I have been using Health and Harmony for 5 years (and I used to really like the care), but something has changed in the last 6 months or so. It feels like they are realizing that the neighborhoods around them are getting wealthier and they are taking advantage of people. I have two cats. One is 7 and very healthy. This year when they did a routine blood test her creatine levels were in the normal to high range and all other indicators of kidney function were fine. They said we should do a urine test to make sure that it was a fluke (apparently it can happen if the cat is a little dehydrated). That was totally fine. We did it and it came back normal. Then Dr. West requested another blood test. We did it. Then another urine test. Then another blood test. There was no sign of anything being wrong in any of the other tests. In the end we just cancelled our cat's appointment and ignored Dr. West's advice. Our other cat is of unknown age and has an autoimmune disease. I completely understand that a lot of tests are necessary to diagnose something like this but Dr. West didn't seem engaged at all when we took him in. She was adamant that it had to be FIV even though he had been tested twice and both times he was negative. I had to remind her over several different conversations that he didn't need to be tested again for FIV and that she had the test results. Then I suggested it might be a food allergy. She did a smear test and said it was an allergy, and gave him an antibiotic shot even though there was no sign of infection, but didn't provide any treatment for the allergic reaction. Later that week I begged them to treat the allergic reaction which was still very bad. They gave me steroids. He still didn't get better, although he improved. Eventually I suggested it might be an disease called pemphigus based on googling. She then suddenly became sure it was pemphigus, and set up a biopsy. When she quoted the biopsy she told me it would cost ~$300. I asked if there was any way to lower the price. It turned out that she had also included a $90 fee for a ring worm test. The reaction looked nothing like ring worm so I asked that we not perform the ring worm test unless the pemphigus test came back negative. She then quoted me ~$200. When I went to pick him up, I was presented with a bill of over $300. They said that Dr. West had forgotten to add a bunch of stuff to the quote and they would "make it right." Nothing happened. A week later the test results came in. Dr. West said she would have a pharmacy call me that day so that I could order medicine. On the phone she was scattered, yawning a lot, she didn't know my name (she never does), and she didn't give me a cost break down. No call for two days from the pharmacy so I called H and H again. It turns out that Dr. West changed her mind and ordered a different medicine that I had to buy through H and H. She never consulted me or let me know. When I picked it up I found out that they were charging ~$125 for it. Other pharmacies were selling it for $78, so I refused to buy it and asked to have a prescription. They gave me a guilt speech about how online pharmacies can't be trusted, made me sign a waiver and then told me it would take a really long time because online pharmacies make you send them the prescription. When I contacted the online pharmacy they said that they did not need me to send a prescription. H and H could approve it over the phone or by fax, they just refuse to. They never even contacted the pharmacy to let them know that they weren't going to respond. Around the same time this was going on I got an email informing me that the $300 biopsy charges were legitimate because, even though Dr. West had forgotten to add a number of things to the quote, the cost of the ringworm test that we didn't have would have resulted in the same cost (i.e. the cost I actively said I didn't approve). They offered me a $45 credit. The care has gone downhill and after so many years of what I thought was a good relationship, I just feel taken advantage of, at the cost of my pets.

TLDR: Missed an easy diagnosis by not doing a proper physical exam. This clinic is too focused on behavior and not enough medicine. We brought our dog in for uncharacteristic aggression with the suspicion that he was in pain from an injury. The Dr. would not get near him until we put a second muzzle on him. he already had one, but it wasn't Hannibal Lectory enough. She rubbed him down for less than 60 seconds and determined that he either had rabies or regressed into a previous bad behavior. We were told to quarantine him for the possible rabies diagnosis (he has been vaccinated previously, but Health & Harmony twice previously would not administer the booster due to a rash). We were also referred to a very expensive behavioral evaluation. A few days later his condition progressed and it was clear he was in pain. We took him to an emergency clinic where he was diagnosed with a ruptured CCL causing him to be in severe pain, which is likely why he was being aggressive. With this new diagnosis in hand we contacted Health & Harmony for further guidance at which time we were told that taking him to the emergency vet was ILLEGAL due to their imposed quarantine for their very sketchy, very wrong rabies diagnosis.

