She was great throughout the process, offering her professional knowledge as well as friendly recommendations. Also when our ring needed to be resized later down the line, we received it back quickly and without charge as promised. Renee was AWESOME!! Apparently she made quite the impression as my husband carefully researched before he even brought me to Genesis. Once we entered the secured area, she finished up with her clients and came right over to us and made me feel very special. We were surely the lower end of the spectrum of the amazing diamonds but everyone working nearby gave us the courtesy the high rollers probably get. The showroom was very well organized and it was fairly easy to see what price ranges were located where. One thing my husband liked (besides the very entertaining Renee) was that it's a diamond store...not a jeweler that sells diamonds. I was also surprised to learn that Renee wasn't even on commission. She was genuinely fun and very very knowlegable. I've had a wonderful experience!

Renee was AMAZING!! She was very accommodating and so patient. I was dreading going inside a jewelry store because I always feel like the sales folks flock you. She was nothing like this. She actually made me feel comfortable and she has such a light airy vibe to her. I really recommend paying her a visit! Very knowledgeable and listened well to what I was wanting. She didn’t pressure me whatsoever and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Also, this place has great jewelry at affordable prices so it’s a win win!

My first thought of going to a jewelry store, I honestly thought it was going to be like shopping for a used car. But wow I was so wrong. My sales woman was by far the one of the nicest and most helpful person with my jewelry shopping experience. Renee was very, very knowledgeable of jewelry. My experience at Genesis Diamonds (Cincinnati), was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in for the first time, I was greeted by Renee. From start to finish - Renee was so helpful and encouraging! I’m sure I was not the easiest to work with, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, we just had to narrow down the details. I never once felt like I was rushed or pressured. Renee’s genuineness truly shines. With Renee’s assistance, she helped me find the “perfect” setting and center stone. She was prompt to answer her phone or respond with any questions (I had a lot). We had to order a stone, and do some customization to the setting. Renee, stayed in touch with updates along the way, and called me as soon as the ring was finished and ready to be picked up. As for the engagement - it was such a magical moment. My bride to be - Kristin, was completely surprised. Her reaction, once she saw the ring, for the first time, was priceless! Always amazing customer service! Six years ago we purchased my engagement ring, my wedding band and my husband's wedding band at Genesis, we experienced nothing short of top notch quality and the friendliest staff. Today my husband surprised me with a gorgeous anniversary band from Genesis to add to my wedding set. When I went in to look at it (it came in yesterday), the gentleman took the time to get it from the shop (being sized) and show it to me and answered all my questions knowledgeably and patiently. He also cleaned my rings while I was there without me even asking. We won't go anywhere else but Genesis! Can't wait to pick up my new ring next week! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at both locations we’ve been to. Had more than enough options for our needs. I started the process at the Green Hills location in Nashville with Nadya’s help and patience while getting the perfect engagement ring. Moved to Ohio and the transition to working with Renee at the Cincinnati location was seamless. Her passion and excitement were obvious from our first meeting. We love our wedding bands and engagement ring center stone upgrade. If you want someone who will be as, or more, excited for your big day than you and your significant other, ask for Renee! I was looking for a Tacori band that matched my Tacori engagement ring and Genesis Diamonds came through! As soon as I walked in Renee greeted me with a warm smile and great energy. Thank goodness for her tremendous patience because it took some time to find the one that matched. We actually had to order the band and Renee called Tacori directly to make sure we can order it and that it will come in time for the wedding. The band came in well enough in advance than quoted! Renee was THE BEST associate to have our experience at Genesis Diamonds with. She was very attentive and recognized us right away. Shannon and I were secretly hopping she would be working that day. I had a great experience taking my diamond ring to Genesis to be repaired. And Renee provided me with excellent customer service! She is really put me at ease about leaving my ring for repair. To top things off, Genesis cleaned my gold ring cleaned as a courtesy!

We had been searching for a specific replacement wedding ring for the hubs, it was a Jeff Cooper design, which in our state couldn't be found. We visited Genesis Diamonds and Renee was amazing. In January of 2022, my now fiancé, had asked me to go and look at engagement rings together. He told me the date and said we would be going to look at Genisis. We did not have an appointment but walked right in and met Tara Michelle right away. She asked what brought us in and what I was looking for. I explained I had a setting in mind but was up on the air on diamond shape. She gave me different diamond shapes to try on and I quickly realized I wanted a round diamond. I explained I wanted a hidden halo and a very deleciate band. She pulled some bands and settings with the hidden halo but it wasn’t quite what I had pictured. Tara was beyond patient and said no problem would you like to look a loose diamonds and design a band? My fiancé and I agreed and she took us back. She brought out different diamonds in our price range and had us look at them without telling us the different elements in the diamonds. We picked a diamond and I sent pictures of what I had pictured and walked her through my explaination of the ring I wanted. I wanted timeless, classic, delicate, dainty but yet also just slightly unique. AND DID SHE DELIVER! The setting is everything I ever dreamed of and more! She sent us cad drawings to approve and while they were absolutely stunning it did not do the ring justice. Tara Michelle was nothing short of amazing and we will be using her for our wedding bands and future jewelry purchases! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring, and really makes you feel beyond special!
