Worst pawnshop I've ever been to. Tried to give me $200. For over 5k worth of newer tools...stay away

The manager at Kay Jewelers in Indian Mound Mall is a nasty individual and cares nothing for integrity or decency. I was going to purchase a ring from a private party and simply was looking for authenticity. Rather than receive this information this person poached the transaction and was very nasty and snide with her remarks. I wouldn't get anything from this store even if it were free because of this person and their behavior. Oh, and did I mention she did all this during the holiday season... nice work Ms.Davidson!

Do not shop here. Worst customer service I've ever seen!!!! I bought my wife a diamond wedding set and within 60 days diamonds started falling out of it. We took the ring back and they sent it out to be fixed, they said they'd call when it came back in. about two weeks later I decided to call and they said it was there, no call to me of course. So me and my wife went to pick it up and another diamond had fallen out and was laying in the bag. So again we had to send it back, two weeks later still no call so again I called in. I'm then told it had come back but they weren't happy with the repair so again it was sent back out. After a bit of a fit on my part they decided to order us a new set. Well a mistake on my part I then ordered a diamond necklace and earrings for my wife for mother's day. A couple few weeks later everything finally came in. Well as you can probably guess, one of the posts on the earrings was folded over. So they ordered a new set and still to this day I'm waiting for these earrings to come in. Don't waste your money or time here. Save your self the stress and head ache and spend your hard earned money some that actually pretend to care.

Bought a soundbar and an authentic fox fur coat. The soundbar's condtion was just like new for a very good price and works great. The coat is amazing and priced fairly. Lots of other unique items and electronics for sell.

Even if they can’t take the item they will tell you where to go or how much it’s worth. Good overall experience

Shady and illegal business practices!

I prefer this pawn shop over other pawnshops because of the quality of service and realiabilty that I get every time.

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could! Two gentlemen gave me my first pawn shop experience & made it an experience I’ll remember. They helped me so much & gave me the best negotiation and information they could give me. Definitely recommended!

My sales woman was great. Too bad she is selling junk! Wedding ring was worn for less than 24 hours and two diamond's fell out! And their "warranty" is a waste of money! Have not missed a 6 month service, 3 months later, more diamond's are missing! Stay away for this one!

I have been trying to get the wedding band for my engagement ring and the incompetent employees who work there have no idea what they are doing! I went in and talked to a young man who told me that they do not carry my band in store anymore but he can have it ordered. He told me he would call me within a few days to let me know when to expect my band. Well a week went by and I haven't heard anything. I called the store and the woman on the phone was downright rude and horrible to me. She told me there was no record of ever having ordered this and maybe I should call back when the guy was working. I asked her when he worked and she said she couldn't disclose that information to me. So I asked her to leave a message from me to him. I waited a few more days and still nothing. So I went in there in person. They told me they would have to special order it and they would call me AGAIN. OF course a week goes by and still nothing! I found the band on the Kays website so my fiance went in himself and talked to them. They gave him a piece of paper saying they special ordered this band and our Kays account would be reduced by the cost of the band. That was 3 months ago! Still haven't gotten anything and still no one knows anything at the store. When you look our account up online it shows nothing on order or anything being charged to our account. What is going on at this store?? Worthless people just wasting your time is what! If I didn't need this specific band I would take my business elsewhere. I even had to postpone my wedding over this incompetence. I would never recommend this jewelry store to anyone!

Went in to look at wedding rings with my boyfriend and the lady told us about a free necklace/earring giveaway. She was very nice and made the visit very enjoyable. We are going back next week to buy a ring outright.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. I attempted to purchase a ring online and accidentally chose the wrong one. I tried to call the store FOURTEEN (14) TIMES!!!!! What happened 3 times out of the 14? An employee picked up the phone, asked what I wanted and when I asked about their return policy, they hung up on me. THREE (3) TIMES!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. You will never see me purchase another item from Kay Jewelers nor will you see me inside one of their stores. Also, it took me 20mins just to get ahold of someone on their toll free number. Awful service.

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful and are flexible on loaning policies. They will work with you and give you a fair price on items you are either purchasing or pawning. I have been to several pawn shops in the surrounding area and this one is by far the best. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking for a pawn shop to go here. The staff are great and treat everyone in there with respect and courtesy. If you have had bad experiences with pawn shops in the past go to this one for fast, helpful service. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I went in earlier today. I just looked at my ring and the diamond does not even shine and there is still dirt in my ring. ☹

Each and every time I come to this location, Michelle and Jaye are wonderful! Always a smile, always helpful without being pushy. I got a ring from my boyfriend for Christmas and a couple of stones fell out so they’ve been wonderful in getting it fixed for me! I highly recommend coming to the location at the Indian Mound Mall in Heath. Ask for Jaye or Michelle, but the entire staff is nice as well.

I have bought jewelry from several different stores but Kay is the best. Sales staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The Neil Lane collection is what first brought me into Kay and honestly, i have not shopped anywhere else since then. A special thank you to Josh at the Heath location. This young man was very helpful and even put a rush on my order to ensure it arrived by the day of my 10th wedding anniversary. Definitely a well run and well staffed store.