I honestly thought that I had found a place that I would take all of our furbabies to for the rest of my life after meeting Dr. West. She was absolutely loving and understanding in every way. Going above and beyond to talk and listen to concerns about our doggies. When Our male Pit Bull Jonah became suddenly aggressive we knew that something wasn't right. We took him in to see if he was in some kind of pain but Dr. West wasn't available and we ended up seeing Dr. Bowden who we'd never met before. She acted fearful of our boy from the minute she entered the room and actually had 2 muzzles put on him. Jumped right to a 10 day rabies quarantine. Within 48 hours our guy was in obvious pain and we went to OSU Animal Hospital. Within minutes the doctor there diagnosed him with a RUPTURED CRANIAL CRUCIATE LIGAMENT. Very painful!!!! It was very obvious why he was in pain! Even after that I did not fault Dr. Bowden for missing the diagnosis and planned on returning the following week for a follow up visit. GUESS WHAT? Heide Snell (OFFICE MANAGER) fired us as patrons to their practice for seeking emergency medical care for our hurt dog!!!!!!!! Yes folks you heard that right. They actually emailed us to let us know that we can no longer go there anymore because we broke the (bogus) Quarantine. Because we listened to our gut instinct and rushed our hurting dog to the ER. I don't know what is going on at this office but Heidi is a very unkind and uncaring individual. Animals are not her top priority and I don't know why she's in the practice.

After years of raving about Dr Bowden I am sad to say our Terrible experiences with Dr Nellie treating our dog unnecessarily (vaccines months early, heart worm tests months early while up to date on prevention) mean we are looking for a new vet. When I inquired why our dog received a heart worm test after I was told the week before it wasn’t needed I got a fairly rude voicemail from someone named Heidi indicating “we followed our steps for approval, and if you have a problem you should be the only one that brings the dog in, not your husband.” I have my account set to email me receipts of every transaction and it was clear they didn’t want me to know everything they over sold to my husband because for the first time in four years they didn’t email me the receipt for the visit. The same doctor sedated our poor dog so much for a recheck, she wasn’t able to wake up for hours and wet the bed. Dr Nellie Also requested we sedate our cat because he was panting occasionally during an exam. What cat isn’t stressed when taken out of home to the vet? I was also told our cat was sick with a cold because I didn’t do enough to make him happy/enrich his environment and then the doctor used our visit to promote her own website instead of treating my sick cat. Bottom line, if you can’t get an appointment with Dr Bowden DO NOT take your pets here.

