My experience with Scott's was nothing short of exceptional. Scott and Jacob both took a personal interest in both the design of and story behind the ring they designed for my fiancée. They listened to our family's stories, asked wonderful questions about what we wanted and let my fiancée take an active role in the design. They gave us exceptional work, reasonable prices, and the feeling that we were working with a real family owned and operated business. Their use of modeling also ensured we could be 100% satisfied with the design before moving forward. I came to Scott's with the request of making a replica of my grandmas ring as a wedding ring for myself. I had previously spoken with other jewelers about the request and they all said they could or would damage the original ring in the process of making a replication. This was obviously not an option for me, so I was very elated to hear that Scott could make a copy while keeping the original safe and in-tact. He not only made a perfect replica, but made the frame of the copy even sturdier than the original design without changing the look. I was more than satisfied with the level of care and attention put into the pieces I had crafted at Scott's Custom Jewelers. After my ring was finished we still hadn't found an option we liked for my husband's ring, and realized that we both wanted these symbols of our marriage to be unique to us. .....Needless to say we chose to have his ring made at Scott's as well. Though this one was a little last minute, they were still able to make it in less time than expected, leaving us with a finished product that was exactly what we asked for. Working with Scott was a great experience from beginning to end. Living out of state meant our 1st meeting was via zoom, but Scott was attentive and listened to my ideas and concerns. I was in the store 3 times during the process of designing and making my bracelet. Scott was always willing to work with my schedule as I was in and out of the area during this time. I love the finished bracelet and having a piece that is very sentimental to me.

Amazing! I've bought jewelry and had jewelry custom designed from Scott's. Recently traveled 2 hours to have Scott's rebuild my wedding and engagement set that another jeweler had botched. They rebuilt the set and we upgraded the diamond. I get so many compliments. It's just gorgeous.

Very nice family run business. Pleasant to work with, and appears to do good quality custom work with great warranty service. Words can’t describe how amazed I am with Scott’s Custom Jewelers. I went in with an idea of how I wanted my redesigned wedding ring to look like and Jacob brought it to life. Jacob was more than wonderful. He listened to the ideas I had, believed in them and really knocked the whole design out of the park. I can’t be more pleased with how the whole ring turned out and now I’ll have such a special ring for the rest of my life. The whole process was a breeze and I was included in every step. I had a really great experience designing my engagement/wedding ring here! The son, Jacob, worked with me and my fiancé to design a custom ring that fit all our requests. Additionally, both he and his dad were super helpful along the way, suggesting ideas and features that would work well together. The whole family that runs this shop is lovely to work with, and they truly do make beautiful pieces. I'm definitely going to be coming here in the future for any other jewelry I need! The craftsmanship of the ring I got is great, and it's really cool that they use CAD and 3D printing to create a model of your ring before they cast it in gold. I'm super happy with the result!

There's no reason to go to a big box/chain store when you have a place like Scott's. Scott and his family worked with my now husband from out of state to design a gorgeous and unique engagement ring for me. When it came to pick out my wedding band, they helped me find something complimentary and even suggested adding a ruby from my mom's ring (which I wore on my ring finger before getting engaged) to the back of the band. It is so special and we loved working with this family - they are kind, patient, and so creative. You can and will find everything you're looking for at Scott's - don't hesitate to visit their shop. Scott was incredibly helpful in designing my fiancées pearl engagement ring and it turned out absolutely beautiful. She had just came off a 12 hour shift on barely any sleep when we went in, and his eye for design and expertise made it so she didn't have to stress at all when planning out exactly what she wanted. Not to mention he produced a quick turn around so I could have the ring in time for what I had planned. I can't recommend Scott and his family enough if you're looking for any jewelry, and especially for a unique custom piece.

We have had several pieces that of jewelry designed for us by Scott He is a true artist! We had my wedding rings redesigned and it was such a fun process! I went to Scott’s to have a custom wedding band guard created. When I was originally engaged my husband got me a beautiful Diamond wedding set that I loved. However I secretly always wanted an emerald and recently found my “dream ring”. In order to incorporate my original wedding set, Scott’s used almost all the diamonds to create a guard for my new emerald. It is such a beautiful piece that compliments and enhances my new emerald perfectly and I constantly have people stopping me to mention how much they love the entire set. I also still have the original solitaire Diamond from my engagement ring that I have told my husband he could use to custom create me another piece of jewelry haha! Scott’s has excellent customer service, everyone is very friendly and personable. The turnaround on my design was relatively quick and communication was consistent throughout the process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to redesign something or create something new!
