Joseph and Kaitlyn went above and beyond to help us out tonight. We bought a watch from Coach and needed links removed and even though they were closing, they invited us in. While Joe helped with the watch, Kaitlyn was so kind to show us some rings and we ended up buying new diamond bands. They were both extraordinary kind and helpful and provided top notch service!

Tom did and awesome job by really listening to what my wife liked and did not like then picked the perfect ring. We love it. Highly recommend asking for him!

ZERO STARS. Horrible horrible horrible. Will never be returning and drive to Polaris. Never gave me a diamond bond number, so therefore none of my inspections were noted. Had to deal with customer service to get that figure out thanks to the store manager at Polaris for giving me correct information. Then never once was told I could purchase a warranty on my ring and now I am a month too late to purchase. Let alone customer service is no help. Will never ever purchase something here or from this company again. Wish I could return my ring and give business somewhere else. Super disappointed.

Terrible experience I didn’t know racism existed in zales the girl with the colorful hair and the heavy set lady ignored me and continued to talk to a customer that already stated he wasn’t buying anything. That was my second time waiting in the store. Hope u get new employees
