My
experience
here
so
far
has
been
AWFUL.
The
people
have
usually
been
friendly,
except
this
past
week
the
lady
my
husband
and
I
spoke
with
didn’t
seem
like
she
knew
anything
about
customer
service.
She
acted
like
she
didn’t
want
to
talk
to
us
and
was
rushing
us
out(I
can’t
remember
her
name).
Aside
from
that,
the
ring
that
I’ve
had
for
only
7
months
has
had
to
be
repaired
TWICE
and
needs
to
be
repaired
again
when
we
just
got
the
ring
back
today!!!
The
first
time,
my
entire
top
of
the
ring
broke
off
and
they
couldn’t
repair
it,
so
while
yes
they
gave
me
a
new
ring,
I’m
super
bummed
I
don’t
have
the
original
ring
my
husband
proposed
to
me
with.
I
had
2
diamonds
fall
out
of
the
new
ring
about
2-3
weeks
ago,
and
after
dropping
it
off
this
past
Friday
(2/21/20)
and
just
getting
it
back
today
(2/24/20)
I
had
one
of
the
same
diamonds
that
fell
out
the
first
time,
fall
out
AGAIN.
I
haven’t
done
anything
today
that
would
cause
this.
I
take
it
off
when
I
shower,
cook,
clean,
do
dishes
and
everything!
It
should
NOT
BREAK
THIS
EASILY!!!!
Not
to
mention
when
we
bought
the
ring
(from
another
Jared’s
store)
we
weren’t
told
if
we
didn’t
pay
the
ring
off
within
90
days
that
the
price
of
the
ring
would
DOUBLE
because
of
the
interest(we
were
just
told
about
a
payment
plan)!!
They
took
advantage
of
2
young
adults.
I
will
never
buy
from
this
company
ever
again
so
I
don’t
even
want
store
credit
to
make
up
for
this.
They
can
continue
to
fix
my
ring
but
I’d
rather
not
make
the
hour
drive
through
Columbus
traffic
to
fix
a
ring
that
shouldn’t
be
breaking
this
easily.
