Had my husband take in my engagement ring to fix a bent prong. They completely changed the prongs by welding extra metal onto all the prongs and completely changing my ring. It does not look like my ring. It is uneven and not what I expected. I just wanted my ring fixed. Not ruined.

Exceptional service! I went in a couple days before my wedding hoping they could fix my engagement ring for pre-wedding pictures. The gal said repairs were booked out until July and asked how soon I needed it back. I told her I was getting married that Saturday (this was on a Thursday) and the gentleman who was working behind the counter stopped and said he’d have it ready by tomorrow (on an Uptown 4th Friday, no less). I was so thrilled — they made my day!

Jewelry repair has been excellent- the ring came back shiny & clean, too. Friendly, caring staff. I recently purchased a beautiful ring and am thrilled with it! Between the staff being excited for me and my own excitement, I walked out feeling great! It was sized and available for pick up the same day. I ultimately purchased a beautiful 14 karat yellow gold ring with three sapphires, which I gave to my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. She was over the moon! Liandra saved my ring. I continued to have loose stones in my wedding band but after taking it to Liandra, I am no longer worried about it. The stones are so secure and my ring is even more beautiful than before. I love it and cannot stop staring at it!

I ordered my wife's wedding band online, and the work was shoddy. Not wanting to take more chances, I took it here to be fixed and now the band is absolutely solid. Liandra does great work!

Excellent experience! I was tasked with having my wife's rings resized and decided to have the diamond upgraded. They had plenty of options and made a fair offer on the existing diamond. The work was fairly priced and completed in a timely fashion. I will be in to make future jewelry selections for sure!

Agreed on a price for an upgraded diamond in my engagement ring. After we agreed on price, owner called and tried to change price. We agreed on original price again. When I went to pick up the ring, changed price again. Then was very rude. Paid half the increase in price against my objection to put this behind me. I would not go back again or trust them with my jewelry.
