My wife and I got a custom wedding band designed and made here. they did a fantastic job and gave us a guarantee that if anything were to happen to it, they would take care of it for us since it came from them. About three months later, she must have hit it on something, and a baguette fell out. We brought it in, and they repaired it and replaced the baguette completely free of charge. We were so appreciative and thankful! They truly stood by their word. Thank you, Scott and Jeff!

I'm so thankful to have found this place! If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 then I certainly would. My fiance was in search of a Tacori engagement ring and went to Farah Jewelers in Tuttle Crossing Mall because he saw they had some in their display cases. When purchasing the ring, he was even given a card saying they were an authorized retailer of Tacori. Apparently this was not true because when I went to get my ring resized, they sent it to their in-house resizer and basically destroyed the band. Tacori rings should only be handled by Tacori designers because the bands are so intricate. They're each handcrafted in California and my fiance knew specifically I wanted a Tacori ring. Now diamonds are popping out because the prongs had not been properly reset. I had only had the ring for about 3 months when this started and Farah told me the only thing I could do was to purchases their warranty to cover future issues. Each time I went into Farah, there were practically kids working (maybe even only 20 years old) who could not help me at all. However, when I went to Meyer's Jewelers to get a second opinion, they were super friendly from the start and they informed me that Farah is not actually an authorized retailer. It was most likely that they had sold my fiance "stock" items they still had prior to looking their retailers authorization. Jeff, one of the owners, actually called his Tacori rep and asked what he could do for me since the warranty Tacori gives was essentially voided because Farah used their in-house jeweler. He could tell I was flustered and in desperate need to get the ring fixed (my wedding was two weeks away by then). Jeff told me that he would take the ring and replace both of the diamonds and polish the ring for me in time for the wedding.....FOR FREE! Again, I have to say I'm so fortunate to have found them. They called only two days later and had the ring ready for me. I am looking forward to getting back from my honeymoon and taking it back to Jeff and his team to help me get it handled properly. I highly recommend Meyer's Jewelers. Great team. Great customer service.

I went to this jeweler for the first time to have a memorial ring made. They were very reasonable. I also had them fix two other rings. Their prices are very fair and the service is very quick. Janet was very helpful and so enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend this jeweler.

I had Meyers Jewelers make 2 rings for me, many years ago. I wear them a lot and noticed that one of the stone had fallen out. I anticipated that I would need to purchase a new stone to replace it. When I went it to leave it for the repair I was told that there would be no charge as they stand behind all of their work. I was Very surprised and happy. Also, my dad had purchased a ring for my mom that had become too big for her and would not stay stone side up. Her hands have arthritis and made sizing the ring tricky. However Scott came up with a solution that put a smile on my momma’s face. She can now wear her ring proudly. Thank you!!

As usual when visiting the store we are quickly acknowledged by staff. My wife needed to get some items cleaned and make sure the settings were tight. We have always had a good experience when visiting the store. To be honest we like going to their store over other jewelry stores. We like the fact that they sell Hearts on Fire, Movado and Breitling.

My engagement/wedding ring lost one of the diamonds. I took it into Meyers Jewelers and they inspected it. All the prongs needed to be replaced and the stone reset. I took it to them on Saturday and they had it ready to pick up on Monday. They did a fantastic job. It’s beautiful again. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been familiar with Meyers Jewelers nearly all my life (over 50 years), and although I am not a big jewelry spender, I have purchased some pieces from them over the years, and I have received some as gifts as well. I was particularly impressed this past week, though, with their customer support, beyond just sales. I took in two high-end rings that I had recently purchased elsewhere, both for an appraisal, and one for upsizing. The sizing was performed with the highest quality, the appraisals were both very thorough and well-documented, and the staff was knowledgeable and professional, as always. I appreciate Meyers Jewelers!

My fiance and I came in to see if they could resize her engagement ring. Everyone was very short, not very polite or friendly. They sized her finger, sized the ring then a man comes over and starts telling us how bad Kay Levian rings are. That if they resize it, due to it's "bad quality" the stones may fall out later. He said he would do it for $150 but cannot guarantee it, because as he said multiple times, the ring is "low quality" I was kinda shocked, as he didn't know the significance of the ring and he was being very harsh. He then says he can guarantee the resize if we pay him $350, which again seemed sketchy and unprofessional. He claimed that he knew Kay's rings were bad because "they are not resizing or doing work anymore" We left, went to kay and they resized it for FREE. Also they guaranteed the ring for it's entire cost ($1100). They took more time with my fiance to size her finger, Kay got the right size, Meyers basically just handed us some rings to fit and had her pick which was best. The lady who helped her at Kay actually pointed out that Meyers sized the ring wrong and should have suggested half a size larger than what my girlfriend had thought. Very unprofessional and a ripoff. 350 and they can guarantee it? 150 and they will "treat it like it's worth the world" I believe is how he stated it, again taking shots at the quality of the ring. Seems more like they didn't want to do it and had it out for another competitive jeweler.

