The foreign lady behind the cashier was very rude and unfriendly. A customer asked for a metal hanger instead of a white plastic hanger she purchased 5 suits . Standing next to the customer I overheard the total was $581 And she refused to give her one metal hanger in addition to that the customer put 3 more dresses in lay away and a gray hat. Like really. I asked for a metal hanger she refused. So. I politely handed her back the $169.00 suit. And 😃 smile .and walked right out the store. Why do they allow something so petty as a hanger, get in the way of making a customer happy. Especially if they are a regular customer. I went some place else and purchase my mom 5 suits with metal hangers. How bout that!!😊

Dresses were very beautiful and very pricey. Ended up getting my daughter's prom dress from the North side location. Was $500 with 50% off. I paid it because she absolutely loved it...and it was about her!!!! (Bought shoes from there as well $24) #corset #bling #prom #princesstiana #c/o2022

Horrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have prom in a few days and wanted to find something nice, they had plenty of options but when we walked in they said only 3 dresses a day. We continued to shop and were pushing some dresses over to look at others and the employees were rude, they would run over an push the dresses back and told us we could not move them.

We went in the shop with a budget of $600 and wanted to look at a dress that was $500 and the guy working there, when we asked to try it on, said it's a $500 dress and wouldn't let us because he felt we didn't have the money. Plus we were also thinking about buying a pair of shoes from the back .....his loss I guess🤷‍♀️ We had traveled from Heath, about a 30 mile drive...very disappointing. Oh, and they only allow you to try on 2 items a day!!

Do NOT SHOP HERE! The absolute worse customer service experience ever. Absolutely nasty attitude by one of the owners. I work to hard for my money to be treated like a third class citizen! I gladly took my money somewhere else !!!

I went to exchange a dress. The sales tech said no exchange. If the dress goes out the store we will not accept. I said ma'am the receipt said eligible returns and exchanges are these clothes. She then says no exchange or return that's why we are having a sale all sales are final. I showed her on the receipt that what she just said does not say that. She kept saying we will not exchange another. I said the receipts your printing off needs to back your words.

Fancy store. Great if looking for a dress or two piece suit for the wedding party, including the flower girl. Or any fancy party! The suit jackets are very unique. The store has fancy shoes, hats, jewelry and bags. Very nice, a little pricey...$50-$200. A variety of beautiful colors.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in to purchase a dress for my daughter with her best friend’s family for a special event. When we walked in, we were greeted with dirty looks by two women who I later found out that they were the owners. We started looking through the dresses that were very difficult to maneuver through. While searching through the dresses I noticed that they were torn, damaged, dirty, and most had been previously worn. However, we continued to look and found a few to try on. My daughter and her friend were trying on dresses in the dressing room when we were approached by a young girl who began yelling at us about where to put the dresses while waiting. I told her that this was our first time in the store and we were not aware of how they wanted things because there were signs stating this. I looked for the owner because this individual was dressed as if she had just woke up and was filthy. The older lady then came over and acted as if she was scared of the girl and took the dresses. We were then advised that we would not be sold anything for no reason at all. Long story short, they do not like anyone of color in their store and the clothing is WORN AND EXTREMELY DIRTY! Please do not waste your time, go to David’s Bridal where the prices are much better, the dresses will be NEW, and you will be treated well.

This place has the most horrible customer service and a faulty return policy. I literally went in the store yesterday and purchased a pair of black boots. The older Asian woman followed me around the store and didn’t ask to assist me instead gave a vibe as though I would steal something. I no longer needed the boots I purchased as they didn’t fit my needs so I called their store directly, regarding coming up to return the shoes. The woman told me no returns it’s just a final sale, and then proceeded to advised I could speak with their manager come Monday. She also stated there is a sign on the front cashier counter and they advise every customer of this policy. When letting her know that would be unacceptable as there was no sign advising of such policy and she did not tell me this verbally she hangs up the phone on me. I called the establishment back and she answers the phone then hangs up again. I wouldn’t go to this store if you’re looking for a rude customer experience and a faulty return policy.

The previous reviews made me worried to go there. I decided to go anyway because I needed a dress for an event. First of all, the cashier greeted us with a big smile. We selected a few items that we liked and tried them on. We decided to buy a skirt and a shirt. The shirt had a small hole in it, we let them know, they gave us a 20% off to accommodate us. We had a very good experience at this store.

Love this place so much I got asked to homecoming and needed to find something quick and the young girl helped me out so much my dress was $80 and heels was $30

Horrible customer service for the black community. I definitely was followed around the store. I hate that. The Dress they sold us had a defected zipper and we were told we could not return or exchange. $149 dress never got to wear. Drove 2 and half hours to patronize their business and was told that not their issue. The manager could have been more accommodating. But that's ok we will take our money elsewhere.

I bought 2 dresses from them in March and April! I bought one dress for a funeral service and the other dress for Easter! Both dresses each cost about $100! Both dressed are unique and fit the occasions perfectly! Their customer service is somewhat strict! Some of their sales people are nice and friendly! I will be back because they have a selection that Easton doesn't offer! Easton may be more pricey!

I went in this store to find graduation dresses for my daughter and her best friend upon entry we was NOT GREETED ,The teen lady or boy I’m not sure followed me and my teens and also her friends parents around the store . I was holding a few dresses and she snatched them saying 3 limit max which is why I had them in hand .While the girls where in the dressing room the employee said JUST TO LET TOU GUYS KNOW IM ON REGISTER TONIGHT AND I WILL NOT RING YOU UP ! I never been treated so disrespectful in my life .This place should be shut down clothing is old and dirty inside the store .Staff will not let Whitehall or surrounding area residents shop without being harassed will reach out to my local news channel so no one gets treated like that again.

They have very nice gowns& accessories 4wht ever occasion to look ur best... also you can find something reasonable...