My cat was a patient of Health & Harmony for approximately 1.5 years; the remaining 6 months was as a result of having to remain/uphold a relationship for a prescription food that he was placed on. Backdating this review to reflect the entire length of his time at Health & Harmony to be fair and truthful to his experience. As a Grandview Yard resident, the proximity and hours were convenient and the reviews drew me in. As a first time single pet owner, I wanted the absolute best for my pet. My cat got off to a rocky start after inability to get in for an immediate welcome visit, despite coming down with an emergency illness. I took him to a 24-hour clinic prior; during his time at the ER he contracted what I would later find out was ringworm. I was anticipating a first appointment with (Health and Harmony) + called to share my concerns, I was immediately told not to touch him and to not bring him into the waiting area as he'd be able to pass off to other pets. This was extremely upsetting as, I was seeking care and being told to essentially neglect my pet. With no alternative options, I brought him in for his appointment at H&H. The vet shared that it looked like "ring worm" but wouldn't be able to confirm until they ran lab-work which would cost several hundred dollars and take a few days. A student who was practicing under the vet who happened to be in the room pulled out a blacklight to show that it was glowing and thus confirmed on the spot that it was ringworm free of charge. I was upset the vet had not thought or tried this, but was happy to be moving in the direction of having him cured so maintained my relationship with H&H. Approximately 6-8 months later, my cat started to urinate on whites. He had never shown disciplinary issues in the past; thus, this was extremely concerning. Scheduled an emergency appointment for him to be checked. H&H gave me a different vet, who brushed it off to him acting out. When the behavior continued and I started to notice blood in his urination, only then was it confirmed that he might have blockage in his urination ... another check-up fee, x-rays, etc were incurred. Most upsetting, all of this time my pet had to face discomfort despite me sharing and suggesting the potential of this at of his initial visit. Walked away with several hundred dollars in medicine and a new special food to prevent further blocks/stones. The food (Royal Canine SO) was prescription so I was told that I needed to continue to order through the vet. This was inconvenient as they did not offer delivery to my household, so I physically had to drive and pick-up (no longer lived in Yard) and would have to call to order every single time. At a later follow-up check-up, they had pulled the wrong files for the wrong pet and then questioned me if I had brought in the wrong pet. Absolutely unacceptable. Around the same time I found out that I was being relocated for work; I stockpiled on food prior to leaving. When I started to run low, I started researching options to repurchase. I found out that Chewy/Petco offered both at a lower cost and conveniently would be able to ship to my new address (which was out-of-state). After placing an order, Chewy and me both reached out to H&H for his prescription. This food encourages the pet to consume more water and urinate more to keep it clear and prevent blocks, nothing groundbreaking. To our dismay, H&H would not email or release prescription. After quite a deal of back and forth, they said I could pick up an in-person printed copy. I lived 500 miles away, they knew this option was a challenging one, I was forced to temporarily take him off the food. Less than 2 months later, my cat started showing similar symptoms. I had to take him to an emergency clinic. Only then did H&H release his records when I called frantic and tears because they were concerned if bladder was going to burst due to blockage he could pass away. At that time, they released. This vet is run as business and tries to penny and dime your pet for profit.

If you love your pets, I highly suggest you save yourself heartache and frustration and AVOID this office at all cost! This is not just a matter of they couldn't help her dog. It's a matter of negligence and carelessness that the vet could have killed my Aunt's dog. He had an injury to one of his legs. The vet prescribed 2 medications. My uncle asked twice if they were ok to give together. Both times he was assured it was fine. Then after giving him the medicine for a few days Cooper became violently ill. Accidents inside both vomit and diarrhea. Which that wasn't even the worst part. She called the vets office back and was told to come get another medication to stop his vomiting and diarrhea. When that was given he still vomited it all up. My uncle got online and did some research and found out that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THOSE MEDICINES BE PRESCRIBED TOGETHER. It's a good thing he checked. The vet apologized to them and Cooper said that when she prescribed them it didn't put a reg flag in her computer.. Not good enough. She should know. The vets office agreed to do blood work at no charge to see if any permanent damage had been done to him such as kidney or liver damage. They were told they would get a call later that day with the results. They They were completly left hanging and had not heard anything by 4:30. They were worried it was bad news. They called the office. They were then told they could not give them the results because the vet was not there. The called the next day and the results were given to them by the receptionist. They know they messed up and instead of bending over backwards to help us they are avoiding us. They should be ashamed. Our pets are like family. If he had taken the medicine for 5 days..it would have been very unfortunate. It probably would have killed him. That is the vet's words not mine. So beware. I'm so furious with this office. It's been a week and he is still sick. Not happy with them at all!