We’ve been buying our jewelry at Meyers for over 20 years. The store is always pristine! The staff are professional and welcoming. I’ve referred several friends and family there. They thank me and they tell me what a great experience they’ve had. They sell quality jewelry and stand behind it. Their jewelry and watch cleaning is amazing. Will never go anywhere else.

Last year in March, I was shopping for an engagement ring. I had done some research and knew primarily what I had wanted. After going to the big chain stores and not finding exactly what I wanted to purchase, I decided to stop by here. The customer service was very poor, and the man with the ponytail was very rude and condescending. Not only that, the prices were $2000 more than other jewelry stores for comparable stones around Columbus.

I had been contemplating writing this review for a while now, but after reading some of the other negative reviews I felt inclined to also share my experience. My fiancé and I were gifted my mother’s original diamond engagement ring. The band was in bad shape (worn down) and was too big for me, so we knew it needed work done. We took it into Meyers to begin discussing the process and to get a more detailed description on what needed to be done.The woman working the desk sized my ring finger and without saying much took the ring into the back room (I’m assuming to show it to someone back there, who we never got to speak to). She came back out less than two minutes later, and told us it would be “at least $600” to fix due to the state of the band, and stated the prongs would need to be entirely redone. No further offerings of any other options, no asking us if we wanted to discuss resetting the diamond in a different setting, no asking any other questions in general that you would expect. It felt like she wasn’t interested in talking to us at all, which was super disheartening as this was our first experience with any jeweler during our ring buying process. Both my fiancé and I felt really weird about the interaction, so we just left. The whole interaction was less than 5 minutes. A week later, we went to a different jeweler in Lancaster OH, who was amazing and we ended up working with them to have the diamond put in a new setting. Icing on the cake, they also confirmed that when Meyers sized me, they did it wrong (Meyers said I was a 5.5, I’m really a 4.5. A full size off). I am giving 2 stars because nobody at Meyers was outright rude or unpleasant to us. It was just an entirely disappointing experience and made us feel like they had no interest in working with us. We definitely won’t be going back for any future purchases.

I took my wedding ring in bc the diamond had fallen out.. luckily.. my husband found with in minutes. They lowered the setting and cleaned it! So Shiney! They also did an appraisal for me to have for insurance. We did business with Jeff Meyer.. but all of his staff there were very nice! We also looked at upgrading my diamond, they have gorgeous stones!

I love Myers Jewelers. They are fast and efficient. When they repair my ring it LASTS! I’ve had the prongs fixed other places but they go bad after a short period of time. Myers replaced the head and it lasts for years. Very happy and satisfied.

Meyers saved the day today!! Yeah My girlfriend and I got engaged today! The downside: The original jeweler that I purchased the ring from gave me a ring that was two sizes too small!!! Recently had heirloom rings evaluated. Staff was very professional and educational. They replaced shank and prongs as needed as well as sizing both and certified appraisals for insurance purposes I am very happy with the results! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

I needed a link repaired on a sterling silver chain that I purchased there. I was charged $25 for soldering 1 link. I thought this was high (original cost of chain was about $85). A more reasonable cost to accommodate a previous customer would make me want to continue to frequent the store. This experience gives me no incentive to go back. My husband bought my engagement ring there and I had planned to have them clean it and check prongs while I was there. After the disappointing customer service I received, I did not do this and we will take our business elsewhere.

Watch is not quite 3 years old.Very disappointed in customer service after sales! I wanted a dipped rose and they were the only place locally who had them in stock it may have been a little pricey on the rose but it's ok... I would have rather have my rose now then wait till Christmas

We bought our wedding bands from meyers a few years back. They were strongly recommend by our neighbors. I then reached out for a service request late on a Sunday (10pm) expecting a call on Monday or Tuesday. I received a text from Scott the owner minutes later answering any and all questions for me. The way we were treated during our time buying our bands it didn’t really surprise me that the owner would take on that task late in the weekend. Once a decision was made Meyers Jewelers set the stone, cleaned and polished the engagement band and the wedding band and povided the appraisal documentation needed for insuring the sets in 45 minutes. This was the first place we went to look for wedding bands and we knew we didn't need to go anywhere else. The customer service was beyond amazing. They somehow knew exactly what we wanted and walked us through the process easily. He started by cleaning my engagement ring so it looks brand new! Even after providing that service, there was no pressure to buy. We did end up purchasing because we were so satisfied with the experience, and they included lifetime cleaning of my engagement ring with the purchase even though I didn't get my engagement ring there! We would absolutely recommend them for any jewelry needs!

Staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Had a gold bracelet passed down from my father and clasp broke. Was scared to take it somewhere and waited almost a year but Meyers made feel comfortable with a can do attitude. I received the bracelet better then before, they polished it and the clasp is tight. I wear the hell out of it doing everything and I am confident it will hold up for a long time!
