My mother and I were looking for a Jeweler we could trust with our heirloom diamond to change the band to white gold. The second we walked into Kimberly's Diamond Corner we felt welcomed. The daughter gave us information on prices and mentioned a free appraisal when you bought so much. She had not realized the band alone, that we wanted to purchase, did not reach that amount. But because she had mentioned it to us, they gave us a free appraisal anyway. That really showed integrity and honest businesses skills. Everyone that works there and the owner are very knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We had a wonderful experience there and will definitely be returning.

I have been buying all the ladies in my life Christmas gifts at Kim’s for years, usually on Christmas Eve Day. Not only do they have great pricing, they always offer me holiday spirits while they beautifully wrap the gift for me. I look forward to shopping there every year.

Wanted to give my my business to a local business and got my ring apprisaed. The one woman was helpful, but the other made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Especially when some other customers came in. Just felt like I was in the way. The same woman told me she'd call me right back and rushed me off the phone when I just wanted their email. Didn't get a call till later in the evening from the nicer woman. Didn't get a confirmation for my information when I sent it or anything. Just okay service overall. I was going to ask if they had any yellow diamonds available but just felt like they didn't care if they wanted my business so I won't be going back.

I had a relatively expensive watch repaired here. They were so friendly, did an excellent job, provided very quick service, and charged me much less than I had expected! We went to Kimberly’s because my mom raves about them. I was referred to Kimberly’s and it was the best choice I could have made when it came to getting the right ring for my wife. If you buy the engagement ring we got a automatic discount on the wedding band so really helped save us money for the wedding. For a lot of years i purchased my wife’s jewelry presents at Bargars jewelers in Delaware oh. When they went out of business I wanted to find a local family owned jewelry store. One day after eating dinner at the local root another great place in Powell oh I stumbled upon Kimberly’s jewelry store in downtown Powell . They were very friendly and had a huge selection of jewelry, and they had a great assortment of estate jewelry which my wife prefers. I have since bought several pieces from them and I get treated very well. And since they remodeled the store it’s an even better shopping experience I would highly recommend Kimberly’s as the place to go to find high quality jewelry and down home family service !

The ladies at Kimberly's Diamond Corner were so patient with me. They helped me pick out a beautiful ring when I had no idea what I was doing. They took the time to make sure I was getting what I wanted that was in my price range. Also, they went through so much to get me the ring on Christmas Eve 15 minutes before they closed. My girlfriend was leaving the day after Christmas so having the ring for a proposal on Christmas day was so special. I highly suggest them, especially for men who have no idea what they're doing!

We have been buying jewelry from Kimberly for years, anything from small pieces for our daughters, to gifts for milestone anniversaries. My husband and I purchased a ring from Kimberlys and had another ring enlarged. I had issues with both rings. The first ring was a solitaire with baguettes in which I had my diamond set and resized. After a week of normal wear the band split at the site of the enlargement. When I returned it I was told it was not their fault. After much hassle and embarrassment in front of other customers she finally relented and said she would repair it. Since then I was shown by a reputable jeweler that a chip was discovered that I was unaware of and never told about. The second ring was purchased elsewhere and had a setting of multiple precious stones that needed to be resized. Again after normal wear of a couple of weeks the back broke and one of the stones was lost. When we sent the ring back to the manufacturer for repair was told that whoever resized the ring had loosen the stones. I have not and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I went to Kimberlys to get a replacement battery for my Tissot watch. Not only did they do it for a fraction of the cost as the local chain jewelers, I was out the door in 10 minutes with a working watch! I highly recommend them.

Chelsea and Kimberly are always kind, knowledgeable, helpful and sensitive to budget. We have bought a few different things here, from my wedding set, to less expensive earring to give gifts. I never feel sales pressure. Used them for 10 years now and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Went in for a quick repair on my engagement ring and Chelsea was awesome telling me exactly what they needed to do and that it would easily be fixed. I hadn't been to the store in awhile and found several things to take pictures of for birthday ideas to show the husband. Their stock is beautiful and varies from the super expensive to quite affordable. If you have never been here it's definitely worth checking out!!

Great staff , they were friendly. The jewelry there is beautiful. They were able to fix my ring fast and it wasn't as expensive as I thought I was going to be. The only downside is the parking. Since they're on a corner of a busy Street , without a parking lot , you usually have to park a little further away and walk a half block. The area that they're in is beautiful , so the walk isn't bad
