My husband received a bill from this facility and he's never been there in his life. It took almost a half an hour on the phone to get the billing department to understand that the name of the patient (and the patient's insurance) did not match the name address or social security number on the account. Now we are being told it will be 30 to 45 days for them to review the account and we have to call and follow up to be told if it was fixed. Big red flag when the very first option on the recorded phone line is "if you are an attorney press two"!

If you are in need of any medical care do not go to this facility. The staff is not attentive or professional. My father arrived to the ER after being transported by abulance from an Urgent Care. At the urgent Care he was administered a steroid for restricted breathing after medication capsules opened in the back of his throat relaseing all the medication and causing him to asperate the powder inside. Upon arrival to the ER, they sat him in the waiting room not in site of the desk. He was to be observed, he just was administratored a steroid for restricted breathing. I had to ask why he was not being observed. It was not until after asking that we were seen for treage by nurse practitioner Tammy. After his treage my dad and family were escorted back to a room where they closed the door. No pulse ox monitor, no Bp monitor, no words about when someone would come assess the situation further. I waited 5 min before opening door to a full nurse station where all the nurse were sitting on computer. They ask "how can we help you?", When will someone be in to assess my dad? "We have not had a chance to review his chart.". So a stood and waited. Finally a nurse came in to take vitals and then they sent in the person. To collect the payment and registration. Make sure you get paid before you offer care!!! They even had a credit card reader to make sure you pay before treatment. 30 min later and nurse came in to see if my dad could swallow. Still no monitoring, my dad continued to cough up mucus and have labored breathing. They sent in someone for a chest x-ray and then finally a Doctor (if you want to call him that) came I to the room and stood at the door and told us they did not see anything on the X-ray but they were concerned about the rattle in the left hand side of my dad's chest. He then ask what we wanted to do. WHAT???? How about here are some options and my concerns and suggestions for treatment. I think I would have received more information from webMD about my dad's condition than I did for this man. Also my dad continued to tell them he was struggling to hear them but they refused to speak up or repeat questions. We had to ask for the discharge papers and the nursing staff seemed extremely put out by our presence. I even heard one nurse state, "do not be surprised when I call off tommorow" as she picked up her large ice tea. In a follow up appointment with my dad's family doctor, they looked in his throat and noticed abrasions and ulsers. They placed him on a liquid antibiotic and a follow up appointment in a week. I wonder if they staff at the ER was more proactive or even active if this could have been prevented. I will NEVER take anyone to this ER and I will warn everyone I know to stay away. Care here is sub par!!!!

This trip was just horrible I had gotten to the building at around 6 and I had to wait 5 1/2 hours to even get in a room. When we would ask a question the front desk would have an attitude. Then we finally get in the room and you guessed it more waiting. I’ve lost track on how long we waited but finally they get to doing some test they told me and I quote “20 minutes is pushing it we should have result in 10-15 minutes” then another 35 minutes pass. We speak to the women outside and they tell us the doctor should be coming shortly. Waited 10 more minutes then left. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Was there from 6 pm to 12 am and didn’t leave with anything.

This is my worst experience with this hospital on Saturday. When I came in starting with the Rn that got my virtual n once I got to the back it got worse. The nurse didn't introduce himself before trying to do something to me. I had to ask him who be was n what was his title. They wasn't warm at all no one came in being friendly about nothing. The PA came in she wasn't nice she was a little rude, so I see where the nurses get that it's ok not to be nice and have some type of sympathy being that we are sick pt.The only person was warm n nice that night was the Pharmacist he actually came in introduce himself n was very pleasant.

Expect a 3+ hour wait every visit. The one on Diley Rd is much quicker.

I always come here a lot and never had any issues I have a medical condition stating I do not have to wear a mask , I still wore one out of respect and it was under my nose the guy was so rude and seemed like he was upset to be at work I let him know I had a medical condition he said okay so do I and I still have to wear mine 12 hrs a day . That Was Kind Of Rude I’m Not sure of his name but if people don’t like their job maybe they shouldn’t work here

I absolutely hate going to any ER because I use to work in one so I know how it goes. The first thing I was put in a room with a camera that’s usually for a specific patient but no one could tell my why. As a health care professional my self we have to start asking ourselves why do we do what we do in healthcare you’re going to encounter people from all walks of life. Listen to their concerns to understand and not just to reply because you feel like you’re the expert no one on earth knows absolutely everything. Introduce yourself by your name and not just your role, why does everyone have their badges turned around? As if they’re hiding your at work your badge should be viewable. We are taught to show compassion in empathy in school but yet I witness time and time again none of this. Which is why so many don’t like going to the doctor. Rather you have been in practice for 1 year or 20 every patient is different so treat them as such . The show New Amsterdam is a great example of quality healthcare. The nurse during discharge was pleasant.

I would not recommend this place for anyone please! I waited for 8 hrs nobody cares about your condition as well as,I had my IB on my hand after that,I ended up taking it out and decided to go home and get some rest at home.I feel like it’s better to stay home rather then go to this place..Front desk staff are so rude as hell.

Very slow and really don't care!! All they want to do is judge you and the problem that brought you there in the first place. They are very rude and uncaring!!! I will never go back!!

I'll keep it short and sweet. I was taken here in an ambulance due to chest pains. I did not have a shirt when I was taken by ambulance out of my home. I asked for a shirt and they wouldn't give me one. This is a state of the art medical facility that lacks any trace of the most basic forms of human compassion. I also found it very disturbing that my doctor was most definitely Sinbad the comedian impersonating a doctor. Not sure what that was all about but it was actually kind of funny. Only because I got to meet THE Sinbad is why I am giving this 1 star. SHAMEEEEEEEEEEE

I went to the hospital to get a check up and they wanted me to have a check X-Rat exam for some reason. Mind you I have to pay $900 for just a check up and when I try to pay... it’s saying that they never received it anywhere, so I just lost $500. Will NEVER come to Ohio Health ever again!!!

