Ivana and staff are fantastic. Hands down the best jeweler I have ever been to and the only one I ever use now! They are knowledgeable, honest, fair, and are always a pleasure to deal with. I have referred dozens of people to them and will continue to do so. I highly recommend you check them out. I like this jewelry store $10 plus tax for a watch battery installed in your watch the jewelry store owner lady is pretty cool she does a good job she's very fair on her prices.

This is a really nice family owned jewelry store, with an excellent inventory of fine jewelry, watches, and accessories. They also replace batteries, adjust watch bands, etc. for a reasonable price. This shop is a "hidden jewel" on the east side of Columbus. Well worth the visit.

This place is small and quaint. I needed watch batteries changed for 3 watches, and the service was friendly, quick and affordable. A watch battery only costs $5+tax. There is a collection of pearls, previously owned jewelry and watches.

They are okay. try to lowball you so BEWARE and do your research before buying or selling with them.

By far the most friendly and considerate staff I've had the pleasure to meet when dealing with jewelry. I came into this location to get my clasp replaced on my cuban link chain and the kind woman behind the counter actually was able to fix it without replacing it, and didn't charge me for it! I was so pleased with my experience and saving money that I was happy to browse their catalog and order a new chain! Will be a customer for life

A few months back, I stopped in this jewelry store to have a battery put in an Invicta watch. I ladies Baby Lupah. The guy that changed the battery in the watch use a hammer to try to remove the back from it stating it was stuck. He struck the watch several times so hard that the second hand came off. It had to be sent out, by them, and repaired. I received the watch back, and at that time I was charged for the battery. I paid for it and valve never to come back to that poor excuse for a jewelry shop ever again. Recently my wife accidentally stuck her hand in some water helping our grandchild, and the watch started to take on water through the back cover where it was struck with the hammer. The edges were damaged so bad that the watch was deemed scrap by the manufacturer. I learned a $450 lesson. I will never go back to those clowns again.

They buy gold and silver...but do not go in uninformed. They will lie about silver and gold prices. I went in to sell some pre 64 quarters and was told silver was on a down swing....as a avid silver collector, I know this to be false. A 15% increase in only 6 weeks. So an insult to the informed customer, and a warning that profit is more important than costermer base. BEWARE!

1. If u have the need to sell ur gold jewelry, only go to Main Jewelers! I've stopped at a pawn shop once before when I was strapped for cash and chick offered me $20 for my couple rings. My gut told me to decline, and then I drove by here, stopped and Yay! That bill got paid. 2. The staff are soooooo friendly and extremely fair with you. Not a pawn shop feeling in the least! (Cuz they are not a pawn shop lol) 3. The jewelry they sell, is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Once I get that raise~I've already have a couple things I plan on getting. Long story short, go here if u need to sell or if ur looking to buy jewelry. sincerely & wholeheartedly, a very much satisfied customer. :D

I have been here with scrap gold to sell 4 or 5 times within the last 2 years or so, and I was always treated friendly and nice. As far as low-balling gold prices, I think most of these places do that. You can go to one retailer to buy an item and you might pay say $5.00 or another retailer may sell you the same item $6.00. It's the same with these places as far as I am concerned. I was happy with amount they gave me for my stuff. Could I have gotten more somewhere else? Not sure. Because I'm not going to run from place to place to find out has the best paid for gold prices.

If i could leave zero stars i would. These people are crooked! They offered me 300 dollars for 2 carat diamond earings i paid 12,000 dollars for.. thats says it all, id be very careful dealing with the woman that works there. She is a liar and only cares about making as much as she can.

I bought a $2,000 wedding set for my girl here. A day and a half after she put it on, a diamond came out. Took it in to get it fixed with no issues. Then after getting it back again the same diamond fell out and one from the band broke....broke? The ring is beautiful but the craftsmanship is totally subpar.
