Had to make an exchange for an item that I purchased at the Graceland store that had a hole and no longer carried there. Stopped in here and found the item to exchange, but exactly the same price but had to pay almost $3 extra because "I think taxes" and the staff couldn't figure it out. Item was purchased in the same city 5 days apart from exchange, had to drive out of my way quite a bit to pay extra after buying a damaged blanket. While the person helping me was very nice, spending 15 minutes on an exchange for a damaged item to pay more really left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sorry but I feel like the management could do better here.

Waited for over 20 mins for someone to help at the jewelry counter, no one ever came! Not a hi/bye or nothing …poor customer service.

There were a lot of cool hair items, WOMEN clothes, make-up, skin-care, etc. The only thing that I didn't see a lot of was men and kid clothes.

Got tees from here they’re super cheap and the tees fabric was so comfortable & smooth.Loved them a lot.

Everything and anything that your wife or girlfriend could want for Christmas or birthdays go to TJ Maxx highly recommend it

Employees in this store are just miserable, God forbid if you ask one of them to the jewelry department, they are the least interested to help you. The older lady that helped me today was very unhelpful, every time I spoke to her she looked away looking as uninterested as she could be and I got the impression that she wanted me to just leave her alone so she could get back to the floor. This is not first time I experience this at this store purchasing jewelry. Excuse me for spending my money in your store, next time i’ll take it to another one!!!

i've always enjoyed shopping here until my last experience ( while i was with my son & talking with other female customers ) i was trying on sweatshirts over a bralette in front of the mirrors at the end of the aisles (which i'm assuming are to try on outerwear......) - an older female employee VERY rudely approached me & told me the fitting rooms were open. when i said i was comfortable there, she pursed her lips & walked away. her entire demeanor & attitude towards me was unacceptable & embarrassing.

I’m leaving a 1 star and I wish I could leave -5 stars. The management here is terrible. They treat customers like trash. We came here on a whim traveling through Polaris from Marion and decided to stop in. We wanted to try on a 2 pair of sweatpants before we bought them, it was approx 845pm. We asked someone by the jewelry counter if they could let us try some sweats on and were told “oh, that’s been closed all day”. Next I approach the manager and ask her the same question, she avoids all eye contact and says “we’re closed”. I reply that it isn’t 10pm and that it’s not late and she repeats “we’re closed” and continues to walk away. As a result, we put back 2 pairs of sweats and everything else we had with us and left. This is NOT how you make sales and this is NOT how you please customers. Please evaluate this store. It was also messy with items everywhere and puking off of shelves.

Visited from out of town. Dressing rooms closed well before store closing time. Asked them to hold items so we could come back and try them on the next day. Came back the next day and dressing rooms were closed again because someone didn't show up. Found the manager that was there the night before and she just shrugged her shoulders. If were from the area we would have bought and returned items as needed, but there isn't a location close to home so didn't want the hassle. Also when we did purchase something the first night, 2 cashier's were insisting I get the TJ Maxx credit card - like would not let it rest even though I said no 4 times. I almost walked away from the transaction altogether as I don't like to be harassed.

Loved my visit to this store. Lots of great values and excellent customer service.

This store has served me well in the past but it is absolutely unacceptable to have the fitting rooms closed and ask people to "just buy $400 worth of stuff to try on at home and then return if it doesn't fit" just because there is a short staffing issue. Not pleased at all!

They always have a great selection of Jewelry and handbags. The store is typically very clean. You can also find a great selection of home goods towards the back of the store. They also have super clean restrooms.

Love this store!! Lots of interesting things, especially at holidays.UPDATE... Shelves are not fully stocked in a lot of areas. No cologne or perfumes for quite some time. Not able to find much anymore. Went again today, 6-28, store has changed and never find anything anymore

Fair prices and wide selection.

Always love the prices here. Not a very large men’s section. Wish they had some men’s shoes as well. Was surprised to find a couple bikes there. Wasn’t planning on buying a bike there but the price was too good to pass up.

The check out person was very rude. Bad customer service experience. Cashier: 1147.

My second favorite Tj Maxx location besides Easton!

Recently got to visit a TJ Maxx in Fort Lauderdale - while the store is 5 times the size, they have 10+ times the product. Columbus stores seem sparse and not a lot of product to choose from.

Cashiers are way to pushy when it comes to the credit card. I shouldn't have to say no 5 times.

I'm not a TJ Maxx shopper so didn't have any expectations. I was fairly unimpressed. Sizes in clothing for men stop at 2x. No men's shoes that i could see. Not a fan.

The manager Jordan is GREAT! Very helpful when I encountered a minor issue. She took extra time to help me find the specific item for which I was looking. Plenty of neat unique fun finds at this store and very friendly helpful staff in my opinion. Thank you again for the great customer service and I look forward to coming back. :)

Always find good deals on products that we need. Daughter can always find clothes.

Amazing manager! There was a mistake we were told about a discount. My daughter was so disappointed. The manager then took care of it and was so kind to us! Wonderful customer service! She was so sweet to my daughter about it!