We had been incredibly delighted with the treatment our Hannuu kitty received at Health and Harmony. Dr. Bowden had been caring and loving and a true beacon of light on our journey of healing. Even when we chose acupuncture as the route we wanted to take for our aging feline Dr. West was there and she was warm and supportive of our choices. The problems began to arise recently, when all of a sudden we couldn't book an appointment for acupuncture. We tried several times. Finally we were told Dr. West was out of town for an extended period of time. Not being able to get in to see her on a timely basis exacerbated our kitty's symptoms, as this treatment was to be done on a regular basis. Then we noticed Hannuu wasn't eating much and we called to make an appointment. The new office manager Heidi Sneill was abrupt and wouldn't listen when my partner tried to explain what was going on. In these exchanges she referred to our cat as a he several times even after we told her Hannuu was a she. When she called back to talk with me she insisted Hannuu needed taken to Med vet and when we asked to speak to Dr. Bowden about this we were told she wasn't available to speak to us and wouldn't be. And she tried to tell us this was the only course of action. Previously when Hannuu had issues we would talk to Dr. Bowden directly. Heidi simply wouldn't listen to any of our concerns. She just kept pressuring me. She even called me on my phone even though she was specifically told not too as it needed fixed that weekend and I wouldn't be able to hear her calling. When I received the message from her I called back. At this point I was surprised at how little she seemed interested in listening, let alone having a calm and friendly demeanor. All this was gently explained to her. initially. but she kept pressuring us and upset us. She continued to push me without any concern as to our feelings...I believe they call this plowing and it is a technique in high stakes business dealings.... At any rate, this was a 180 from what we were used to at this office. I asked several others after the fact what they thought was appropriate and warranted to get a second opinion to see if I was missing something. They all agreed that Dr. Bowden should have been the one to relay the information. This woman was abrupt, unkind, and pushy. When I got off the phone I told my partner, "Like a steam roller " I was so upset when I got off the phone because of the treatment I received. It almost seemed as though this person enjoyed pressuring me. The last straw was when she went and told Dr. Bowden almost immediately upon hanging up, I mean within a minute or so, that I had been out of line. I received a message from Dr. Bowden that I had been out of line. It is true I did raise my voice. to protect myself, because I felt bullied and abused by her and was trying to maintain my composure...but I never spoke directly about her in the interaction. Just said things like, "Hey wait. Back up." Finally i refused to talk with her and said, "I would like to speak with Dr. Bowden, she has been treating Hannuu for years." "We will figure out a course of action." Looking back I realize, I felt I needed to protect myself. I honestly couldn't believe the treatment I received by her at the time. I still really can't square it. It makes no sense, and was such an unnecessary course of events. It is truly a shame that these two warm caring vets would put someone who is so inflexible and such a poor listener in a position where she is the first point of contact for many who need empathy, warmth and awareness. I see we are not the only people who have noticed a change in the staff and commented on it here. We will not be returning. Although saddened by this decision we simply found the treatment we received untenable and not in keeping with a caring and attentive environment. This is a baseline for creating a climate of cohesion and care in my book.

Original review: Wouldn’t allow medical records to be released after moving out of state. In reply to the response: records were released during an emergency, this comes off as an attempt to cover the liability for irresponsibly not releasing them during the requests leading up to this situation.

Health and Harmony is amazing! Especially Dr. West. I found this Vet after a traumatic event with my kitten Mango, only .8 pounds at the time, got her paw stuck in the active radiator in my apartment. (She was trying to hop on top of it to get to the window sill.) The rescue team got her out and one of the firefighters recommended Dr. West. She called me multiple times to ask how Mango was doing and reassure me she was going to be okay. I took my cats, Mango and Zoey for an appointment yesterday. She did a full checkup on Zoey and Mango we had to reschedule. Mango is more shy and only likes her mama petting her. Dr. West was able to listen to hear heart before she started hissing, batting and spitting. She said she could continue the appointment but Mango would not be happy. She recommended we come back while using a sedative to make sure she is comfortable. Dr. West is an amazing veterinarian who truly cares about her patients and their best interest. Hands down the best Vet in Columbus and the only one you should take your pets to.

I always have a great experience at H&H. Even though we still cannot go into the building yet, they let me know that Coco knows exactly where the treats are and is on her best behavior in there so she makes sure she gets at least one :).

There are no words to describe how helpful the people at Health and Harmony are. We just found out that one of my two cats has a rare disease. They really listen to all my concerns and have spent a lot of time with me because we're trying to help him find the right path for care. They really care about all their patients and the owners. You can easily make an appointment, they answer questions quickly, and it's a great place to take your pet. Superstars all around. ❤️

We were the proud parents of a senior cat for a number of years. When she started to have kidney trouble, the team at Health & Harmony was there. When she developed her jaw tumor, the team at Health & Harmony was there. When she was too sick to eat and needed a peaceful goodbye, they were there. Even after the fact, they sent us a thoughtful card with personal condolences (that meant a lot to us in our time of grief). Incredible care from people that really care about your animals! I could not advocate for Health & Harmony enough. We will have another cat someday, and we will be sure that it is Health & Harmony (i.e. nothing but the best) for our pet.

