Very clean atmosphere

Really it's one of the best orthopedic hospital in the world all the stuff from the lady at the parking to the lady's at the check in to the all stuff doctors nurse the lady who did the caste to my son all of them was very nice Thank you so much and God bless you

Worst service I have ever seen. 10 days to see a patient is unacceptable! This is not for treatment but to determine "if there is a fracture or not". This is ridiculous... If there is an issue this many days after going to the the urgent care, can lead to compounding issues. When I asked why the delay the nurse sounded like an autoreply set on a continuous looping cycle saying "Standard wait times can be 4 to 7 days from scheduling an appointment" again we are at 10 days, so when I asked about the extra time, she repeated her clearly practiced monologue. Best children's hospital in the country..... If this is true I feel bad for the medical care for our youth....

Great team work. All the nurses are nice .especially when they call the kids name is awesome. Keep it up

After waiting on hold for 30 minutes the receptionist said they could not see a fracture until Friday and they didn't recommend any other place. Really!!!!

Our experience was highly disappointing and not acceptable for Children’s. Dr Popp was very rude, terrible bedside manner. He was short with us, annoyed to answer questions and spent less than five minutes with us. We had to request he come back in twice so we could get more information. Our daughters cast was put on incorrectly, her wrist was twisted and crooked and not in a natural position. When we inquired about it the response we received was “she’ll live” and the doctor walked out of the room. We were not given options or information. We are appalled by the service and care our young daughter received.

Dr. Llobst and staff are amazing. He did my son's hip and knee surgery last year and did a great job :) I know with his future surgeries he will be in good hands.

My daughter was born with 6 toes on each side and she had to have surgery at just 11 months old and they were so informational and walked us through everything before it happened and made us feel like she was in the best of hands, and she was! Great, professional staff. Would recommend over anyone and we live in West Virginia!

Dr Iobst did my daughters guided growth surgery earlier this year and he was wonderful. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and made her feel so comfortable. The entire staff is so warm and welcoming. My children love them all and actually enjoy coming to their appointments here.
