Our experience at his practice has only been positive. We were seen right on time, and the doctor took their time with us to answer any questions or concerns about our son’s development. Dr. Eassman was a amazing! She did everything she could to make my son feel at ease during his appointment. Everyone was so kind to us during our visit. We are pleased to make this our family’s practice, and would recommend this practice to others!

My children's doctor is great but, the wait is overwhelming when your dealing with children and trying to keep them in order. If my appointment is 3:00pm am seen at 4:30 pm in the back waiting to be seen takes an extra 30min. Then leave at about 8pm. Some of the employees are rude to why I would take them to other locations/urgent care. They also told me that I wasn't able to switch locations.

The only thing I dont like is you see literally a different doctor everytime. It's not personable

Except for the lady at the receptionist desk our visit was pleasant. He received his tb test for this upcoming school year so there's that plus side. All in all we love the staff and always are treated with respect and compassion from the staff at this location. Just disappointing since we've been bringing our 5 kids to this particular location for 5 years now.

We always have a good experience when coming in for an appointment both of my children go here. Their doctor is great always takes her time never rushes me and always answers all my questions. There sometime is a little bit of a wait but it is a doctor's office so that's to be expected I've never waited a crazy long time though.

They over booked appointments and you can’t even check in until the time of your appointment. Doctors recommend you to come in at least 15 minutes early. They need to fix this.

I have always used this location for my son's medical appointments and it always have been ok, but the past 2 appointments were kind of horrible, especially yesterday. Appointment wast at 7:45 pm, we arrived around 7:15 pm, enter the room at 7:40 pm, no big deal, we arrived earlier, but the Dr. never showed up to talk to us, we waited an hour, no one was around, not even the nurses. We left, it was getting late and had to work next day, also my son had school. The worse part, I received a message this morning from the Dr. saying it was a pleasure to see you please call if you have more questions, seriously? Maybe it was an automated message, maybe not but for real I felt they were making fun of me. I don't mind waiting a little bit, sometimes they're behind, I can understand but 1 hour? It was to much, never going back to this place.

We can usually get same day appointments if the kids are sick. There are several practitioners in the office, so if there is an emergency someone can see your child. I love the fact that they offer evening hours as well, that way I don't have to miss work for routine office visits.

I read all the reviews before taking my son in to his app. I almost left but he needed to be seen. I have to say it was the total opposite for me and my son.. Our visit was great! They treated us as if they knew us. Our app was at 10 am we got here early and left by 10:10am. Everyone we spoke with was nice and friendly! I'm not sure what happened with everyone else but I will schedule here from now on and I live 30 minutes away! Thank you to everyone at the westside close to home!!

Horrible long wait times. 45 mins waiting to see a doctor. To turn around and wait another 40 mins before a doctor even comes in. Will be looking for a new doctor office after today that's absolutely crazy to act like 2 hours long appointments is ok. And it's not the first time

Worst primary care ever you have to wait for hours and hours

I don't understand why people are saying the nurses are rude, I've had nothing but good experiences. They care about my child like a person, she's not just another number. The doctor gives me a lot of information about what to feed her and what to expect from her. They're very nice & the waiting time is not long at all. Longest time I've waited to be seen was 15 minutes.

The Dr here made me feel like a horrible mother by the things she said to me. Her tone was rude and will no longer use children's as the place to bring my kids unless it's an emergency and going to the hospital. She shouldn't even be a Dr for children in my opinion. I voiced my concerns with my son refusing to eat food and how another Dr told me to not give him what he wanted and when I did he went on hunger strike. So of course I gave in and how I have been waiting 2yrs on a referral to a nutrition specialist. She more less called me a liar by saying central booking don't call anyone you call them and said that either me or his dad made this appointment and missed it. I told her I can't hold him down and she took it as I was saying force feed him and I told her no I can't hold him down when he tears my house up bc I won't give him the "junk food he wants. Considering my kids don't even go out and play alone bc I'm overprotective she surely made me feel like I was the worst mom ever. Good job at supporting a mom I'll pray for you Jennifer

The services offered here are good, but the front staff are really rude. The office is not clean at all and the wait is ridiculous, I am hoping to find a new pediatrician soon.

Was in the watting room over 2 half hours,whithout to see any Doctors,I left.

Always clean, fast, and friendly. Dr. really listens to concerns of parents.

On 09/14/2020 Went there to see my daughters doctor so she could write an order for xray or ultrasound. They said that “we dont take sick kids at the moment” Doctor wasnt notified, when i called on 09/15/2020 no one answered, so i left a message. No body called back or bothered to give any information on where to go with her symptoms. AS A MATTER EFFECT NO ONE THERE EVEN ASKED WHAT SYMPTOMS SHE IS HAVING?!? Doctor was notified after she was admitted in the ICU at National Childrens Hospital Down Town on Livingston and Parsons ave. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! 0.1 of a star if i could!

I love my website children's close to home I've been going there for years with my child all my grandchildren go there and all my nieces and great-nieces and nephews go there we love the doctors in the staff

The doctors are nice, most of the staff is nice but unless you schedule an appointment between opening and 9 am, 1pm and 3pm, you're going to be waiting a while. My advice, take half your work day off. I'm here right now and I waited 45 minutes just to get back here, for my son, to be seen by the nurse and we're an additional 15 minutes and counting, waiting for the doctor to stroll on in here. Just over an hour waiting since the appointment scheduled time.

I appreciate what they do for my Son and most of the people are friendly and Professional. The caveat is that this facility, for what it is; always looks dirty. That's why the 4 🌟 instead of 5.