The vets were wonderful and the vet techs were wonderful. One of the women at the front desk treated me very poorly after a mix up in scheduling. Even though I was politely emailed about the incident later, I just would rather not risk dealing with that kind of treatment again. This was a few years ago, but I was reminded of this experience today. It's sad how one person can ruin one's feelings towards a business. Still, it looks like most people are very happy. I am just glad that there is no shortage very good vets near me, and that I can take my money elsewhere. I've actually received the same quality of care over the past few years that I received at Health & Harmony and have saved a lot of money. I also seem to have a lot more options as a client as to what services are warranted for the type of lifestyle my pets have. Overall, I'm glad that things worked out the way the did. Sometimes it just takes awhile to find the right vet for you and your pet family.

I was referred to Health & Harmony by a friend, and they've been amazing with my cat Gracie.Through curbside appointments, they've been very communicative by walking me through what went on during the exam and the next steps I needed to take. My cat was very nervous for her first appointment, but they really helped to calm her down. I can't recommend Health & Harmony enough!

I cannot say enough good about this veterinary practice. When I adopted my cat, Remi, I established her care here and was impressed. The doctors and staff are amazing people with big hearts. They communicate well and even text. I had to put Remi down today due to an incurable illness and the compassion they showed during the whole process was beyond anything I could ask for. I will be back with my next pet, keep it up!

*Everyone* here truly cares about your pet! From the moment we walked in the door, it was obvious how much the ENTIRE staff loves and cares for animals. They gave lots of treats (asked first) and even a blanket to lay on to make it a more pleasant experience for my pet. Dr. Erwin was so wonderful! She got down on the ground with my dog to check him out rather than having him get up on the table and likely be more anxious. It’s obvious that she truly loves animals and was so kind to my pet. She really took the time with us and answered every last question I had. Then the staff made sure the lobby was clear before we left. They even texted me to let me know my prescription would be cheaper if we called it in elsewhere. Cannot say enough great things about this practice, I’ve never experienced that level of care!

This is my second time with Health and Harmony. The team there was so nice and gentle with my cats. They don’t pressure you to spend anything unnecessary and just want to help your pets. It’s nice to have a vet and team that is so caring.

An absolute gem!! They are always there for any concern with your pet. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They truly put the care of your pet first. And always make a point to follow up, check-in, and even respond via text so if you just have a question, you're able to get a quick response and suggestion without going in.

Could not recommend more! We made the switch to Health & Harmony recently for the care of our Australian Shepherd & are so happy with the decision. Last week, we had to make the decision to put him down due to a tumor they found in his spine. The absolute care that the entire staff & the Vet showed for our boy & us - words cannot explain how appreciative we are. They went above & beyond for us & for Sky. Letting us stay with him as long as we needed, without rushing us, even though they had closed. The room was so peaceful for him, they covered him with a blanket, had the lights dimmed, with peaceful music playing. Afterwards they sent us a card & less than a week later, we have already received his ashes & paw prints. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for helping our boy cross the bridge peacefully ❤️

I've taken my cat to see them twice in the last year and both experiences were great. Even with strict COVID protocols, the staff made the whole quick and easy. What impressed me the most was that they apparently had no issues handling my normally skittish and shy cat without me even in the building. I expected a horror story, but they came back saying she was an angel.

I don't have my own pet but I have started overseeing care for my mom's cat, after she moved to Assisted Living near me. Health & Harmony has been amazing during a stressful time, and were wonderful with the cat. Additionally, I am deaf, and they have been absolutely amazing about communication. I was able to text with the vet throughout the appointment, which was ideal for me. Super happy with them!!

Health & Harmony's Covid protocols are well thought out and implemented. The fewer people in the waiting area the safer we all are. I too have an anxious animal but she would be much worse off if I became very ill. This is hard but necessary. Many thanks to Health & Harmony.

