My beloved Cat Chubbs passed away today in their office. He was almost 17. The staff really helped me out by getting me in promptly. Then gave me the diagnosis I knew was coming. Then letting me spend time with him before I had to let him go and end his suffering. He was a great friend to my other cats. Thank you letting him leave in peace.

Great place to take your animals. Very caring and educated Doctors & staff. They took their time and explained our diagnosis and treated my cat with the greatest of care. We will be back!

They were bought out by banfield.. raised the prices and care went right out the window

Very nice people here, caring and friendly. Unfortunately, prices are outrageous. My dog had a checkup a week ago, then went back for blood tests yesterday, and they gave him another checkup. I couldn't understand this and the high fees. Two visits, a blood test, and some meds were almost $500. They also switched from generic med to brand, which doubled the cost. Why? I like their thoroughness and kindness to my dog, but can't afford them!

I went to this vet for a long time with my cats and two English bulldogs. During the beginning of Covid, my husband and I with our dogs took a trip to see his family in Mexico. We ended up getting stuck there for the good part of a year. I called Banfield and told them to not renew my yearly subscription because I would not know if I would be back in America for awhile. They said yes, but they kept automatically renewing appointments for my animals before the year was up. I couldn’t call the vet because of my service so I had to keep cancelling the appointments online. However when I returned to the states, I had about 30+ voicemails from the vet saying that I was missing appointments, etc. One voicemail however was 4 minutes long and they had forgotten to turn off the phone after giving me the message and ended up saying a lot of hurtful stuff about my dogs and how I had gotten them from petland (I was not educated about petland when I had gotten them). They said that there was two bulldogs that they had found on the street recently and that they were probably my dogs that I hadn’t taken care of and that’s why I wasn’t showing up for appointments. I really enjoyed this veterinarian for a long time but after listening to that message I was really shocked and hurt. It’s okay to have opinions but make sure you have ended the voicemail to the customer before you state them. Unfortunately I feel like I can’t show my face at this business anymore because of how they portrayed me on the voicemail, and now that I’m back in the states I need to find a different vet.

I've been there once. It was not great, but not bad either. I called them 8 days ago and left a message for them to please return my call. I had a question, along with wanting to make another appointment. I never did get a call back. I will try a different vet

I could complain about the pricing all day but honestly the employees seem to genuinely care about my dog and provided as many cost cutting options as they possibly could. His surgery went great and I'll actually come back for routine visits more often because I don't feel like I got any guilt like I used too. I'm sure Dexter will thank you too as soon as he's able to have the cone removed.

A little pricey, but they are very holistic and genuine care for the emotional and physical health of your animal. When they say, "Your pets are our pets," they mean it. Just look at these satisfied patients!

A Banfield veterinary hospital that has served us with our pets since the 1970s. We have a puppy insurance plan for our newest addition. They are absolutely everything you could want for your animals.

20+ years of wonderful service.My family has been coming to this clinic since before I was born. My mother worked here prior to my birth. However after she stopped working here and became a stay at home mom. We continue to go there for all of our pets through the years. The staff is kind and respectful and they do a fantastic job at making sure all our pets are taken care off. I and she have never had any issues that haven't been addressed immediately. Initially when they switched over to Banfield I was worried that things would change. But other than pricing going up a little bit nothing has. I highly recommend this place. While the pricing is a little steep I know my pets are safe hands when I take them in and that they will do everything they can to make sure my dog and cat are happy and healthy

They're always kind, friendly, and make sure my animals are taken care of well! My pets actually don't mind going to the vet because the staff take the extra time needed to keep the animals comfortable.

Dr. Little botched my cat's declaw and when I returned 2 yrs later, (after I'd learned of the mistake from my new Vet), she was rude and uncaring. The botched surgery caused ingrown nails that were very painful. She fixed the declaw for free, but wouldn't face me, never apologized, and offered no pain meds for my baby, (I had to get them from my new Vet). Building was also dirty. While the neighborhood was never good, it's gotten even worse. Dirty facilities, dangerous neighborhood, and poorly trained, uncaring Vets.

My boyfriend and son took our 2 Rottweiler’s over to the vet this morning for shots. All I can is neither was very pleased or impressed. They acted like they were scared off big dogs and stayed backed away. We used to love coming there and seeing Dr. Little, but since Banfield took over service went down hill and prices increased drastically! So for now on we will be going to Rascals Animal Hospital, which are great and we have been referred there once before by these veterinarians.

My pet family have been patients of FPVC since 1994. Dr. Jim Lehnard has been a great vet (and neighbor) however, he's semi-retired and recently merged/sold his practice to Banfield Pet Health Care, and now only present 1-2 half days a week. There's been a shift in the way things are done which, for long-time customers creates a learning curve and adjustment to interacting with several vets instead of one (not quite as personal). Banfield is part of a large pet health-care network, which I suspect will come with similar red-tape, hoops, and complications like most human health-care networks.

Excellent staff, now a part of the Banfield Hospital group. The annual wellness program offered by Banfield looks like a good deal, especially if your dog needs an annual teeth cleaning and vaccinations.

I brought my 6 Year old Great Dane in on 5/5/2020. On March 4th she was at OSU for 4 days because she had to have a major surgery. So, she was extremely nervous about going to the vet. I explained this to them and they were extremely gentle with her. I will definitely be going back to them!

They refused to take a kitten I found. When I told them I didn't have time to keep looking at hospitals they advised me to leave it somewhere. Heartless people. Will never bring any animal here. Ever!

We've been taking our 4 cats here for years and have seen a variety of vets: Drs. Little, Mahoney, Tsai, and probably others. They're all wonderful! They listen and are always calm and careful with the cats, even when the cats are nervous and thrashing like heathen devils. Highly recommend!

Not forest park vet anymore, just another big conglomerate more concerned with profit than your pets care. Took my pet in for an ailment, ended up spending far too much on stuff the pet didn't need then focusing on what I brought her in for, she's still ill but will not be going back after being a customer for decades. That alone should speak volumes on the new ownership.

the 5 stars are for Dr. Mahoney - I cannot give her enough stars. She is a phenomenal vet and the only reason I still use this office. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff and Doctors, they were extremely nice to my dog, even though he was a little aggressive because of his fear but at the end he was well taken care off .
