DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!! I got my engagement ring from here and it was a complete disaster!!! I was in there once or twice a month getting diamonds fixed that kept falling out. As a newly engaged person you don't wanna ever give up your ring but I was in there at least 4 times and they would have my ring for weeks coming up with every excuse to why it took so long to fix. The sales lady was super rude! I went here thinking I was going to a family business and when I asked to speak to an owner I left message after message and never got a call. They are cheap and false advertising. I ended up selling my ring and I've never been happier!

Most dishonest company around!!! Nothing but scam artists and terrible business practices, do your self a favor and just keep walking down the hall way to ANY other jeweler

Love Love Love Farrah’s Jewelers! My husband bought my verragio engagement ring from this store and we had a few sizing issues.. and the owner made it right! They are always so friendly and very personable! My family has made this store our jewelers for all things jewelry! Taylor is by far the best to work with! Every time I go to Polaris I drop my rings off for a good soak and pick them up on the way out! Thanks for always helping us out!

I literally went to ten jewelers all around town. Ended up here because they had the best prices. So happy it was beautiful and fast.

I had good service the first time i went here, but apparently the owner made the sale. The next day i went back and a woman was very short and seem irritated to have to work with me. I was trying to order a watch that they didn't have in stock and was told me people needed to request the same product before they would actually order it. I will not buy from here again.

My husband bought my wedding rings and bands from here, best experience ever. When another jewelry store knocked diamonds out of my ring and refused to fix it, they took care of it! We did a lot of research before choosing them to buy our rings from and have never regretted the decision. ALWAYS do your research, find the place that cares about you and your experience! Don’t always go with the first store and what the sales people tell you.

I purchased my wifes engagement ring and wedding bands from Farah... this is the only place I will buy jewelry.. quality and great customer service. Horrible customer service. They need a lot of training. My boyfriend and I walked into the store looking for a Solitaire Pavé 6 Prongs Ring and there were two of them just standing there but NO greetings at customers, NO offer for help or assist customer. And then they turned extremely rude and being disrespectful.

Sales lady was so nice and not pushy at all. Even put my daughters necklace in a nice box.

My husband and I bought my wedding band with a protection plan over 5 years ago. We were told by the owner we don't need to bring in the paperwork they have us in the system so don't worry about it. Went in today to resize the ring, the rude sales lady was able to pull up our information and saw we had the protection plan but tells us we would have to bring in the paperwork to resize it or pay full price for resizing because we didn't bring a 8.5x11 piece of paper that I have never needed to bring in previously over 5 years. She pointed to a 4x6 size frame that she said they recently put up within the last two months that is the new policy. I would rather pay someone else to resize it than to pay them for something I already bought!!!! Inconsiderate and rude. Terrible customer service! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Have had a great experience after dealing with a hateful woman at Andrews Jewelers, where I had been going for years. Took 2 rings in Saturday about noon and they both were ready later that afternoon/early evening. The one was still a little too big so I returned it yesterday with great customer service. Than rudely asked if we wanted to see anything I suggested one ring he got it out for us walked away from us and didn’t talk to us at all. Extremely rude would never buy anything from here. They acted like we were a burden.

I took a ring that was handed down to me by my grandmother to be repaired. Farah Jewelers replaced the stone and made my ring look like it was brand new! I was so happy with the results AND the price!!! Alec Shaulov had the best customer service!! Very kind and helpful! I'll definitely be a returning customer!

Bought an engagement ring from Farah Jewelers in mid-June. I have to say, I have had a great experience. Before I walked into the store, I had sent a few emails to get an idea of what they had to offer. Taylor was great, very responsive, and not pushy at all. That carried over when I met him in person It's always great to deal with a local family company that is willing to work out the best deal that they can with you. I picked up the ring that I bought a week ago, and Taylor made the call that it had arrived on his day off. I will definitely be back to get our wedding bands, because the experience with Farah Jewelers was absolutely perfect.

My experience with this family owned company was absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond to help find what I was looking for! My items were special ordered in on a Saturday. I was unable to pick them up that day. The owner offered to meet me after hours close to my house and hand delivered them! The jewelry was gift wrapped and ready to go, and also perfect. They certainly made Mothers Day for my wife a memorable one. I’ll never shop anywhere else! Just a fantastic business and family!

What a Beautiful Surprise, we been to Polaris Mall many times, but never been in Farah, we brought my 30th Anniversary Upgrade Ring. I could not be happier and pleased with the service Taylor gave, we were there for quite awhile and he was very patient with me. I always get compliments on my ring it so uniquely different and beautiful.

I absolutely love how pleasant the staff is here .While I probably talked the poor guys ears off he was extremely pleasant and took time to show me a few rings that were amazing and the price was extremely pleasant to hear .After I walked out I wound up going right back in to get more information .He also took a great deal of time to work with and speak to my son who wants a ring for his 15th birthday. Eli is amazing. Same with his wife.This isnt your typical jeweler trying to make commission with pushy sales. I was refered here and I have nothing but great things to say. I did everything on the phone and was a wonderful experience and never even walked into the store! A tight time frame and Eli has done nothing but care about my situation to get the item i needed. After ordering he called me to make sure I got the confirmation email and kept me updated. Needless to say, a 5 star and the jeweler I will spend my money with the rest of my life!

On Sat. Dec 7th, this anti-mall shopper found herself at the mall. I was seeking a place to hide from the masses and landed here. A polite salesman complimented my engagement ring & offered to clean it. He noticed what I could not....six loose stones including the actual main stone. Thank you, great service for someone who said "I'm not buying a thing, just hiding from all the people." I'd come back for a future purchase, but they only sell engagement rings

So many good things to say!! I will paint a picture. #1 I know nothing about buying jewelry, let alone mens jewelry. But I did know the look that I wanted. Clean, classic, simple but elegant. #2 I had recently hurt my ribs and since this shopping trip was a gift for my significant other I couldn't ask for his help. So a girl has to do what a girl has to do. I went out in what was comfortable.. you guessed it .. Rib binder, pajamas and flip flops. After hours of getting the run around from other stores and even a bit offended by some of the comments, I came across Eli.
