service
I
have
ever
experienced.
Sent
my
engagement
ring
out
to
be
sized
down
1
size
on
December
7th.
I
was
told
it
would
be
back
by
December
the
21st
and
we
would
recieve
an
email
when
it
was
ready.
We
never
heard
anything
through
the
21st,
so
the
22nd
we
went
in
to
check
on
it.
They
told
us
"It
isn't
in
yet,
it
will
probably
be
here
tomorrow."
We
say
ok
and
leave.
I
call
the
next
evening
4
TIMES
and
no
one
answers.
So
I
waited
until
the
next
day,
Christmas
Eve
and
called
again.
They
say
"It
still
isn't
here
yet.
Check
back
on
Tuesday
the
26th."
Getting
very
annoyed
at
this
point,
I
reluctantly
wait
until
Tuesday
to
call
again.
I
call
in
AGAIN
and
she
informs
me
she
can't
find
an
order
for
my
ring
whatsoever
and
says
she'll
call
me
back
and
HANGS
UP.
She
calls
back
45
minutes
later
and
tells
us
it's
on
the
truck
for
that
day
and
she'll
call
us
when
it
arrives.
NEVER
BOTHERED
CALLING
US
BACK.
My
fiance
and
I
go
in
the
next
day
and
she
informs
us
UPS
has
lost
the
package
and
they're
going
through
the
invoices
to
try
and
find
it
but
won't
be
able
to
give
uS
an
answer
until
the
next
morning.
So
we
wait
and
no
one
contacts
us.
I
call
and
am
pissed
at
this
point.
Turns
out
no
one
looked
into
it
like
they
said
they
would.
Woman
on
the
phone
knows
I'm
pissed
and
calls
UPS.
TURNS
OUT
THEY
SENT
MY
ENGAGEMENT
RING
TO
PENNSYLVANIA
"BY
ACCIDENT"!!
**ABSOLUTE
GARBAGE
CUSTOMER
SERVICE
FROM
AN
INCOMPETANT
STAFF.
DO
NOT
EVER
BUY
ANYTHING
OR
HAVE
ANY
JEWELRY
WORKED
ON
AT
THIS
STORE.
THEY
DO
NOT
CARE
ABOUT
YOU
OR
YOUR
PRODUCT,
AMD
WILL
IGNORE
YOU
HOPING
YOU'LL
FORGET
THE
ISSUE.**
