I was there to purchase a Pandora Christmas charm. I was actually sold a Halloween charm which my wife noticed immediately on Christmas (I did not due to poor vision). When my wife wanted to return the charm she was told no returns, only exchanges. She explained that that charm was actually chosen my a store employee, it wasn’t the right holiday and Dunkin had no Christmas charms for her to exchange. She also shared that the charm was selected by a male employee. Apparently there is only one and they got him. He remembered the sale and said “the charm was in the Christmas section, I didn’t realize it was Halloween” to which the cashier noted “we don’t have a Christmas section, it’s ALL holidays”. Long story short they agreed to the refund but it wasn’t my best first experience at Dunkin’s.

They were very nice and easy to work with. Even though they didn't have the necklace in stock , they located one and had it there in a couple of days. They notified me as soon as it arrived. I picked it up ,and we had the necklace and matching earrings in less then a week. My wife absolutely loves them. I will definitely do business with them again. Thank you very much.

I only purchase my jewelry from Dunkin’s! The heath location has amazing staff and a very large selection of jewelry to chose from! Kris has been my sale associate for 5 years now and he has been amazing through all of my purchases! From my wedding set that he helped my husband design to my daughter’s first “real “ diamond ring when she was 11! I will always be a loyal customer to Dunkin’s and to Kris!

Got a promise ring for my girlfriend dec. 23rd for a special early Christmas gift. Not even two weeks later it cracked on the bottom from her just doing daily task bending her fingers. We went to go get the situation resolved but said they really couldn’t do anything about it except put a little weld on the crack and said it will more than likely crack again. Highly disappointed in the way they acted like they really didn’t care and had no hope it will last. Just mainly want my money back so we can go somewhere else. My girlfriend deserves something that will last not something cheap that Dunkin recommended for us.

Kris is great. He remembered the original ring I bought my wife Debra 30 years ago. The ring I got this time was of much greater value, but was treated the same way I was 30 years ago. He made me feel important this time just like I did when I bought the original.

We have been purchasing jewelry here since they opened in the Heath Mall. When compared to other they seem to have far better quality and great pricing. Kris Y. always takes great care of us and makes sure we get what we are after.

Very kind and helpful staff. I needed a watch band adjusted (special tool needed), let me know the time frame before it could be done as the person who did this was with another customer. I appreciated the honesty and respectful way I was treated. I was able to go and do another item came back and we were done!!! Super. Will certainly make them my jeweler!!

Dunkin Diamonds is a beautifully well designed store. The layout allows for the jewelry to be displayed without over crowding the pieces on display.The store has so much variety to choose from; everything from casual to extravagant, from watches to wedding bands, yet not overpriced. The sales people I worked with, Dave and Janet, are laid back-no pressure from them to make a purchase and they will also give you a deal. Dave and Janet are honest and friendly, a must in todays world.