I have been a customer of hers for almost two years and have continued to follow her journey with Kay Jewelers. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable about the products and cares about her customers. She helped me design an amazing custom wedding ring and gave stunning recommendations for pieces that accompany it very well. She is thorough with each visit and transaction. Before Michelle, I had some very poor experiences with other Kay’s employees and she truly changed my view of the company.

Michelle at Kay’s (Heath) has been very helpful after my daughter had a bad experience at the Zanesville store. She took care of my daughter and helped her with her online return with no problem. I have been a long time customer with Kay’s Jewelry for many years. That’s why my daughter decided to go to Kay’s in the first place. I hate that her first Kay experience at Zanesville was a bad one, but I’m glad it led us to Michele at the Heath location because she is knowledgeable, and caring. My family will always continue to be long time customers of Kay’s as long as you have managers out there like Michelle that actually care about the customer. Thank you!

LOVED the experience we had at the Heath Kay's Jewelers. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jewelry. Not 'pushy' to sell us on anything. Took notice of what we wanted to look at, then made other suggestions similar. Totally a wonderful experience ! And I'm glad we found a jeweler we can't trust. Jaye and his co-workers were great.

I will never go to another pawn shop again! The owner is wonderful and the staff are great. Each time I go in to pawn something, I am treated with respect and fairness. There is also a pretty wide variety of inventory that is reasonably priced. This is the best pawn shop I have ever been to and I feel safe and welcome every time.

I have worked with Pawn into Cash several times and each time they are professional and knowledgeable about the products they have in stock. They have a tremendous selection of electronics and jewelry- much more than other pawn shops in the area. I look forward to working with them many more times.

This is a great pawn shop in Columbus, OH! They have everything you would need in great condition. You can email them the information of the product you want to pawn off and they will give a free appraisal, it is very convenient and easy so you don't have to go in there.

Every time me and my boyfriend have ever gone to look at rings, every place we go to makes us feel pressured to buy the ring same day. I had the complete opposite experience at Kay jewelers with Lindsay and Michelle. They are so sweet, helpful, kind, and truly care about your needs for an engagement ring/other rings. They take as much time as you need looking at options and even made me a wishlist for when my boyfriend comes in to buy the ring! They took the time to get to know me and my boyfriend and remembered my families wedding traditions when we stopped in for the second time! Thanks Lindsay and Michelle!

I purchased a bracelet here around ten years ago. The sales person, at the time, lied to me of what the bracelet was actually made of. I was informed it was stainless steel, onyx, embedded with three diamonds. It's all stainless steel with diamonds and not onyx. What has me upset is I have brought this bracelet in every six months as I was told to do. Covid cut me off around my six month check up and one of my diamonds fell out. They can't seem to fix it as they guaranteed. The sales man also informed me they didn't sell it to me as they don't put diamonds in onyx. This was rather funny, as it isn't onyx.I did in fact purchase my bracelet with Kay, and with such disrespect/unprofessionalism, I will not be returning ever again. I am in search of a wedding ring now, which leaves me with Kay competitor.

Don and Stacie are absolutely phenomenal. If i could give 10/10 i would. I walked in for a birthday gift for myself and after an hour of working numbers and getting approved for a loan i walked out in tears with my ring on my finger. I recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Both Don and Stacie went above and beyond and i am forever grateful. Thank you for such a great expierance and a great birthday. I will be back... Yall got a customer for life.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent my engagement ring out to be sized down 1 size on December 7th. I was told it would be back by December the 21st and we would recieve an email when it was ready. We never heard anything through the 21st, so the 22nd we went in to check on it. They told us "It isn't in yet, it will probably be here tomorrow." We say ok and leave. I call the next evening 4 TIMES and no one answers. So I waited until the next day, Christmas Eve and called again. They say "It still isn't here yet. Check back on Tuesday the 26th." Getting very annoyed at this point, I reluctantly wait until Tuesday to call again. I call in AGAIN and she informs me she can't find an order for my ring whatsoever and says she'll call me back and HANGS UP. She calls back 45 minutes later and tells us it's on the truck for that day and she'll call us when it arrives. NEVER BOTHERED CALLING US BACK. My fiance and I go in the next day and she informs us UPS has lost the package and they're going through the invoices to try and find it but won't be able to give uS an answer until the next morning. So we wait and no one contacts us. I call and am pissed at this point. Turns out no one looked into it like they said they would. Woman on the phone knows I'm pissed and calls UPS. TURNS OUT THEY SENT MY ENGAGEMENT RING TO PENNSYLVANIA "BY ACCIDENT"!! **ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AN INCOMPETANT STAFF. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING OR HAVE ANY JEWELRY WORKED ON AT THIS STORE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PRODUCT, AMD WILL IGNORE YOU HOPING YOU'LL FORGET THE ISSUE.**
