I found the staff of Harris jewelers to be warm and inviting. I only bought relatively inexpensive earrings for my wife, but they treated me as if I were buying a $10,000 diamond ring. I highly recommend Jessica. They also happen have a good selection of quality jewelry.

We absolutely love Harris Jewelers! From just browsing at engagement rings to actually going through the process of picking it out, picking the diamond, our wedding bands, and wedding gifts. I have drove past Harris jewelers many times, but never stopped. I lost my grandma about 6 months ago and had some jewelry that had no sentimental value to me. The pieces I kept I knew were of my grandparents wedding rings, but a lot of other items were chains and such. I took them in there almost embarrassed I was probably brining in just dress up items. I couldn’t say enough about how nice they were !! I was reassured many times, even if it was - it’s no big deal ! I got a call the same day that my appraisal was done. The value was much more then I expected. I was going to trade in, but decided to run the money through the estate and come back at another date. I will definitely be back to sell my engagement band to upgrade before my wedding and also to get my fiancé his band. I was shocked at the beautiful inventory. I took two sterling silver wedding ring sets in to be sized, and both were done in the timeframe promised, actually a day ahead of time, and both sets turned out perfect. Josh Laurent helped me out with the easy and convenient process of dropping my ring off to get re-dipped with white gold and making it look shiny and new! Might I add I did not purchase my ring there and they were still willing to help me since the closest location of where the ring was originally purchased was an hour away! He paid attention to things we cared about and what we seemed to like about certain rings, and let us know we may want to consider creating our ring with the designer. We fell in love with two rings & the designer drafted up a few sketches of what our ring could look like & walked us through the process. Each time we left Harris we were on cloud 9 - so excited and giddy! The service was incredible and the overall experience is something I'll value forever. Not only is the service amazing, but the ring is better than I could ever dream of! It's unique and perfect, everything I wanted (and didn't know I wanted) and more! Also-- designing our ring together I was still left shocked seeing the final product and being surprised, nothing felt ruined if you were afraid of that process. I had repairs done to my ring at a well known jeweler in the area. My ring is over 30 years old and had never been worked, on other than my personal jeweler. She is retired, and unfortunately, the local jeweler did an absolutely horrible, unfinished job. I came upon Harris Jewelers and had a great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and so helpful. They listened to all my concerns and worked with me to repair the mistakes done by the previous jeweler. I am extremely happy with my ring now. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry repair. The work was well done, I didn't have to wait long and the price for the repairs was very reasonable. They addressed every concern I had on my ring. Again, I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely go back!

Wonderful store! I bought new pieces that they designed with some old pieces! One old bracelet became 3 very special, meaningful necklaces for my family at Christmas!

I bought my engagement ring and wedding bands from a jewelry store that is no longer in business. When I purchased them I had them soldered together. After 2 years, they came apart. The sales associate that sold me the rings moved to a new jewelry store, so I contacted her to have my rings repaired. I dropped them off on June 26 and was given a 2 week turn around time. I followed up on July 5 and they guaranteed the rings would be ready July 10. On July 8 I received a call that my rings could not be repaired and they would have to send them out. Basically, my rings sat for 13 days without being touched. I decided to not have them repaired by this company and contacted Harris Jeweler. I brought my rings in on July 10. Craig was fantastic. He explained in detail what had caused my rings to come apart and he showed me what needed to be repaired under the microscope. My rings were repaired in a couple of days and I picked them up today, July 12. I am very happy and will definitely use Harris Jeweler again.

I had a great experience today at Harris Jeweler! I recently lost a small diamond from my wedding ring and took it in to get it repaired. Matt also noticed something that could be adjusted on my engagement band. As I was checking out he offered for me to have a loaner ring while my ring is being serviced. I’ve never heard of such a thing, but how fun!

I worked with Jim to design my engagement ring. He was with me every step of the way + put up with my constant appointments + subtle changes to the design every time. He understood my artistic mind + vision and helped create my dream ring that was as unique as I had hoped. The entire staff here is incredible. I recently took my Grandmothers engagement ring from 1952 to be restored and fixed as it was in pretty rough shape. This piece of jewelry while not big is very special and important to me and I wanted to make sure the repairs where done correctly. First time walking in this store, worst customer service. Even the manager on duty said he was sorry for someone not helping me , because he saw that 3 other customers walked in after me and they were immediately helped. He said he had called to have someone assist me and I had been waiting a while, but all I got was maybe a glance my way while they continued to help others first. After our short conversation I stated “ maybe I wasn’t the right “type” of client. Yup, I’m the only minority customer in the store.

Craig and Jim were really great to work with on a ring I had custom designed in remembrance of my departed parents. I worked with Craig to refine the sentimental elements to be put into the ring design and Jim made them artful and beautiful. Jim beautifully incorporated the diamonds from my Mom's wedding set into the design. The end result was a beautiful ring that is full of sentimental elements that remind me of my wonderful parents every day.

Harris Jewelers is a family owned store that spans generations. It has always been our place of choice. My husband and I bought our wedding rings from Donna almost 17 years ago from here. We have continued to buy from Harris Jewelers over the 4 states and two countries we’ve lived in. My grandparents, mother, and sister purchases from them as well. In past years, my mother has added to my daughter’s charm bracelet by purchasing hand-picked charms for her. My mother passed away earlier this year, but I reached out to Bonnie recently and she remembered more charms my mother had picked out for future year’s presents. Because of Bonnie and the amazing staff who meticulously remembers their clients like an old friend, my daughter will be receiving a continued tradition, a priceless sentimental gift that couldn’t be more loved.

I brought in a very small, antique engagement ring from my great grandmother to have it cleaned and the tiniest little solitaire diamond known to man replaced. The experience was amazing, from start to finish. They completely restored the ring and brought it back to what I imagine it looked like brand new in 1925. Craig was amazing to work with, and so kind. I’m excited to start working on some of my other pieces!

The presentation to view the ring for the first time was breathtaking. And it just so happened that the owner/founder, Mr. Harris, was visiting that day and I met him personally.
