Have been going there since I was 2 years old for cosmetic surgery on my port wine stain. They have been there for me so much. The friendliest nurses and doctors you’ll ever meet. They do so many good things! So blessed to be involved with them. ❤️

Simply amazing. To have a child in the hospital with a serious injury, such as a burn, can be worrisome and stressful. They not only were kind, knowledgeable and professional, they didn't even want to talk about money or insurance. They covered everything and assured that my son's healing was their ONLY concern. Never had such a pleasant experience at a hospital. Best hospital experience in my 32 years of living HANDS DOWN! This was almost 15yrs ago and has still left such a lasting impression.

Never have I ever been in a building with such outstanding nice people.. it’s jaw dropping how kind and amazing the staff here are. Not only do they treat their patients with endless love and care, but the surgeons do a outstanding job on their patients. I’ve only been here for 2 days and feel as if I am with my family at home. It blows my mind how amazing the staff are and I cannot express that enough. I believe this is the #1 hospital in the world. If there where a nobel prize for institutes, Hands down Shriners would take the win. If I could list every single staff in this institute trust me I would, being here for only two days and meeting different staff members makes it hard for me to remember all their names. Right off the bat I remember Dr.Chang and and Dana’s. Craziest part is I’m not even a patient! I’m visiting a cousin of mine, yet they managed to make my time here so memorable. Thank you for everything Shriners hospital.

I am a burned victim myself. My tragic incident happened in '93 at only 8 months old. They're more than just a hospital.....They're literally family. I've had over 50+ surgeries with these people in THIS location and the staff are impeccable! They've taught me everything I needed to know when it came to being independent and NEVER EVER gave up on me. They do anything and every thing to make u feel at home. They even have an educational unit. There's so much more i can say about this place, i could just go on and on about how they're just so amazing....😊 They basically saved me....💯 I'd definitely recommend this place.

Shriners in general is amazing but this hospital in particular is above and beyond. The staff are some of the best, they were all so incredibly nice, helpful and patient. I know they work with kids all of the time in rough situations but I still feel the need to put out there how awesome everyone we encountered at this hospital was. The hospital itself was really nice too, had some cool decorations and the food was really good.

Our whole experience was amazing. We wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. The doctors, nurses, staff, and everyone else made our daughters surgery so much easier. You never see a staff member without a smile. We have had the luxury of meeting so many people, and we could never thank them enough!!!

What an amazing place. My daughter was burned in 1980. She was at our local hospital for the first week. The surgeon we had told us that if she was his child he would take her to Shriners Burn Center in Cincinnati. Best decision we ever made. The staff was amazing. We went there for 14 years. Truly blessed to have had the shriners in our corner.

After my baby girl at 15 months stepped into a smoldering firepit last December '17, we were blessed to be sent to the Shriners Hospital for children in Cincinnati and i do mean blessed, the care (surgery, skin grafts, the works)my babe received as an in-patient was amazing and the continued after care is as well amazing and so accommodating! And as a shoutout to my local Shriners center (the Azan Shriners) for sponsoring our travel from Florida to Cincinnati and back as we travel down this amazingly blessed road of recovery for baby girl..firmly believe the Shriners are the "salt of the earth".

This place saved my life. No one else would take me. They did I was only a month old then I'm almost 27 next month I'm here because of them. God bless

This is the burn hospital I go to and they make sure we are well taken care of. I love them all!

This hospital has told me my daughter would be having surgery in 6 months since march! I went to an appointment today with her and they said its gonna be at least another 6 months! She has done everything she was supposed to do and I have paid everything I was supposed to! The staff was rude and not sensitive at all to the needs of my daughter! I wouldn't recommend this place ever!

I was 13 months old when I had a tragic accident happen I got burnt by cooking oil grease from a fry daddy which resulted in 2nd-3rd degree burns I'm so blessed to have had Shriners in Cincinnati Ohio they are miracle workers I'm 25 years old with a 5 year old daughter of my own

I came here to visit my neice. I couldn't believe how amazing this place really is. We drove from Kentucky and upon arrival we were greeted in such a very friendly manner by the security. They were there obviously to make sure we were not crazy people and to do a check on our I.D. but they were so professional and friendly and made it a very positive experience. We didn't feel like they were intrusive but rather polite. The hospital is amazing as we walked thru it was clear how much pride is put into this place. They are set up to not only take care of the child from A-Z but also are set up so that the families are able to be with there child with very little worry and make it a very easy transition from home to hospital to home. The nursing staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone there made us feel comfortable and even asked if we wanted to stay the night! I trust my neice in there care and would trust my children in there hands as well. Hands down BEST CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL I'VE EVER DEALT WITH.

Love this hospital! They really took amazing care of my baby who was in a burn accident over the holidays. Social worker, Donna, is amazing! She went over and beyond to make we had everything we needed during our stay here and during our visits.

Staff is so amazing and knowledgeable. Shriners are amazing. Great atmosphere and a great hospital.

We've been coming to this hospital for around 13 years. There is not a hospital anywhere that takes care of you treat you as nice as they do at the Cincinnati Shriner's Hospital for Children. The doctors are amazing and only have your children's interests at heart. Staff for the rest of the entire Hospital are nice kind friendly care for you and care for your children it's amazing to feel loved and to have compassion thrown at you in a time of need. We have made donations and plan on much larger donations in the future.

Had the BEST experience here with my son. Watching the nurses play with him and care for him so good makes my momma heart so happy. They go above and beyond to make the children especially but as well as the family happy and comfortable. By far the cleanest and most convenient in every way hospital I’ve ever stepped foot in.

I never really knew what the Shriners were known for and they have such a strong mission and will to help others. It’s always great to see the helping hearts of others. What a great place and wonderful organization.

My friend and I made tie blankets for Shriners and donated them. We brought them in at a perfect timing- they had just run out of blankets and needed more. I am so glad we were able to provide them with blankets when they needed them. God bless Shriners!!!

Everybody was so nice here. The doctor was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. All the staff was super friendly. Great setup. Nice games at the waiting area to keep kids occupied. The blackboard and chalks in the exam room is a very nice touch.

Had a friend whose 3 yr old daughter was burned by a cup of hot water. That was over 15 years ago. Thanks to the burn section, doctors etc. That little girl had no scars. So wonderful.

So as you can see I’m a shiner kid this hospital (when it was located in Cincinnati Ohio) is the greatest place on earth helping families around the world with burns and other issues I just found out that they have moved to Dayton Childrens’s I was hoping to go see some of the staff then seen that it was not opened in Cincinnati anymore but I’ll tell you my experience there is top notch if any of the staff from Cincinnati is here I would love to know who and come say hi if I remember you guys I’m sure The janitor Eric didn’t come here but he was a great person 🥰