THE BEST VET IN COLUMBUS! they take such good care of their patients and you can tell how much they value each animal that comes through their doors. they didn’t hesitate to make my dog a priority when he was having a medical emergency and very well saved his life! they always check in the day after an appointment to make sure your pet is doing well and it shows how much they care. Their fees are honestly a steal based on the excellent service they provide. i can’t recommend them enough! (enjoy the picture of Jack and me in their parking lot, you can tell how happy he was after they took such good care of him!)

Dr. West was so caring and compassionate when I had to put my beautiful Olli to sleep. I’ve never been there before my son takes both of his dogs there. I live in NEWARK left my vet to come over there and it was amazing how caring she was. She got down on the floor and knew immediately that it was time for him. I was able to hold him while he crossed over to the rainbow bridge and I will love him for the rest of my life. For one of the hardest things I’ve had to do it was a very calm quiet and caring atmosphere which meant more to me than anything. Thank you Dr.West and all the staff. Jane Down

This post is long over due but I’ll recommend Health and Harmony to anyone looking for the best care for their pet! Our senior dog was seen here in her final years with a lot of health problems. When she passed at 14 years old, we were met with the upmost care and compassion. When we adopted our new dog in 2020, it was a no brainer to go here for her care too! The staff is incredibly compassionate and considerate and takes the upmost interest in the care of the animals they work with! Love this place!

I have had several different veterinary offices for my two poms. But I love health and harmony and trust them completely. They are kind and loving to my poms and are always understanding of my financial situation, giving me options to take care of my dogs. I had taken my first Pom, Bosco, to a cheap vet in Whitehall for teeth cleaning. I ended up paying more over time because the always missed problem teeth. Recently I adopted my second Pom (a rescue) and she had serious dental problems. I took her in to health and harmony and they caught problems I didn’t even know were there! She is so comfortable and happy now. They are skilled, kind and dedicated. Now I won’t go anywhere else.

I've been with Health & Harmony since it opened. My pet family has expanded with an additional cat and one dog. I believe my pets have seen all of the doctors (Drs. Bowden, Erwin, and West), as well as the behavioral specialist (Dr. Cassandra). The doctors are very caring, knowledgeable, and understand the financial constraints that come along with the privilege of veterinary care. I absolutely love Health & Harmony and highly recommend it for your pet babies' care.

I can honestly say that EVERYONE in this office cares so much about your pets. I've been coming to Health & Harmony for about 2 year and have never, ever had a less than phenomenal experience. I have 3 small senior dachshunds, and I love that the whole team get down on their level, and will do the exams on the floor instead of the metal table. I recently had to put one of my dogs to sleep, and I received multiple messages and cards from individual team members at H&H, and I just thought it was so nice that they each took the time to shared condolences. I also have to add, that we LOVE Dr. Molly Cassandra!! I rescued 2 dogs in November that were in horrible shape (almost dead tbh), and with Dr. Cassandra help, they both made such great turn arounds! I love that none of the staff are pushy with medications or vaccines - since my dogs are so old and don't leave the house, I prefer to take a less-is-more approach, and they respect that, and in most cases even agree with the decision. Another one of my dogs had a small mass removed by Dr. West about a year ago and I was very worried that it was cancerous. Right after the surgery Dr. West herself called, and let me know that everything went great. A few days later she also called with the biopsy results and they were negative. I thought it was a special touch that I got to speak with her directly instead of passing the notes off to someone else. All the tech, assistants, and ladies at the front desk are SO SO nice. After 2 years, I have so many more wonderful things I could say, but I'll wrap it up there. THANK YOU Dr. Molly Cassandra, Dr. West, Dr. Erwin, Anneliese, Emma, Hayleigh, Lindsey, Nicole & everyone else at the H&H team <3

I have been taking my dog here for 6 or 7 years now and there's no other practice I trust more. Dr Bowden is absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and does an excellent job explaining my dog's health to me. The rest of the staff are very friendly & kind and create such a warm & inviting environment. My dog is on prescription food and I love that they have an online store where I can order it, along with the other meds she needs. They are also very responsive to emails & texts. I highly recommend Health & Harmony to anyone seeking care for their pets!

