but I didn’t exist in the system (go figure) Eventually I called Comenity bank myself and they were able to verify me as a cardholder, I was told how to get a copy of the receipt, fair enough. On November 19th I placed an order online for two items mostly because they promised 2nd day air delivery. I received one of the items within the allotted time frame but somehow I am still waiting on the second item. I have tried multiple times to call customer service and I get stuck on hold for over 35 minutes until I finally give up. I have reached out to them via their online chat option and I literally get no where with these people. I’m told they don’t know why the item isn’t moving and they don’t know what’s going on with it, I can’t cancel the order because I’ve already received part of it. The most they can do I create a ticket and have someone reach out to me in 4-5 business days, wellllll it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. When I try to track the package online all it says is processed. Needless to say I am beyond frustrated with them and will not be buying anything else from this company. #shouldhavewenttojared

    I wish I could give this place zero stars. Our experience was awful, then went to Diamond Cellar for our bands (bc, of course, we were NOT going back to Zales) and had a fabulous, easy experience. Within weeks of having my ring, the white gold began to wear away. Zales acted like that was “totally normal”, but if I wanted it fixed, I’d have to give up my ring (yet again) for another several weeks. They kept my ring for over a month for sizing, stating it was due to back up from the holidays. Maybe not a big deal, except they got the sizing WRONG bc they didn’t have the in between sizes. How as a jewlery store do you not have that? They said “no big deal if it doesn’t fit, we’ll size it again”. Other jewlers have told me that it actually is a big deal and we do not want to keep cutting into the band. They also charged us more than double what the ring was worth once we got the appraisal, and my fiancé supplied the main diamond for the ring (from his great grandmother)!!!! Now we’re battling their credit card company and have been charged nearly $1000 in interest, when we just got the ring last February. So very disappointed with our experience at Zales and my fiancé has been left feeling like he made some huge mistake by going there, but he didn’t know it would be like this. Will not be making any purchases here ever again.

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. My boyfriend ordered me a promise ring. It was never received. Zales did not offer any kind of reparation or take any accountability for the lost parcel. Appalling, they will never have our patronage again.

    Well I also left they were view on the Zales rating from the 1 to 10 rating but I'm telling you that I have have the best experience in the world in my lifetime with Zales at Easton Mall in Columbus Ohio from the assistant manager Amber and also from another woman which has very short hair and it was dyed and her name starts with a K. But Zales closed that evening at 10 p.m. it was November 10th 2018 and when Zales was closing the customer service was still going with me due to Progressive or Zales with the credit issue which is the only negative I had. But I was told to come come back within the next couple business days and it was a Saturday night so I was told to come back like the Wednesday after which would have been the following week because of it being Saturday. But for Amber and the other woman with the name starting with a k I had the absolute best customer service and Amber ran around that store like I have never been taken care of before she knew exactly what I wanted for the engagement ring I needed for my girlfriend I highly recommend her and the lady with the letter starting with a k. Are they should be at the top of the list when it comes to knowing how to treat their customers with the utmost respect and made my day and had me smiling, laughing and just totally made me happy. I highly recommend Zales to my friends and family and I thank you so much again for the experience I had a Zales Easton Town Mall in Columbus Ohio. I will return to purchase more jewelry as Zales and their employees are the best I've ever experienced in my lifetime. Thanks again Dom wine

    The beauty and the beast ring I purchased here has been replaced three times in 2 years of having it. For $600 I would certainly hope you could at least make my wife’s ring stay together for more than a few months at a time. She’s a teacher, not a construction worker wearing it. Im just glad I didn’t buy her engagement ring here. Out of the 3 different people who helped us in the store when we came back each time the ring broke, we did have a couple nice people helping us. But the quality of what this company is selling is highly disappointing.

    My online order was canceled so I called and John answered. He held the earrings my dad and I wanted for my mom's Christmas present. Upon getting there I realized they weren't what she wanted. He was so kind, helpful, and patient! If you go to this zales ask for John!!!

    Complete nightmare. We went last weekend around 330 on Sunday. The store was packed. Probably 15 customers. There were maybe 4 employees none of whom acknowledged us. Two got up and walked out. Employees! My friend wanted to buy these earrings. Quick sale. $200. Didn't happen. Totally ridiculous.

    My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with Melissa. I was not very satisfied with Zales. I purchased a bracelet online for my wife that had a defective clasp from day one. Zales wanted to charge $154.00 to repair the clasp. My wife and I went to Zales at the Easton Mall in Columbus Ohio to pick up the bracelet. We refused to pay the repair charge because we thought it was unfair. Melissa one of the sales reps looked at the bracelet and said hey I can fix this. And she did at no charge. I’m a long time Zales customer. Prior to Melissa I was looking to pay off the Zales card and end my relationship with Zales. Melissa’s customer service and professionalism has at least for the time being made me reconsider. Thank you Melissa.

    Online says they are open new years day 10 to 5pm at eastown Columbus mall. I drove from Dayton, 1.5 hours to come all the way here to get my rings checked for the warranty, they were closed!!! Of course the zales in Dayton was closed too. I get that it's a holiday, but update your online page to reflect your closed. This is uncalled for and seriously upsets me.

