The store was great, the store workers were amazing and very helpful. Yet the atmosphere was uninviting due to the locals. They weren'tnice or friendly at all, and they seemed very privileged. (Which is the only reason they didn't get a five-star rating). Again, it's not the fault of T.J. Maxx, just the location and bad vibes of other customers.

Nice selection, but store does not seem very clean. Womens restroom had trash all over the floor and stunk STRONGLY of urine. Pretty gross.

Rude, but recovered from the animosity. We returned a few shirts for bigger sizes without the tags, but still had the receipt. We called the store asking if its still possible and customer service said yes its fine but don't forget the receipt. We returned and told the cashier the situation. The cashier, Janice maybe, in an irritated way, said no we cant. We explained we called and they said its fine. Luckily another employee walked by and was willing to help looking up each shirt for tags and exchange them.

Bad attitude and segregated seating. Why place a bench in the changing area before ever even entering the hallway of the dressing rooms if your not going to allow me to sit in it? Because I’m a guy-and I’m too close to the women’s side? Give me a break! I walked up with my girlfriend who wants to ask for my opinion and is one door down in the hallway, around the corner! But, apparently that is a females only bench because as a male I am too close to them... According to the managers logic it says women’s on that side, the same way it says it above the area I just shopped in for my girlfriend; maybe you shouldn’t allow me or any other men there either!

Great one of kind items especially for Christmas decor. Very fun, friendly and courteous.

I'll start by saying the store is SUPER CLEAN!! The employees are friendly and very helpful.This is the BEST TJ MAXX and HomeGoods. I have been in several in Central Ohio. Also been to ones in Manhattan, Georgetown, Asheville NC and Chicago. I can always find something Great to spruce up my home, my self and even my pets. It's a great place to go to be entertained on long Winter nights and Hot Summer days.

This place has gone downhill for the past several years. It used to be where I would buy 75% of my clothes and now they have nothing in there that I'd wear. Really sucks. 20+ years I've been shopping this chain. No longer

A lot of things picked over but I was able to find what I needed. The person who rung me up was very nice. Just wished tjmaxx would find a way to carry women's shoes in larger sizes. I'm a size 11 to 12 and rarely do they have anything .

This place is ok. Found a pillow I liked but it didn't have a price tag on it. The cashier called for help 3 times with no one responding or came to help her so I didn't get it. The candles are nice from time to time. It just seems like they stuff this place and items vary which some people like that as it came be a good find. They do have a lot registers open and check out was good and they are nice

This is a recently opened store. I called to ask a question about handbag inventory. Why make a trip there if they didn't stock much, or any at all? I called 6x over 2 days. NO ONE ever picked up. Not even a menu to pick from. Apparently they don't care about customer service. So I didn't bother going to the store.

Good location for bargains. They also have seasonal stuff for great prices. Recommend for gifts and decorations for the house. Clothing is ok, but expect to spend some time looking if you need something specific.

The woman who was at the dressing rooms was very nice and made me feel like a friend! Someone new at the register incorrectly cashed us out but no problem at all, someone helped her correct the situation very quickly and both employees were very friendly and nice. The manager is the only employee who seemed not very approachable... No smile at all... Only took an interest in our order because a mistake was accidentally made.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the new location of TJ Maxx in Columbus. Having Home Goods and TJ Maxx in two separate, none-connecting buildings right next to each other in a winter weather city is just dumb. I understand that your marketing team thinks that this will help define/separate the two store brands - whoever sold this idea to you all should be fired. Your checkout process is by FAR the biggest deterrent for coming into your stores. Constant understaffing and super long lines, now you want us to do it twice after we go to stomping through the snow to our cars in terrible Ohio winters? You’ve made shopping less fun, you’ve made a terrible business decision, and you’ll hemorrhage money for it. I’ll be doing my discount shopping with the convenience of Amazon OR I’ll go to the Plain City location so long as the stores are still connected. I could just buy from you guys online…. Oh wait, your website sucks and you can manage an online marketplace…. Hope y’all can get it together soon. I smell a bankruptcy coming.

Visited this TJMaxx which relocated from Upper Arlington. Definitely not like the UA one. Didn't like the layout. Has a messy feel to the store. Very cold feeling unlike the homey feeling of the UA one.

This store just opened up in the Graceland shopping center. I went on a whim and wow it was great! So organized, clean, and tons of stuff. I had a great time buying Christmas gifts, yet noticed many of the items in my arms were for me. Lololol. As much as I wanted them, I had to put them back. Maybe after the holidays I'll treat myself. Anyways people, please keep it clean. So much easier to find things!

Love TJ Maxx! You never know what you will find - including name brand items for discount prices. Always a great experience for the thrifty shopper!

Made some return today and the lady at front desk was not happy at all accusing me of causing their store a lost. Gave me big attitudes the whole time and kept me waiting. It’s not my fault the furniture came broken and I have to return it. Too bad the store can’t resale them since they’re broken. But Carrying them around and driving around was not fun for me either! Hope they have better customer services. Used to love shopping there.

I specifically went for bath&body products, and didn't linger. However going back soon with a girlfriend so I want to look through home goods.... It's not a huge space and my check out clerk who was adorable said they were moving to a larger space... Even my bestie, Amazon, can't beat the quality/quantity/price combo for products and they are mostly 20 to 32oz.!!!

I’d say as a rule: If it caught your eye today grab it before tomorrow because things sell quickly at this location. Not a location to sit on purchases. Lots of UA moms with deep pockets lol an impulse shoppers dream.

Lots of great last minute gift ideas with affordable price points. The line was very long; however, the store manager stepped up and assisted to make the time spent about five minutes. Amazing!

Great store, mostly reviewing because the manager, a male but unsure of name, appropriately turned away a customer without a mask on. I experienced the same case in the Polaris Home Goods, but they did NOT turn them away and said they can’t enforce that, which made other customers and myself very uncomfortable. On top of that, I never even witnessed anyone addressing the customers to inquire whether they had masks. Haven’t been there since. Five stars to the UA location! Thanks!

This store is fairly accessible. It is easily accessed from the parking lot with automatic doors. The fitting rooms and bathroom were very clean and had accessible stalls. The fitting room had one large accessible stall and one family stall that was a lot smaller. If needed, the family stall could fit a wheelchair and one other person, but it would be a tighter fit. Some of the aisles were kind of tight and would be hard to navigate. They were restocking when I was there so there were large carts blocking some of the aisles, but the staff was very friendly and always close by to move them out of the way. There was a large selection of merchandise and it was organized pretty well so it wasn't as overwhelming as other locations I have visited.
