    Please please SAVE your $. And ask them to BE CLEAR on the cupon"deal" you get. I had nice photographer BUT she was training a girl. All of my families pics for the "cupon" price of $242.14 was NOT worth it!!! They RUSH you & DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO REVIEW A.L.L of YOUR pics! You ONLY GET 12 Pics & that's by THEIR choosing & BE SURE TO MAKE THEM REPEAT THE CUPON DEAL slowly & on paper to you BEFORE YOU PAY. DO NOT PAY 4 PICS YOU DO NOT LIKE!! I'm NOT saying this to be funny but the pics they took of my son (and he's a heavier/taller dude) were NOT flattering on him! Truly disappointed! My infant didn't even look comfortable in her pics! You are better off taking pics with your iphone. My sister did for me with her iPhone at a park near by & I brought my own flower props & the pics look super professional! ILL NEVER PAY FOR "PHOTO PLACES" AGAIN!!!!

    Product selection seemed minimal for what I was shopping for. Then the line to check out....2 cashier's (working their butts off) checkout experience was pleasant when I finally arrived at the cashier, she apologized for the wait, but I told her there was nothing she could have done differently. I just appreciate that she was working the week before Christmas!

    I used to love shopping here. Now it's a mess, very unclean, clothes everywhere. Only one dressing room open for the whole store so the line to try on clothes was 15 people long. One register open on the whole floor. I know staffing is hard, but taking care of the store needs to be a priority. Very bad experience. So sad to see it go down this way. This is why people shop online. Won't be back but I hope someone sees this and did something about the conditions.

    Family Christmas photos were backed up over an hour wait however it did not change anything they took great care of our family and compensated us for our wait.

    Sad to see another great retail chain go under; walking around, looking at really under-stocked displays, nearly the only shopper in the store. Felt like I was at a wake! (Added after my wife’s observation and Penney’s response…..) My comments may have been overly critical (I did award 4 stars!). Oops, but this rating was after seeing very low stock in several areas, and no sales associates on the floor, only the clerk at the online pickup/checkout counter at the back of the store. Could not find any vee or crew neck white tee shirts in size XLT. Numerous empty wall display hooks in men’s socks and underwear. At the same time, the huge well-stocked Ohio State University fan apparel display was great! GO BUCKS! Checkout clerk gave us a 25% discount on the $30 four pack of men’s white 100% cotton tee shirts that we did buy. (Nice gesture, but why?) P.S. My wife wants it made clear that she ALWAYS shops JCP when looking for apparel and home goods, usually along with MACY’S and Kohl’s, but online! She really appreciates the JCP quality and variety, especially Liz Claiborne towels and sheets!

    We went here for family photos. The floors are stained, ripped, and covered in filth. The lights are falling out of the drop down ceiling. The wallpaper is as old as the building, so are the tears and stains. The staff... they are not rude, but maybe inconsiderate. It's a poor setting they have to work with, but lack customer service skills. The furniture is ripped, tattered, and stained. The vents appear to not be working, and they have some temporary setup that sits in the walkways. The photo rooms are small. This is fine, but you have nowhere to keep your belongings. They have a chair marked, but with a family this is inadequate. Pricing is the usual JCPenney affair. Everything is on "sale." So to me that is their regular price. Just say your price, you don't make anybody feel like your cutting a deal.

    I will never shop inside of this store again. They always forget to take the "security" tags off. I may wait months to wear something and by then I do not have a receipt. I learned the first time I tried to take something back with the tag not too- they implied I had stolen it. The second time I was able to cut my shoe and still wear them. This time I said specifically to make sure they got all of the tags and I assumed she had- but no. I just put on the Fall sweater that I bought in the summer and there was another "security" tag. Now I have holes and cannot wear it.

    My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.

    Be aware when placing online orders. The delivery dates they provide are wildly inaccurate. My item will not arrive when it was supposed to, and Penney's won't cancel the order (and return my money). Instead, I have to wait until the item arrives (too late) and return it.

    Its dated and when I tell you I was in there for wedding shoes, they had the best variety of any store I went too however they shut down all registers leaving only one 45 minutes prior to closing so imagine the line

    I wish they would get their escalator or elevator working. If you are on the main floor you have to go out to the mall and ride the escalator to go down and re-enter jcpenny. Also, open another cashier instead of standing in line with returns.

    There was a woman working with clothes at one of the only two registers. She ignored me until I asked if I could check out. She directed me to the other register across the store. Another customer behind me told me that she had been told to come over there because THAT register was closed. I went to the jewelry counter and asked the employee there where to check out. He told me that the register where the other customer had been was indeed open, and that the employee had probably just stepped away. We both finally got to check out, but I didn't end up getting my pants after all of that. They were supposed to be $11.20 on sale. They rang up twice that. I was assured that was definitely the price. I am sure all of the pants in that section were originally $16 and on sale 30%. I really try to give stores a chance instead of always buying online, but they make it difficult. I go to this mall because I like that it is all enclosed, but it usually feels like a wasted trip lately (I live in Powell so it's not that close to us.). Even after all of that effort, I'm not going to pay twice as much for something that I can get online shipped to me for free (and probably of better quality).

    The lighting inside was very dim. Must be conserving on electricity. Was very hot and humid inside the building. Did not have the sizes needed. This virus has really hit the retail industry hard.

    I really love JC Penny's, what you see is what you get ! They are having great sales for everyone in the Family, jump on and enjoy the sales. P.S. use your reward card from kmart, if you still have it, they will put your rewards points on it, that you will be able too use. Just ask them or get a new one and they have great discounts, when you sign up for their credit card. Have fun and watch your pennies.

    They were definitely there when I needed them this year during the holidays. They just need a little more attention to detail.....by properly labeling displays and putting light bulbs in the displays and signs (like the one that faces into the mall from the 2nd floor). Support JCPenney!

    I am NEVER shopping at a JC Penney’s again. I bought a suit jacket because I needed to represent my company in a subpoena hearing. The morning I put the suit jacket on, I realized that the worker did not remove the security button. If I didn’t catch that mistake and went to court wearing that, and I didn’t have my receipt on me at the time, I could have been charged with theft by the judge. Jesus, what a grave mistake!!!!! I talked I the manager about this and she looked like she was on Percocet; she apologized but it didn’t feel heartfelt and she had zero emotion and seemed exhausted. I was trying to explain to her too that the security alarms did not go off at the store, and she didn’t seem to care about that important fact. I’m done with Tuttle Mall.

    I went to The Vision Center there. For an eye exam. And two pairs of glasses. I think the exam was very thorough. I can't wait for my new glasses. Or I would have post a picture.👍 I would suggest them to anyone. She did an awesome job. I'll be a regular customer
