What a perfect family owned jewelry store. I got my fiancees beautiful engagement ring here. Lifetime warranty of course on everything other than being stolen. They treat you like family here and with a ring that's suppose to last a lifetime, that's exactly what you want. They really do care about you here.

There are some stores you walk into and you just feel like you are home. The staff here are so friendly and don't pressure you into anything. The owner is wonderful and is very knowledgeable. If you are looking for anything from inexpensive jewelry, to high-end custom pieces you have to visit this store!!!

This was an Automatic Movement 20 years old, not just your average battery change at XxxMart. I took a stainless steel and 14 karat gold bracelet that was my son’s fathers who passed away. I gifted it to him for his high school graduation and he loved it. I didn’t realize the clasp was very worn down and was having a very hard time to find a place that could replace the clasp. Precision jewelers was AWESOME and got it fixed in 2 days! To say they are the best is an understatement. Very grateful and appreciative for them!!

Love this place everybody is so helpful had a horrible experience at a few of big jewelers Precision gave me faith in having a great family owned place to go to. Update I have now used precision several times and been totally satisfied every time ..... until I took my dads wedding band in to be sized (he passed away and my mom offered their set to me when I found my soulmate). It was engraved with their initials and wedding date, When I took it in they explained because my finer was much bigger to size it I would more than likley loose it. I struggled deciding if I wanted to use dads ring and loose what he had engraved on it or get a new ring. I finally decided to use his ring, got it back and it was amazing looked great fit perfect. Took it home to show fiance then we noticed it ... the message my dad put on their so many years prior was still their. They saved it WOW is all I can say. This is a family owned jewlery store and by far the best one around go their you wont be disapointed. I will never go any place else.

Due to relocation, I needed to find a new jeweler to service my rings. And it was a high bar- my previous jeweler was outstanding. When I called she was so kind on the phone and answered my questions. I stopped in to get serviced and waited for a little bit but when they brought me back the receptionist was so warm and nice. My rings look outstanding! I don't remember them being this sparkly. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone to give this place a shot. 10/10

Great experience at Precision! I had never been there before and took 3 items in for repair, one being my wedding ring. Nicole did a fabulous job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work and the customer service provided by the whole staff. They made me feel so welcome and like a long-time customer. First I went to Meyers Jewelers and was turned away because they can’t resize silver. Then to Kay Jewelers who recommended Precision Jewelers. Precision Jewelers did an awesome Job resizing my fiancés ring!! You can’t even tell they resized it or did work on it but it’s now a perfect fit. Definitely only using their services from now on!

I needed to get my ring fixed. I had accidentally bent it, badly. I had a bad experience at another jewelry store when I was trying to resize my wife’s ring so I’ve put off getting my ring fixed. Today I stopped in about an hour before they closed & they took care of me immediately! My wedding band is thinner & cheaper but they took it, fixed it & got all of the scratches out & made it shiny again! It looks brand new! I am very pleased. Any time i have jewelry needs, this will be my first stop. They took care of me fast, professionally & pleasantly. I never leave reviews but I really appreciate the way I was taken care of.
