😠 This place is HORRIBLE. Please don’t send your children to this urgent care. The doctors rush you and are not thoroughly looking into the health concern. It is extremely packed in this facility. This place is HORRIBLE. Please don’t send your children to this urgent care. The doctors rush you and are not thoroughly looking into the health concern. It is extremely packed in this facility. If you plan on coming here I suggest to come 2-3 hours before the time you had in mind. I came here around 3pm and didn’t leave until after 9pm for only a 15 minute rushed visit! The doctor didn’t even solve the issue(s), it was more of an “take an over the counter Tylenol medication and go home” situation. The actual hospital (Not Urgent Care) is wonderful in my experience but the UC?? No, no thank you you can forget it. I refuse to have my child at a facility that doesn’t really care. The staff are rude, they let smokers in the waiting area and allow so much mishap to happen. Teens stroll in with loud music bumping, parents are letting their kids literally hang off the wall wild. It’s literally an animal farm in there!!

This place is AWFUL. Long long wait, don't come here if you have a serious emergency. Don't understand why this is called an URGENT care. Came here with my son with uncontrolled asthma and covid symptoms and waited for hours. Good thing his breathing wasn't too awful or he'd die in the waiting room. His doctor told me I had to take him here and I don't understand why if it's this crazy. There are other places open later in the day or heck even the ER would probably be faster. Also feels dirty. Unprofessional staff.

Thank you to everyone at the urgent care! From the moment we walked in to each nurse we saw everyone was so kind and caring! We truly appreciate you taking such good care of our son!

We took my son here at 9pm because other urgent cares were closed. There were two children in front of us, but we were in and out within and hour. We got the first dose of his antibiotic there so I didn’t have to rush to the pharmacy. It was a great experience from all the nurses and Dr. Bland

Parked in urgent care and parking wasn’t bad. Went to fetal center and they was pretty professional we had a long wait but it’s because of the appointment time being wrong. Very nice staff and worked us in!

The wait was a little long both in the waiting room and in the exam room, which was definitely not pleasant when your toddler needs help late at night. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were courteous if not professional, I was listened to, and the gate was open so no charge for parking at the Urgent Care lot. 10/10 would go there again.

Been here for 2 and half hours. Baby fever is going up. Got personnel in scrubs taking temperature while other co worker sits all relaxed swiveling back and forth in a chair like a 3 yr old. Still here waiting, watching others who came in after being seen.

Great place!!!!!! Yes the wait times can be long. My child and your child aren't the only sick kids. Be patient. The doctors and nurses do a great job.

The wait is too long. 3 hours. For a hospital that clearly has enough money to invest in brand new buildings and equipment you would hope they would invest in more doctors and nurses so this urgent care could live up to its name.

Literally only come if it’s your last resort. This place is TERRIBLE. The absolute most NON-urgent care. Slowest and most unorganized system on the planet. This is absolutely NOT urgent care. Do not waste your time or your energy on this. You’re welcome ☺️

Took my son in as he continues to get rashes. Was brushed off per usual. Doctor made a comment about my son having red dye. Waited 30 minutes on discharge papers so I walked out. Front staff very kind though.

It never feels good to feel like your child is just a number when they are sick enough to be at an urgent care, but that’s exactly how I felt yesterday. I genuinely feel I would have had better care at a cvs. The Dr explained nothing, transferred us to the ER, only to run tests that could have been done at the pediatricians office (with the exception of an X-ray). I do not feel their evaluation of my child was thorough in any way. They put lidocaine on the arms to draw blood, then never drew the blood. When I asked they said they weren’t going to bother because it would just show elevated WBC which they already know bc she is sick. The staff was nice enough, but that doesn’t help my child when they are sick. I left with the diagnosis of “unidentified virus” and literally nothing else. I’ll save my time and money next time and go elsewhere. This experience was wildly disappointing- both for the urgent care and the ER.

It all depends on the person and on your own experience and standards but I however was very pleased with the staff, they were so nice to me and my family, they take very good care of my daughter they even took care of me when I was refusing to eat or sleep, they very appreciatedly made me go get something to eat while my daughter's favorite nurses so far walked her up and down the halls meeting other nurses that completely adores her, I will 100% bring my daughter and any future kids back to this place and wonderful staff.

Give no stars if I could staff are rude the wait time is worse then the emergency room wait we sit 3 hour in waiting room to be moved to a room to wait another 2/3 hour to see doctor no one’s checked on us or came in even one time I’d like to note they only had maybe 5 people at the most ahead of us finding our kids a new doctor ASAP

MISERABLE! OVER 4 hours waiting being prodded around from one overcrowded room to another like cattle. No consideration whatsoever from the staff, they clearly shouldn't even be operating an urgent care , no care is given

STAFF IS RUDE!!!!!!! There is a fair skinned lady with blonde curly hair that takes down all the information as soon as you walk into the clinic. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. Later When getting my insurance information another lady at window 4 said my insurance was not valid. I called my insurance and they told her it was up to date. That somehow bothered her. She rolled her eyes as she pulled up my daughter’s information. Later as I was leaving I bumped into window 4 lady on my way out and she did not hold the door for me and she knew I was right behind her. STAFF IS RUDE

Dr.Reyes was by far the best doctor I have ever ran across. She treated My son with kindness and compassion. She is very knowledgeable and her support staff were phenomenal. The 8 hour drive from home was worth the care my boy was shown.

I fully agree with others about the long ER weight, unfortunately that is the standard for most hospitals that I've been to. They even have a sign letting you know that they are understaffed right now. My child had to be admitted for an overnight and in my opinion the staff were amazing. We had a RN named Ryan who had the best side manner ever. Also, Amber, JJ and Mason in the ER were wonderful.

I came into urgent care with pain and other symptoms, thats been going on for weeks. I was waiting for a very long time in the lobby (just to get my blood pressure). After seeing people get called ahead of me i went and asked the front desk. The nurse told me they only care for those that need serious care right away. Intently i felt like i wasn’t taken as a priority like everyone else. I have been feeling like i am never a priority every time I go. It most definitely has something to do with my age but i can still go until i am 21. I finally get called back the nurse asked me questions of why i am here i told them, they took my blood pressure, i still wasn't taken seriously, after explaining how i have been feeling. They sent me out into the lobby once again. I waited a little longer. Finally i was called again for a room. Waited in the room for 2 more hours no doctor showed up besides the nurses. I got so tired of waiting i dashed. The worse children’s hospital ever.

👍👍 Not knowing what was wrong with me, and within the last half hour of closing time, a dear friend strongly suggested that I get to this location for treatment before they closed at 8:00 pm. To my surprise, I thought I’d be greeted with a, “you know we close shortly” look. Instead, and to my surpris...

👍👍 You never really want to be in urgent care. But with that said, sometimes in life, you do need extra help getting back to normal. I was there Sat, the whole staff was great. From the young lady who checked me in. Got all my info and stuff filled out with a smile. The young lady who took my vitals wa...
