    Christmas shopping for my husband. (With a coupon I may add, ty Kay Jewelers.) Once in the building are wait was greeted by a young man named "Jordan Kettel," now I want you to remember that name, "Jordan Kettel." Jordan has exceptional customer service, great at problem solving, a great multitasker, friendly, funny and respectful. Jordan certainly knows what you are asking for when you come in to make your diamond purchases. Hubby will be very surprised by his gift plus he will be giving 🤶 Mrs. Santa a big kiss💋 "Every KISS begins with KAY."

    Went in to get non traditional bands for a hand fasting ceremony. We were not rushed and were shown many bands before she decided on one. There was never an attempt to up sell us. We likely could have ordered this online but the ability to see and touch the ring made a big difference. We will likely buy jewelry here again.

    They claim that they do ear piercings but wouldn’t pierce my daughters ears because “it breaks her heart.” Well then you shouldn’t be an ear piercer and need to remove it from your job description. Also straight lied and said babies need to be 6 months when clearly it doesn’t say that on their website.

    I wandered into Kay jewelers to have a battery replaced on my Bulova watch. I was greeted and they promptly took my watch to replace battery. Much to my surprise, after a few minutes, the repair person came out, handed me my watch and said “you’re all set!” I must have looked a bit stunned and she continued to say “there’s no charge. Have a great day!” Stunned, IS the word. Who gives this kind of customer service anymore! Thanks, Kay!

    Linda was wonderful. She made the impossible possible. We were less than 2 weeks out from our wedding, and the estimated date for my wife's wedding band was 6 days after our wedding. We went ahead and had Linda place the order for the ring. We were prepared to use a proxy ring and just get the band after the wedding, but Linda said she'd see to it that the ring would be here before the wedding. She sure did. We had the ring in our hands over a week before the wedding. We are so grateful that Linda went above and beyond. We will recommend anyone and everyone to do their business with Linda.

    Very friendly and very helpful! I had previously stopped into Meyer Jewelers down the street and was treated poorly. The team at Kay were the exact opposite. They were amazing and made me feel welcome and helped me to get what I needed. Thank you to Michael and Linda - you were great!

    If I could give 0 stars I would do so in a heart beat!!! I ordered a ring for Mothers Day on May 8, 2020 and have yet to receive it (2/26/2021). After many phone calls and emails, Kays has said that they can no longer help/refund me, as its past 60 days from the purchase date. They have informed me that I have to call UPS since they were repsonsable for deliverying it. Even though I filed a lost claim through UPS prior to this. I would pay people to NEVER use this company, this is an easy insurance write off for this huge company, not so much for a mother that works for everthing she has. Please shop elsewhere, unless you can physciall take the product home with you. If it ships, you will never see it or your money back. I have contaced the BBB and the Federal Trade Commisson.

    Went in for a silver rope necklace & was greeted by Rebecca. Even though I was not buying diamonds or high price item, I was treated with respect & professionalism. Great price & quality. Definitely will go back.

    I only rated this place one star because I had to. The staff were nice. The two rings I picked out cost almost $10,000. I had to send them out to be sized. The rings did not come back when promised. They were out for almost 3 weeks. His ring came back and it was still not the right size. The ring had to be sent back again. Unfortunately I decided not to get married and wanted to return the rings. They told me that I was out of the 30 day window for a the full money back guarantee ,even though they had my rings in their possession for the first 30 days. They had the nerve to tell me that I could exchange them but will have to exchange up to $10,000. I have had the ring in my possession for less than three weeks. How can they count from the purchase date when they still had the rings? This is bad for business. They apologized but their apology falls short. $10,000.00 short. I would not recommend Kay jewelers for Jewelry purchases.

    We bought this ring is November 2021. The center stone fell out and we brought it back in for a replacement at the beginning of January. We got the new ring back in and while I was folding laundry in my sons room, I looked down and noticed it was gone AGAIN. When I brought it back into the store I was told that I’m not supposed to sleep or clean with my ring on? (What?) The prong on this set broke in the EXACT same spot. I was told that clearly this was caught on something for it to break like that. (Again, just folding laundry). Also figured a 5k ring could withstand some cotton thread. Finally I was told that rose gold doesn’t compliment my complexion and that I should look for something silver instead. Word to the wise, don’t waste your money here unless you want to continually have your expensive diamonds fall out. Also, you should only wear your wedding ring for one hour a day while standing in one place and not moving.

    This place sucks. No ownership of internal issues. Deep cleaning is a joke, stones are dislodged then it’s customers fault. Rings are stolen and never accounted for. Stones get swapped when sent “away” and they take your “precious stone” to resell to the next baboon.