    I come into Zales very often to purchase items with my fiancé. My fiancé was looking at a necklace when an associate with short dyed hair told him that, “Those usually turn colors,” telling him to look across the store at other necklaces. She was very rude about it, and last time I checked Zales wouldn’t sell something that would change colors. The Easton location is horrible when it comes to customer service.

    We went to Easton to look at 1 carat diamond studs. First we went here to check some things out then went out to Kay's then ended up back here at zales. Everytime we go here we get helped immediately. They always have the best deals, the best looking jewelry and the nicest diamonds! Johnathan was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for! After we purchased the earrings he also cleaned my 7 diamond rings and they look amazing again!!! He went above and beyond and really seems to enjoy his job. I'm so happy, the earrings are GORGEOUS! I definitely recommend shopping here and will return as always in the future! Thanks 😊

    The reviews on google made me slightly nervous to go here, but my fiancé and I had a great experience picking out wedding rings. I can't remember our sales lady's name (I do know her last name was Cruz because we were talking about last names), but she was very helpful and friendly, and never once made us feel pressured into buying anything. Our rings are just what we wanted! Overall we had a great experience and would buy from here again!

    Went there to get backs for earrings that were packaged without any. They were disorganized and have no instructions to customers as to where they should line up. They just assisted whoever and made customers assert who was there first. The associate wasn’t sure about my expensive earrings with no backs, so he made me wait until another associate helped a customer shop for jewelry instead of courteously interrupting at an appropriate time. They were dismissive, curt, and snobby. Not just to me, but to other customers who were making purchases. Wtheck! They don’t have to concern themselves with being inconvenienced by me again.

    Bought a diamond necklace that was not in any way shape or form cheap. Less than 4 hours after purchasing that thing, I got an email explaining that my order was cancelled and to contact customer service for additional help. I asked what the reason was and what is going on to solve this issue and a customer service rep told me that they had an “inventory malfunction” and said it’s all good now and to order another version of the same necklace which also had no sale mark down on the price. So not only did I drop around 500$ for a Christmas gift, their solution for their own mistake is to drop another 649$ on the same item and wait 10-12 business days for my money back from the first sale. First and last time shopping with Zales, thank you for making future decisions so easy :).

    Horrible customer service!! Stopped by this evening to have my ring repaired. I was not sure if my ring was purchased at Zales or Kays, since my husband purchased it and I did not have the warranty with me. I explained this to the woman at the counter, and while she was looking up my warranty, I overheard the associate with short dyed hair saying, “How do you not know where your ring was purchased?” Please at least pretend like you have an ounce of class. I will NEVER go back to this store again.

    The representative was very knowledgeable about the Mavado watch I had interest in. She suggested that I sign up for the Zales card. Telling me the difference between my Kay’s card and Zale. Because of her good customer service and knowledge I was able to open up a Zale card and purchase the nice Mavado watch.

    My husband and I went to this store purchased a tungsten carbide ring. The manger sized him and sold him the wrong size. We returned that and she sized him again. She sold him another one and again it was the wrong size. We didn’t realize until after we got married when he was washing his hands and it went right down the garbage disposal. We were able to get it out and went back in today for them to tell us there is nothing they could do because it was passed the 30 day return policy. We told the manager when we bought it that we weren’t getting married for a few months. She didn’t take the time to explain the protection plan. Which if she had we wouldn’t be out $250. They offered us no resolution. We called the customer service line for them to tell us there is nothing they can do but file the complaint.

    Visited this Zales store last night to view a particular ring. The sales man was not very helpful nor friendly. He informed us that they didn't have the ring in the store and we can just order it online and return it if I didn't like it. If I wanted to order the ring without viewing it in person, I would have done that in the beginning. He spent his time trying to push other styles that were nowhere close to what I wanted and didn't bother to listen when I tried to explain what I wanted. I will never consider visiting nor purchasing any piece of jewelry from this Zales again.

    I’ve always been skeptical about going to a Zales, Kay’s or a big chain for our jewelry. However, Zales was very prompt. Amaria was our jeweler. She was very attentive and welcoming. She listened to our concerns and addressed them all. She was very patient and understanding. I’m glad that our first stop was at Zales. There was no pressure just help! I’m thankful and my fiancé and I made a purchase on a band. Thank you Amaria for your help! 😆😄

    Their business model is a total racket, and their quality is greatly lacking. My ring was six months old when the band snapped. I thought this was disconcerting but I assumed it was probably a fluke and they would gladly fix it since a six-month-old ring should not break like that. When I went into the store I was totally shocked that they told me there was absolutely no warranty or guarantee unless a warranty was purchased with the ring. Now mind you the warranty costs 30% of the purchase price! So basically they are selling poor quality and just not backing it up unless you pay substantially more. I shouldn't have needed a repair on a six month old ring and the managers resolution was to "do me a favor" and allow me to purchase a warranty. I went ahead and purchased it because it's pretty obvious that without it I was going to be totally screwed. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because he didn't have to allow me that option since the ring was more than 60 days old.