An absolutely great experience with everyone in the office! I genuinely feel they love and care for all their patients. They were very thorough with teaching me how to care for my dog post op. In my experience I have never left a vet with such confidence that my dog was in the very best hands.

The staff here are the most amazing people and genuinely love for all the pets that come through. They are attentive whenever I have any questions and my puppy Kobe absolutely loves everyone there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vent in Grandview/Upper Arlington area!

Just upon entering the building for first time, my fear-aggressive puppy was actually excited to see all the employees right off the bat. The energy is so safe and caring that my puppy picked up on it. They made it a safe space for him to visit any day to help socialize him. Plus, they are excellent vets!!!

I always have a great experience with Health and Harmony. They are always so friendly and kind when we have a visit. I love how attentive they are and patient with my senior dog’s special needs. They always listen to my concerns, no matter how minor. I am an obsessive pet parent and I fully trust them with my dog. I would recommend them (& Dr. Erwin) to any pet parent. They are wonderful here.

My dog absolutely loves going to the vet (as seen in the photo) and it's because of the entire team at H&H! They are all so friendly, caring, and understanding. We are both (my dog and I) always greeted whenever we come in and always receive a prompt follow up the next morning to make sure everything is still going okay. We can't recommend this place enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this vet clinic and Dr. Sarah Erwin, specifically. Dr. Erwin helped us through a situation earlier this year with our pup that was very difficult. She did so with the utmost kindness, respect, and empathy. We knew she really cared about us and our sweet boy. Dr. Erwin is super knowledgeable and shares her knowledge openly without any fluff, which we appreciated. She’s very straightforward about concerns, what she’s seeing, how much certain things may cost, and an appropriate plan of care. We simply couldn’t have been happier with Dr. Erwin and are so grateful to have found her. The other wonderful, warm, and supportive ladies (I won’t name them because I don’t want to leave anyone out!) at Health & Harmony have made our experience that much better. From the vet techs who gave shots and love to our boy to the ladies answering my many calls & texts, we knew we were in good hands as was our pup. This practice provides a non-judgmental, open-minded space for their clients, both furry and human. I truly cannot recommend Health & Harmony enough. When you come here, you and your pet will be in the care of competent, caring, lovely humans.

One cannot overstate the importance of a good vet, and it is an understatement to call the people who work here "good." They are phenomenal. I will be the first to admit that my boy was a bit of a problem child when it came to vet care, and he needed a special hand, and special instructions to make each visit a success. From staff, to doctors, everyone obliged and didn't make me feel like a terrible owner, or like my dog was some dangerous, uncontrolled beast. Having been to a series of unsuccessful vet visits from other places, I knew what it was like for vets to not like my dog. I was so worried when I took him for the first time, and as it turned out, I didn't need to. They loved him, they cared for him, and they cared for me. They did more than I could have ever asked, and more. They walked me through yearly check ups to a degenerative disk disease that ended up taking him from me too soon. It took me a while to write this review, because the pain is fresh. And still, when I look back on the day I let Regis go, there is not a single moment where I feel he could have had a better sendoff. They gave me time, they gave him love (and Panera lol), and they gave us both so much dedication, that on his final day I was actually able to be in the room with him to say goodbye. In the five years he was with me, I always had to stay in my car for visits. They taught him to love the vet. Their love and care gave me more than I ever could have asked for. Every one of the doctors and staff had a hand in our journey together. I cannot thank any of them enough. And when it is time to get another pal, you better believe I will take them here.

Pets hold this supernatural place in our hearts and my experience with Health & Harmony, Lindsey, Annie, and Dr. Bowden was impeccable. My little guy loved them so much, he even started prancing when I dropped him off. From start to finish, under the pandemic circumstances, everything was flawless. Ease of booking, ease of dropping off and the thorough followup following the ultra quick appointment literally sets this place above the rest for me!! Thank you so much, H&H for taking care of my baby!!

