The
doctors
and
care
have
been
amazing.
This
issue
is
with
the
billing
department.
My
wife
has
been
receiving
care
here
for
a
while,
and
there
was
an
issue
with
her
insurance
paying
for
the
approval
appointment,
but
payed
for
all
the
treatment.
Her
doctor
fought
with
the
insurance
to
have
it
taken
care
of
and
insurance
kept
refusing.
So
he
was
an
amazing,
patient
caring
doctor
who
said
that
they
would
forgive
that
payment,
which
was
a
few
thousand
dollars
so
that
we
wouldn't
have
to.
That
was
over
a
year
ago,
and
billing
has
been
fighting
it
ever
since.
Her
doctor
and
his
team
has
talked
to
billing
personally
to
try
and
have
it
removed,
and
they
have
said
my
wife
has
to
appeal
with
them
even
though
the
doctor
wants
it
forgiven.
Called
again
today,
and
they
are
saying
now
that
the
physician
doesn't
get
to
decide
whether
a
bill
is
forgiven
or
not.
We
have
been
given
the
run
around
with
this,
and
again,
our
doctors
and
care
team
have
been
amazing,
but
the
billing
department
doesn't
care
what
the
doctors
or
patients
have
to
say,
they
just
want
to
squeeze
every
last
penny
out
of
you.
Just
another
terrible,
corporate
hospital
that
cares
about
money
more
than
it's
patients
well
being,
and
fighting
their
own
doctors
who
are
actually
providing
the
care
for
everyone,
and
actually
care
about
their
patients.
