My fiance designed and purchased my custom engagement ring at Jacob and Joseph. Jacob and Joseph is a local jewelar with everything being done in house! The ring is stunning and I have received many compliments about diamond clarity and unique design. My fiance didn't know my ring size and it was 2 sizes too big so I had to take it in yesterday. To my surprise it was done today! We plan on purchasing our wedding bands here as well. I recommend Jacob and Joseph for amazing service and quality.

watch battery changing..good option in Ohio... I went there to have my watch battery changed with in 5 minutes. store is clean and the easily accessible! The guy behaviour very good ,Will definitely go there again.

I’ve known Joe for years. He’s created 4 different pieces of custom jewelry for me and I have bought some of his other pieces of jewelry. I’ve never been disappoint nor have the recipients :)! I will never understand why people go to a box store. You get to create heirloom quality jewelry that you can pass down from generation to generation. Most box stores act like picking a center diamond is custom. I think that’s an insult to my intelligence. Joe makes the jewelry to actually match the gem stone size and shape. Can’t wait to create an engagement ring and wedding band with Joe.

I stopped into Jacob and Joseph Fine Jewelers a few weeks ago. Joe was in the store and helped me. He took the time to show me all that the store offers. There were beautiful engagement rings and weddings bands that I enjoyed perusing. There were also some other jewelry and gifts that I could see myself going back and getting. I highly recommend stopping in when picking up your Durangos or on your way to Kroger!

Brought my engagement ring in that needed to be repaired. Owner “repaired” it by tightening one of the prongs. I left and it still wasn’t fixed. Came back, he tightened it again and it still wasn’t fixed. I went to another jeweler and they told me this jeweler chipped my diamond when they tried to tighten it. I now only have the option to shave my diamond down 20% to get it to stay in its setting correctly. Will be contacting this owner through my insurance.

We had a great experience selecting our wedding bands here! There was a great selection and variety of styles. Joe’s expertise and advice was spot on. If you want to buy from a locally owned business, get individualized attention and better service than a chain establishment, buy from Jacob & Joseph!

Ive had other great experiences here and staff very polite and attentive. This time, I got my ring resized that has my grandmas signature engraved in the inside and was told they’d work around it. I got it back like this...I got a refund but now I have to go spend more money to get the engraving fixed, polished and now it’s too tight. Very upsetting.

Had a small problem but didn't know where to seek help - wrist band became detached from one side of watch - a most congenial man looked at it, said we can take care of that - & did so right then. A most impressive, pleasant experience. And lovely things to look at while I waited. And a cute little dog, Jacob, provided entertainment!

I went there to have my watch battery changed. The store is clean and the quality is great! The guy over there was kind (so as his schnauzer), and it only took him less than 10 minutes to change the battery! And the price is fair. Will definitely go there again!