Went there in the morning for meds because I was in a car accident. Who knew it would cost $2,000+ just for them to prescribe me meds...also the doctor was not friendly at all. Never again.

Horrible horrible experience. I’ve been in the “short stay” unit waiting for over 2 hours before having a dr come in. Nurse asked at 1pm if I’d like some water, finally arrived at 3:30pm. Just for antibiotic IV I was here for 7 + hours

This was my first time visiting this location and I wasn’t pleased at all. I had to wait past my appointment time before I was even called back to the exam room. Once there, the MA, Crystal, was unprofessional and rushed. She was impatient and barely allowed me to respond to her questions before moving on to the next one. The specialist that I saw, Albert Campbell wasn’t much better. He also seemed rushed and in a hurry to leave and barely maintained eye contact with me during the visit. After this unpleasant experience, I opted to not go with this place for surgery. I’m not going to entrust my health and well-being to people who are biased and can’t even be bothered to answer simple questions.

I have been treated horribly all but one time I have been seen at the ER. I came in from a car accident and after they found nothing in my system like I was being accused of and once I made it clear I was NOT an organ donor the doctor proceeded to be rude and called security on me because I wanted to be signed out against her medical advice. My nephew was also treated in an appalling manner with the doctor literally telling him “you don’t even know how to blow your nose, FAIL!” To a child who was having a MAJOR nose bleed and in fear for his life. I wouldn’t take my cat to this hospital for care! The ladies at the front desk are literally the only people who have ever shown me and my family any kindness when we’ve had medical emergencies.

My pregnant wife said the front desk staff were friendly to her unlike Ohio Health Reynoldsburg. I get it we are in a pandemic I had Covid twice, but it’s no excuse to be rude to patients. I know one thing we will utilize this emergency clinic over Reynoldsburg clinic any day.

"For the health of our visitors and patients, family and friends are limited to two per room or at the discretion of the medical staff." - this discretion of the medical staff doesn't allow me to go with my mom during my ER visits. This ER do not understand the diversity linguistic problem and each and every time mom have to call me in phone - which pharmacy son? As notice already limited two per room, but it is something suspicious inside. I think there may be poor service available or I may asked questions with doctors to better understand my mom circumstances. It my question to asked ER department why you didn't understand my mom circumstances or not permitted 2 visitor in room. I know county is facing Covid-19, but it not act of it rather than demanding wired situations. This need change immidiately to be proper and transparent service provider. My last question to asked, without proper knowledge of my mom sickness how a family support her.

Came in already knowing I had a biceps tear, doctor diagnosed within about 20 minutes of my arrival, great! Got an xray to make sure no bones broke loose, xray technician was fantastic and personable! Doctor Eidahl never returned to my room to discuss the results of the xray, nor to discuss treatment or the process of what I might do going forward. Instead I was sent a nursing student with discharge papers, who, through no fault of her own, knew very little about my discharge and post ER care. They brought in a nurse, who just regurgitated that I had a biceps tendon rupture, but she was willing to atleast check the results of my xray. In the end, the man who initially checked me in at the front desk, came into my room and gave me the referral information. Still no post ER advice, but atleast something to move forward with.

Came from an Ohio Health Urgent Care for a CT scan for ear infection and spent 5+ hours in there for a wick in the ear and some antibiotics. Poor customer service especially since we utilized the ER the proper way by going to the urgent care 1st.

Everyone in the ER was as accommodating as could be considering how sick I was, until they could get me a bed elsewhere. The only problem I had was when I walked into the hospital to see my doctor, the receptionist was on the phone with her daughter and didn't pay any attention to my having trouble breathing.

This Covid is getting out of hand. What happened to the legal rights of patients and family's. My wife is the caretaker of her Mom. The Hospital REFUSED my wife access to go back with her. This is truly unacceptable for patient care. What a joke.

From the minute I walked in until the minute I was wheeled out everyone was wonderful. I would recommend to everyone. I have never been treated so well at a emergency department before. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and went above and beyond. They were extremely busy but that didn't change how they treated you.

I love every experience I had at this hospital but today was the best. They really care and are compassionate to the family members. The nurses and doctors are nice and they don't waste your time. I recommend going here for your emergency needs. It is not a whole hospital yet but it feels better than the whole hospital. Thanks for a great experience again!

My husband's diabetic and had a glucose level of 512 yesterday evening. We knew he needed to get to an ER for immediate treatment. As soon as he walked in and told registration why he was there, they took him back to an exam room where he was immediately seen by the attending physician and RN. By the time I had parked and entered the building, they told me he had already been taken back. He was given the necessary labs and was immediately started on fluids and fast-acting insulin. The physician and nurses were friendly and very concerned about his well-being. We live in Canal Winchester so having this campus so close to home is a blessing!! Whenever either of us need emergency care, we will go to OhioHealth Pickerington's Medical Campus.

We went here because my boyfriend has sciatica and he was in spasm. We had just moved and he didn't have a primary care doctor. He's been in so much pain the past few months and its been hopeless trying to get the doctors to do ANYTHING... Until we got here. They actually listened to what we had to say and they ended up giving him an MRI. We asked the doctors where we lived before to give him one but they refused. I am so thankful for the doctor that saw us. She looked like she'd been having a really tough night, like she was on the verge of tears, but she still did her job flawlessly. She got us an appointment with the neurologist and finally things are getting taken care of. I just wanted to say thank you for all that you guys do, we really appreciate it!