My pup is very excitable and it can come off to other owners as agressive, this vets office gets it. I can duck behind a door if I need to with no issues or questions (heck they help to clear a path). The vet and the staff understand that my dog is the most trusting of me and will allow me to aid at anytime when needed (special circumstances*). They do all that they can to make their office fun, calm, and as unstressful as possible for all the pets that come in the door. I am happy that I was recomended to go to them and will pass them on to anyone I know in the area with the highest of regards. My rescue pup loves them and I do to. Thank you Health & Harmony.

I love Health & Harmony and the staff there! You can tell they really care about animals. I really love that they’re pro-claw (against declawing) and always treat my cat Marshmallow so kindly. They’re very communicative and helpful as well and call the day after any appointment to ask how Marshy is doing. They do a wonderful job of explaining issues and possible solutions. Thank you, health & harmony!!

Amazing care of my dog during the pandemic. They are working with curbside drop-off right now and everything is communicated well and feels safe. My dog has a lot of anxiety but has done really well going in without me. Thank you to the veterinarians and staff!

Today was my first time visiting Health & Harmony and I cannot recommend them strongly enough. We recently rescued a west coast pup from being euthanized, and it's very clear he's been through a lot of trauma. We brought him in for a visit with Dr. West to make sure he was doing well after his travels, and she went above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable. She immediately detected his stress and anxiety and performed a minimally-invasive exam, all while trying to build rapport with him to teach him that strangers are okay (and that they have tasty treats!) She had loads of recommendations to help him build his confidence moving forward. I cannot thank her enough for her dedication to the mental and behavioral wellbeing of her patients.

Just moved to area and this vet was recommended by a friend of mine in the area. Took my 2 dachshunds and had a very pleasant experience with the staff. The vet was also very thorough and took time to go over everything with me (both the good and the bad). Highly recommended.

We had recently switched vets and started coming to Health & Harmony. I have to say that this was the best decision we have made for our cats health. We brought one of our cats in for what we thought was dental issues and it turned out they had Feline Leukemia. From the beginning Dr. West and the animal hospital took great care and attention to our fur baby to see what was wrong. She took time during the weekend and her personal time to talk to us about what was going on and saved us thousands of dollars in tests. When it was time for our Sammy to pass, they came over to do it at home which was a blessing. They were empathetic and professional and did everything they possibly could so we could say goodbye to our baby in the most comfortable way possible. Thank you so much for all you do!

H&H is the best thing that ever happened to my dog. The entire staff is so caring, flexible, creative in their treatment and they never turn down my sick pup when she needs help. They're very good at managing upset pet parents too when their pups are very sick. We couldn't ask for a better group of professionals to help keep Leena happy and healthy!

I had a great experience with Health and Harmony. I took my foster dog there (pitbull) and I was not sure how he would react to the vet. The staff and veterinarians there made sure my boy felt safe, comfortable, and loved all while getting checked out. The next visit, he started wagging his tail as we pulled into their parking lot! They also even checked up on my foster once he got adopted! Great service.

They made me feel like my cat ( who has been has chronic eye infections is his entire life which lead to him having his eyes removed) could get better and have a life where he didn't have to constantly take medication and antibiotics. I've been a cat owner the majority of my life, but I have never owned a dog. Much less a brand new puppy with lots of energy. When we got our puppy Maverick, we googled vets in the area. We decided to go with Health & Harmony for two reasons: one, because the reviews were phenomenal and consistent. Two, because it was three blocks from our home. My fiance' and I went in completely ignorant and desperate for some knowledge so we could do right by this puppy. Maverick wasn't necessarily planned, but we couldn't deny the sad, emaciated little guy in the middle of a snow storm. I went into this meeting fully prepared to be chastised for not knowing what I was doing, but instead I was met with extreme compassion and patience. Every single staff member we have ever encountered truly has a passion for animals and the knowledge to follow it. Everyone is always kind, remembers our names, and have bonded with our no longer so little guy. Dr. West gave us information and recommendations that truly saved us from doing our dog a disservice. Every question I had was answered and every time we return they always ensure to follow up with any prior issues. There's a difference between having someone just do their job and having someone who is passionate about doing their job. I could go on and on about these wonderful people, but I think my point has been made. Thanks for being awesome!
